I am now Mr Dongtopus Homeowner.

The Dongers Household will be shifting locales within the coing weeks, and that means that I will be able to return to working on C&S properly, without the worries of a landlord selling my living space.

Please. Look forward to newly polished chapters of The Corpse & The spider, as well as new chapters to come. I'm so very excited to get back to working on it. My plan is to have the first arc finished and polished to a good state before we move onto the second story.

Bizarro dream time from yours truly

I dreamt I was a monk in a Name of the Rose-style abbey in northern Italy.

 I had just started working in the Scriptorium copying old manuscripts and glanced over another brother's work, @razielim​, who was doing all sorts of wonderful obscene doodles like this:

I sent him notes in secret about how much I loved his work because I was too shy to tell him face-to-face.

@taonpest​ was tending the gardens and looking after the colonies of insects there like the silkworms. He had a pet, a colorful jumping spider the size of a small donkey he would ride on often.

@dongtopus​ was working on the forges as a blacksmith. Lately he had been busy making prosthetics with metal, wood and cloth for a hurt dragon we had on the stables (an arm and a wing for the beast I think), the wing looked like Da Vinci's flying contraption:

He would also feed the local nobility to the dragon with some veggies from our crops on the side.

It was a good dream.

I have to be on airs when around you lot. It's stifling and exhausting to mask everything about myself after 25 years of that shit.

I'm not wealthy, or a business owner, director, manager, or a homeowner with rooms to entertain, a whole ass room with a kitchen or a dining room or a living room, or retired with hundreds of thousands of pounds like the rest of you.

none of you actually give a fuck, or you'd ask me genuine questions. It's all fucking point-scoring.

I cant explain my job to any of you anyway, you dont know the terms or dont actually want to know.

People ask you what you do for work in order to gauge how much respect they should give you- but no matter what job i had, it was never enough.

If i genuinely cared about you, i would have stayed in contact, leave me the fuck alone. Just tell me when she's fucking dead.
