A bit dazed Louis opened his eyes... not really knowing what he did the day before.... he remembered some of his dorm members dragging him to an NRC party... him first disagreeing cause Kimon slept back at the dorm and he wanted to stay but then being dragged along by Flint and meeting Tsukasa again.... they chatted a little over some tea.. or was it tea.

With a groan he stretched his arms but he suddenly noticed an arm around his waist... oh god it was him... why did he fell asleep in his room. He had duties to tend to and is already longer than and hour late... who is gonna make Kimons breakfast. He tried to move out of the embrace but got clinged onto more, so he grabbed his phone and wrote Adam to take care of it before laying down again.

"Don't move that much..."

"You're awake? Can you tell me why I slept over in your room?"

"Don't worry about it... you were like exhausted over the party so that tall purple haired guy helped carry you here for a nap."

Louis sighed and noticed... true his body wa exhausted yesterday and felt much more rested now.. he overworked the whole week. However Tsukasa also noticed that he had hugged him and suddenly backed off. Both turning red. But seeing Louis red a smirk appeared on his face.

"Can I at least get a good morning kiss?"

"What are you saying, geez?"

"I am saying it cause I like you."

Louis turned even more red and got up from the bed.

"Stop teasing me but... I thank you for letting me stay over..."

Pulling up his jacket he did actually go closer to him and left a small kiss on him.

"Take it as payment but don't expect more."

As he closed the door Tsukasa had a smile on his face.

"Cute."

Julian was awoken in a way he didn't expect... he stayed over at Makotos room the day before cause they had a slumber party talking the whole night and even if he loved to have him embrace him... Makoto seemed very much uneasy in his sleep. Murmuring and pressing his eyes together.

"No please... don't go... please."

In his sleep he clinged onto Julian closer as he turned around and put a hand on his head.

"Mako... I am here... you don't have to worry."

Somewhat it put him at ease and he hugged him tight sleeping on as Julian tried too but an hour later he suddenly was awoken by a small noise.

"You don't have to yell Mako, I mean you chose to sleep in a room with a demon."

He grew red looking at him.

"Did you have to hug me like that..."

"No but it was nice, don't worry your pretty head about it, handsome~"

"You are unbearable..."

"At least your eyebags are less, guess I helped make that nightmare better."

"So it was you..."

He looked away from Julian and slowly got up.

"Aww no cuddling or anything?"

"Have you looked at the clock, you need to get to your school as well."

Julian laughed, also got up and put his hands on Makotos shoulders.

"My grades won't be troublesome if I skip but... If you say so, then I will go as well... but I hope I can get you closer next time.~"

What a troublesome demon.... he sighed but he was used to it. At least he had a good sleep.

-dude's worried when you start crying, which is wierd cause he's barely heard you cry before, even in situations like this!

you end up coming up with a tiny solution, more of a distraction

if you have to do something in public and your social anxiety’s being a pain, He’ll let you mess with their hands, or Faust will make you hold her. 

He knows that there’s no way to fully “cure” your social anxiety so they’ll try to help in any way possible.

They try not to let you suffer it alone, he’s always there for you.

You start to feel the pit in your stomach, the nervousness. Before you can even try to overthink anything, Faust is slithering across your hands. “Friend! Calm?” You let a small smile slip. “It’s helping, Thank you Faust.” You drag a finger down her scales and she lets a shiver run through her. Asra is watching, smiling in awe at his familiar and favorite person. Yeah, he definitely got lucky.

Julian

while he knows you probably have your own ways of helping yourself, he wants to be able to help as well.

even if helping means just sitting in silence or cuddling at the end of the day

You planted yourself on the bed with a grunt. You’d had to go out and you got separated from muriel. That made today hell for the both of you, especially you. You’d been in the palace at a certain point, having to deal with some problems with Nadia. The palace is the exact opposite of where you want to be. A creak of the door opening pulled you from your thoughts. Muriel walked through the door, walking over to join you on the bed (as best as he could). Inanna laid herself beside the two of you. Even she felt exhausted. You snuggled your way in Muriels arms, finding a way to let Inanna in on the cuddle pile. “I’m never doing that again” “..me neither..”

she’ll purr and lay in your lap to give you the perfect excuse to not move or go somewhere

Portia giggled at you, looking at the little ball of fluff on your lap. Pepi turned to be on her back. "Look at you two!" She placed a kiss on your cheek, giving pepi a little belly rub. "Pepi's been helping you unwind huh? guess I taught her well!" You let out a little giggle, pulling Portia into the chair beside you. You both spend the rest of your evening babying your favorite kitty and relaxing to the best of your abilities.

but he really does try to keep himself quiet for you!

since he's no good at that he tries to give you times to be alone with him and not bring spotlight to the both of you,

Lucio knew parties weren’t your thing. That’s why you stayed up in his wing, away from where everyone was drinking and cheering. As much as he loves a party, he knows you’re more important. With Mercedes pulling on his suit he’s practically running through the halls to not fall over. She only lets go when you’re all in the same room. Melchior gives his sister a proud huff as you both decide it’s (absolutely) time for the party to end if Lucio wants you to survive in this castle. At least when everyone leaves you and the puppies get to give Lucio a piece of your minds :)

He's the type to be Quietly Concerned. He recognise the signs of a sad spell early on, cause he just knows you like that, and he silently frets over you

He's not gonna insult you by acting like you're a lost cause or can't do anything for yourself, he's just gonna quietly pick up a slightly heavier load when it comes to the shop

Making sure that things are clean and tidy, that you're well fed, and your worries are down, is just his way of expressing his love and concern

Will go out of his way to plan a little day trip for the two of you, maybe out to Nopal, so you can retreat from your stress and be reminded of the beauty of the world.

If you need the alone time, he'll still go to work at the clinic. But only if you insist you need the space to yourself

His touches are softer than ever as he bathes you, strokes your shoulder as he reads poetry to you, strokes your face from temple to jaw while he kisses you

He's been right where are more times than he can count. And he's here if you want to talk. Hell give you advise if you need it, he'll let you yell it out, he'll even let you have a small amount of self destruction. An extra drink or two is sometimes what we need to drown out the world 

But the next morning, he's nursing you back to health, and you can't stop him

He doesn't realize that alcohol is a depressant, he just knows champagne always cheers him up. So have a glass! 

Brings you a literal buffet every day, even when you say you're not hungry. His little pout when you won't eat the caviar almost makes you chuckle. 

He'll attempt to serenade you from the gardens when you lounge on the balcony 

Not gonna lie, when you're drowning in a Puppy Cuddle Puddle with Mercedes and Melchior, he's gonna be jealous. He knows he shouldn't be, but he wants to be buried under the cuddle pile, too! 

If he sees you crying, he'll collapse alongside you. He'll hold you in his strong arms and rock you like a baby while he coos softly into your ear. Seeing you sad breaks him in half, and comforting you is his only purpose at that moment

Asra:

Asra is 100% a cuddle bug.

He will only stop cuddling you if he absolutely has to, and even then he’ll be reluctant.

His favorite is when he’s lying in bed with you, his arms wrapped around your waist while you run your fingers through his soft, curly locks of hair.

Bonus if Faust also joins in on the cuddle party.

He doesn't mind being the big or little spoon, but prefers to be the big spoon especially if you're short.

Gives you lots of gentle smooches when cuddling.

If you complain about being too hot and that you need to move, his grip on you will only become tighter. Then you realize you can never escape his cuddles.

Morning cuddles are his absolute favorite.

Julian also loves to cuddle, but he’s not as lazy about it as Asra is.

He can't stay still for too long so when you cuddle it's probably not going to last for more than 5 minutes. He's restless.

His favorite is when he's on his throne with you sitting on his lap, with your arms wrapped around his neck. It makes him feel like he's king of the world.

If you're cuddling in bed it's probably gonna lead to a make-out session... or more.

He kind of cuddles out of spite sometimes.

For example. When he's jealous of someone being a little too friendly to you, he'll quite literally pull you away from said person and wrap his arms around your torso with a firm grip.

Will probably squeeze your ass while cuddling you too, he doesn't care if his entire court is watching.

He whines a lot while cuddling, often complaining he's too hot or that his arm fell sleep. Poor baby.

hi rags~ if you don't mind me snooping im very interested in eustacia's relationship with asra and julian. what different in their dynamic, what similar? how did/would these relationships develop? do you have "canon" one true pairing or ot3 is your jam? (also, how do you pronounce eustacia? it's a beautiful name)

i don’t mind you snooping at all, i’m thrilled that you’d want to ask! ;///;

she best likes her name pronounced “you-stay-shuh” but she’ll answer to it pronounced any way except “you-stah-sia” bc she thinks that’s hideously pretentious and pretension sets her head on fire lol. she doesn’t take nicknames either, but asra likes getting on her nerves by calling her “stah-stah” since he knows she’s not going to do anything about it.

alright, so in an ideal world where everyone gets the happiest of happy endings--nadia x portia is canon, valerius gets engaged to the world’s biggest bottle of golden goose, and lucio’s ghost goes to furry heaven--eustacia, asra, and julian would end up in a very happy, supportive, and loving poly triad. they’re healthy, healed, and droooowning in love.

or, depending on the unforeseen events of the actual game, i’m gunning for a happy and balanced poly v-shaped relationship, with eustacia as the pivot between asra and julian.

alright the dynamics got really wordy, so it’s going under a cut lol.

as for differences, eustacia’s main goal is for both of them to know she loves them absolutely and with everything in her heart, and that affects how she treats them. with asra, they’ve already been an item, they already know each other inside and out, and she knows his main concern is whether or not she knows that he really does love her as deeply as he does (she has a marvelous track record of falling in love really hard and getting DESTROYED when she gets dumped, to the point she stopped looking for love at all and fought asra’s affections like she was fighting for her life).

i think he spent a lot of time worrying that, even though eustacia did love him like it was gonna snap her in half, she would still pack up and run bc she was scared he’d lose interest. so she does her damnedest to make sure he knows she’s nice and comfy right where she is and she isn’t going ANYWHERE for the foreseeable future. so that means lots and lots of in-jokes, massive amounts of domesticity, cuddling, and just a thousand overtures of hard and heavy nesting behavior. she has a home, she knows where it is, and she’ll be damned if she’s going to let it fly over his head.

with julian, she’s a lot more openly earnest. she does bust his balls and razz him (if you can’t mess with your partner, or your partner can’t mess with you, she feels like you’re not having a very fun relationship), but she goes out of her way to very vocally let him know he’s loved immensely. since he’s kind of the “newcomer” to her and asra’s situation, she doesn’t want him thinking he’s a third wheel or second string, bc he’s very much a primary partner. like, he’s absolutely not less important to her than asra.

again, there’s probably an unreasonable amount of physicality, bc that’s her main love language, so julian gets a stupid amount of hugging, kissing, cuddling, hand holding, and just being touched in general. he also gets so much praise he probably thinks it’s embarrassing (in her heart, eustacia is a cheerleader and she’s that friend at your graduation that stands up in the back when you get your diploma, and she screams “OH HELL YEAH BABY FUCK YEAH BABY WOOOOOO!!!”).

as for similarities, which i think i started covering pretty heavily: her top two love languages are physical love and vocal love. she lives off being touched and praised/reassured, so that’s how she primarily shows her affection. she’s always hanging off the both of them and like making sermons about how good and wonderful they are and how much she loves them, but she also takes into consideration how they best receive affection and tries to do that too.

she gets super excited about her partner’s interests, so she makes an active effort to learn about them, even if she doesn’t actually participate. she tries to make sure they’re both provided for in every way, and if they’re threatened in any form she goes into junkyard dog mode (aaand that’s mostly bc of how she was raised and what she did for a living before asra, pretty much being raised by her extremely volatile and abusive mother and acting as a trained killer for the witches she trained under, so her natural response to something important being threatened is OVERWHELMING VIOLENCE). 

like, she would literally kill for the both of them, no hesitation whatsoever, and she wouldn’t lose any sleep over it. i don’t think she would, bc i get the impression they wouldn’t appreciate her murdering someone very much at all, but they might find the thought a little touching? it’s nice to have someone in your corner lol.
