♡…about the making friends in your 20’s thing, it’s kinda upsetting to admit but a friend in 20’s is never a guarantee. You know, we all get so busy with life- work, academics, responsibilities and so many complex emotions that we can’t bond that deeply with people then. Ofc some people do end up making genuine soulmate friends in their 20’s and they’re lucky. But I feel like the high school and childhood friends you grow and glow with, they know you deeply and have been through your highs and lows that’s why they’re your more real friends. Idk this is just my opinion.

♡…ikr..my way to escape is kpop too. I always feel so welcomed by my idols, I always find so much validation and feel so accepted and loved by them. It’s like coming home after a tiring day, and tho it’s stupid to many people who think how can we find comfort in people who don’t even know we exist, idk how to explain them this peaceful feeling of being able to rest when you’re in their presence. They’re the place of healing for me 🫶🏻 :’) and pls people are SO MEAN when it comes to kpop istg. (It is sometimes bc of the toxic twt fan behaviours and wars that influence people outside kpop to think that kpop is all about drama and obsessed delusional fans) but you know I hate it when people judge kpop idols based on their looks,, calling them “girly” and shit. They really piss me off. No wonder I never tell or reveal anyone I like kpop (not cause I’m not proud of it IM SO PROUD OF ALL MY IDOLS) but bc I do not want to attract negative comments and then argue baselessly with antis who never understand. I’ve been in this kinda discrimination since forever, cause I grew up liking anime and I heard so many criticism for it calling anime “Japanese cartoons” and calling people who like it “childish and nerdy.” I mean, I feel like all the hate towards Asian subjects exist because they’re Asian. You know the Asian racism in the world that I find really meaningless to begin with.

All the incidents that happened atleast shaped you into a stronger and wiser person. :’) 💕

Me again, and MWAH right back!!! I just get so happy every time I reread your posts. I come back so often. Everything is so well thought-out, and anyone could tell how much you care about these characters and how you want to portray them. I love how there’s a balance of the elements of characterization we get in the anime and outside material, plus your own interpretations that don’t feel out of place at all with what we know about the guys. Even the softest things regarding romantic relationships and stuff make perfect sense to me because even if La Squadra are technically antagonists that do bad things, they’re portrayed so humanly and have a genuine really close bond with each other in canon, so it makes sense that that could extend to someone else. People have layers to how they feel for others and what they do and I love seeing that explored in characters that aren’t explicitly heroic.

All this to say that I do really love this blog a ton and take all the time you need with posting!!! No pressure at all and remember to take care of yourself too, but if you do open requests soon I’ll definitely send something in <333

I ALWAYS THINK ABT THE DIFFERENT FACETS A CHARACTER CAN PRESENT and ur RIGHT like..... i feel like there was a lot of emphasis on the squad having the same goals as the protagonists and being almost like, two sides of the same coin, at least in the anime (like HELLO MODERN CRUSADERS WITH ALL THEIR STANDS SUPPORTING GOLD EXPERIENCE REQUIEM'S VICTORY????) and i feel like there's so much that could be done with that, the squad was so under utilized and im here to fix that because i like them i like to think about them. but i also want to give credit to araki and all the creatives who work on jojo for presenting a group of characters and using all the tools at their disposal to frame them to the audience as antagonists pretty much only by unfortunate circumstance, so we get a sort of posthumous sense of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'. like, i think that's really fucking cool. and because they are friends + eyes of heaven is araki-approved canon which means all the jobros live and la squadra r friends now too that means they're all fine 😌

BUT YES they cared about each other and really most of when we see them are during desperate fights where all their friends are dying, of course they're gonna be fuckin brutal, and it leaves a lot open to how they are otherwise. it's all just very interesting to me!!!!!

Look how close I was!! I didn’t zoom in like that’s literally how close I was, and they fought!!! The big fight with Clark and idk some American was right in front of me!! I saw it happen in real time in real life it was crazy!! And at the end of the second when another American idk which one again had fillier’s head in her hands and literally kept slamming it against the glass and the refs had to break it up was also right in front of me we were all screaming and booing but like I don’t know if you could see it on tv but literally had her head in her hands like holding her helmet and just banging it over and over I was like woah wtf??

And it was packed!! I think it sold out!! It was crazy getting in and out because parking was insane and then it was so busy and they have to check proof of vaccination first before you can show your tickets so there was 3 checkpoints to get in like vaccinations, bags, and then tickets, but I honestly didn’t expect it to be busy like I thought maybe a couple hundred people maybe would go but no it was packed I think I saw maybe 5 empty seats, but the atmosphere was insane it was so loud like it was wild and that one chance Canada had in the second where the puck just rolled in front of the net behind the goalie who had no idea where the puck was and Canada swiped at it and the us swiped at it I thought it was in everyone thought it was in we stood up and then it was like no goal and I saw the replay and yeah no goal but on the replay it happened so much faster like the puck was loose for maybe 3 seconds and it looked like 1 second on the replay but in real life it looked like it was sitting there for 30 seconds it’s crazy how much faster and slower the game is when you’re watching it live

And we were right by the tunnel so we got to see the players come onto the ice which was cool and I don’t think you could see it on tv but there wasn’t a way to get to the visitors bench from the locker room except on the ice so Canada’s coaches got to walk on the walkway in front of the seats and into the side door to Canada’s bench but the us coaches had to waddle across the ice it was funny and also vindictive because yeah they won but honestly who really won? Me because I got to laugh at them waddling their way to and from the bench every intermission

But it was such a great experience I wanna go again I wanna watch hockey again I’ll even go watch men I don’t care I just wanna see hockey I’ll say it right here right now the best sports to watch live in this order are hockey, baseball, and soccer (also don’t come at with tennis or other sports I haven’t seen other sports in person okay I’m not made of money)

But oh man it was incredible and I honestly wish I could relive it but seriously if I think watching sports on my tv is stressful like my jaw hurts I clenched my teeth so bad and they gave us those like sign things that you can fold into a fan thing and I folded mine and I literally have paper cuts all over my hands from how tightly I was holding it 😂
