No. Akatzombie—though my friend—is run by another wonderfully talented mun.

    Why didn’t you follow me back?

First, this is a side blog. I may have followed you back from my main, “akatsings”. You do not have to follow that blog for me to interact with yours.

Second, I don’t automatically follow back. If I do, I may unfollow at will—nothing against you, I just aim to keep my dash focused for my muses.

Third, if you don’t see that in your follower list, don’t worry! I still answer casual asks (ooc and easy interactions) from anyone, both rp and non-rp blogs.

    How selective are you in general?

I will not respond in detailed prose to any rare, crossover, or OC character without an easy to find biography/intro. I am not researching your muse. That is not fun—it’s homework.

OOC and headcanon asks are fine, though.

I will not answer shipping, violent, or sexual asks for anyone but my mutuals. Even then I only answer what inspires me.

The reason for this is that my muses tend to respond aggressively to unsolicited advances, and I don’t always feel comfortable answering in character.

I won’t thread for anyone but long-term friends or those who respect and understand the dynamics of my characters.

I reserve the right to determine who does and does not meet the above qualifications.

    How selective are you in shipping?

It usually takes me two to three sentences of a reasonable argument/AU to ship something, but I won’t do all the work to make it “happen.”

Further: Just because I generally ship something, doesn’t mean that I will automatically ship my muse with yours. Different muns have different portrayals and different writing styles for the same muses; sometimes these portrayals click. Other times they don’t.

    What if my character doesn’t meet yours in canon?

That’s fine! Just ask or dm me with how you want them to interact (friends? Rivals? Comrades? Etc), plus a scenario where they do meet, and I will tell you how my muse will react in that situation, and then we’ll move on from there.

    What if I want to make an AU for our muses?

Same as above! Give me an idea and we’ll talk about it.

I generally have a lot of open-ended verses that I adapt to fit other people’s muses and ideas. You are free to propose a variation on them, or another verse entirely. However, I won’t be doing all the work in order to get our characters to meet, interact and like/dislike each other—that’s unfair, and too much work on one mun.

If you’re having trouble, start with— “I really think it’s cool if X and Y character—“ etc. Or how you think our characters would work together.

    What if I accidentally break a rule of yours?

If you’re a mutual, I will take a screenshot of the rule and kindly remind you to abide by them. If you’re a stranger, I will automatically soft block or block, depending on how badly the rule was broken and how uncomfortable I feel.

I don’t make these rules to be mean, but to save the time and energy of us all. So if these rules are disregarded, then we will have to cut our losses. I will unfollow when I feel like someone has not read my rule page, and not be inclined to interact.

      Who are you?

I go by “Akat” on my roleplay Tumblrs, @akatdollie, @akatdeity, and @slcklecell.

      Are you affiliated with Akatzombie?

No. Akatzombie—though my friend—is run by another wonderful, talented mun.

      Why didn’t you follow me back?

First, this is a side blog. I may have followed you back from my main, “akatsings”. You do not have to follow that blog for me to interact with yours.

Second, I don’t automatically follow back. If I do, I may unfollow at will—nothing against you, I just aim to keep my dash focused for my muses.

Third, if you don’t see akatsings in your follower list, don’t worry! I still answer casual asks (ooc and easy interactions) from anyone, both rp and non-rp blogs.

      How selective are you in general?

I will not respond in detailed prose to any rare, crossover, or OC character without an easy to find biography/intro. I am not researching your muse. That is not fun—it’s homework.

OOC and headcanon asks are fine, though.

I will not answer shipping, violent, or sexual asks for anyone but my mutuals. Even then I only answer what inspires me.

The reason for this is that my muses tend to respond aggressively to unsolicited advances, and I don’t always feel comfortable answering in character.

I won’t thread for anyone but long-term friends or those who respect and understand the dynamics of my characters.

I reserve the right to determine who does and does not meet the above qualifications.

      How selective are you in shipping?

It usually takes me two to three sentences of a reasonable argument/AU to ship something, but I won’t do all the work to make it “happen.”

Further: Just because I generally ship something, doesn’t mean that I will automatically ship my muse with yours. Different muns have different portrayals and different writing styles for the same muses; sometimes these portrayals click. Other times they don’t.

      What if my character doesn’t meet yours in canon?

That’s fine! Just ask or dm me with how you want them to interact (friends? Rivals? Comrades? Etc), plus a scenario where they do meet, and I will tell you how my muse will react in that situation, and then we’ll move on from there.

      What if I want to make an AU for our muses?

Same as above! Give me an idea and we’ll talk about it.

I generally have a lot of open-ended verses that I adapt to fit other people’s muses and ideas. You are free to propose a variation on them, or another verse entirely. However, I won’t be doing all the work in order to get our characters to meet, interact and like/dislike each other—that’s unfair, and too much work on one mun.

If you’re having trouble, start with— “I really think it’s cool if X and Y character—“ etc. Or how you think our characters would work together.

      What if I accidentally break a rule of yours?

If you’re a mutual, I will take a screenshot of the rule and kindly remind you to abide by them. If you’re a stranger, I will automatically soft block or block, depending on how badly the rule was broken and how uncomfortable I feel. 

I don’t make these rules to be mean, but to save the time and energy of us all. So if these rules are disregarded, then we will have to cut our losses. I will unfollow when I feel like someone has not read my rule page, and not be inclined to interact.

If you’re unsure if you have broken a rule, please politely ask. I don’t bite really.

Hey everyone. Recently, I’ve been a bit overwhelmed at the number of requests I’ve been receiving. I run a couple of blogs, and help out on an imagines blog, too, along with having things to do outside Tumblr, haha. I don’t have as much time as I used to, so I haven’t been able to fill requests as much as I wish I could. I don’t want you guys to think I’ve been neglecting this blog, or whatever. 

I’ve been thinking about this a bit, and this is the conclusion I’ve come to:

I’d like to enlist a mod or two to help out. You don’t need to have any experience making moodboards or playlists, but of course, it would be awesome if you did. It would also be really cool if I could find someone who can make stimboards, as it’s something I’ve seen floating around, though I don’t really know how.

So! Here are the rules if you’d like to apply:

Please be able to finish at least one request a week. That’s what I try to do, but of course, life can get in the way, and I totally understand that.

Please be open to all ships, gender headcanons, sexuality headcanons, and kin. I let people tag my posts as kin/id/etc., and I don’t want to change that rule. Basically, please be open-minded.

Please be over the age of 13.

I’ll make sure to tag everything properly and not leave anything out, but this is just a warning in case.

Doze

send me a character and i’ll list my headcanons for them

i love doze so much y’all don’t understand also if u do happen to rb this don’t tag as kin/me/id/etc. pls

his name used to be unikas

his planet was cold and mostly forested

the people on his planet lived in houses up in the trees to keep them safe from predators on the ground

doze lived with both fathers until he was about ten

one of his dads was murdered by the other and doze witnessed it but he was too scared to speak up about it for the fear that he’d be next

the other kids in his village would refer to him as slug and slowpoke often

around age 12 he was abandoned in the forest and left for dead 

he has a slight fear of cats, namely short-tailed ones, because they remind him of the lynx-like creatures that hunted leprechauns on his planet

he has narcolepsy

he also has depression

and anxiety

and suffers from nightmares

on top of all of that he’s almost always sad

doze slows down when he gets overwhelmed/scared/anxious. sometimes this happens while he’s sleeping and he’ll wind up sleeping for weeks on end

he likes to do arts & crafts 

doze is incapable of being mean. he just can’t do it 

he struggles a lot with self image and self worth

one of the reasons he likes to spend time with itchy is because itchy makes him feel better in regards to his emotional state and self image

doze is asexual 

he likes to climb things because being up off of the ground/floor makes him feel safe

he’s often found asleep on top of bookshelves, the fridge, tables, basically anything he can climb onto and curl up on

his bed looks something like this

he likes to drink tea, and gets sick when he drinks coffee because the caffeine rush is too much for him

he also gets sick when he eats meat because he’s an herbivore

he primarily eats fruit

but he’s allergic to bananas and kiwis

he has a bad memory 

he’s bad at keeping track of time

when fights with the crew break out doze usually finds somewhere to go hide or finds somewhere he can climb up to that’s out of the crew’s reach because the violence scares him senseless

he’s terrified of the midnight crew, particularly clubs deuce

his bed is the comfiest one in the manor. no doubts about it. it’s almost literally like sleeping on a cloud

he’s best friends with sawbuck

doze rarely leaves his room 

he knows few people have the patience to handle it when he starts to slow down, and he’s honestly astonished that itchy of all people can put up with it

he has a lot of stuffed animals, but he’s most attached to the teddy bear because it was given to him by the dad that was killed

also i don’t like the name humphrey bc it reminds me of some not so great stuff so i call the teddy bear blue

doze cries easily. he’s sensitive

he has a lot of abandonment issues but i mean that was prolly obvious from previous headcanons

doze doesn’t swear unless he’s drastically upset

he was once found sleeping on the chandelier and to this day nobody’s sure how he got up there in the first place because there’s nothing he could have clambered up to get there

doze likes to hang out with matchsticks

he also likes to hang out around stitch because stitch doesn’t pressure him with conversation and stuff

the only hatchday of any felt member doze has ever forgotten is his own

doze gets sick relatively easily

doze’s fuzz is insanely soft, like think of the softest thing you’ve ever felt, and make it softer

doze first met itchy when the felt was being collected ofc, but they became friends so quickly because itchy saved doze from being pounced on by a lynx bc doze had fallen out of the tree he was in

ever since then doze has highkey had a crush on itchy but he never would have worked up the nerve to admit it to itchy if itchy hadn’t been the one to admit it first

doze usually winds up cleaning up messes itchy leaves behind

doze keeps his teddy bear in his hat

he once fell asleep in the middle of a gunfight and quarters had to step in and save him

once he helped itchy bedazzle his hat just because they both thought it would be funny

he’s literally terrified of snowman

like. anyone that’s intimidating to everyone else is terrifying to doze.

he likes to listen to bastille and nobody can tell me otherwise

he’s scared of fin

he likes to play solitaire and other card games

he likes solving puzzles

he likes to read

he also enjoys writing, but only does so as a hobby and is too self-conscious about his work to let anyone read it.

he often picks up something and forgets he’s holding it or has it on, and winds up going and asking itchy if he knows where said something is
