I don’t really have any cool retrospectives planned or anything cause I literally just got here. I’m glad you all like my ddlc stuff though. Idk how to really respond or if people would want me to but just know I really really appreciate all the nice words and support I’ve gotten already. I didn’t think I’d be acknowledged by all these people I think are cool and I hope I’ll be able to do more with ddlc and beyond. I’m really grateful is what I’m saying, and cheers to more years of this silly little club

For Monika’s birthday and DDLC’s anniversary, here’s a bunch of headcannons that depict her as a poor little meow meow! Yay!

She needs glasses, but won’t wear them cuz she feels that they look bad on her. She also says that it isn’t THAT bad.

If she gets criticized, she seems fine outside, but she’ll definitely cry over that when she’s alone.

She’s very sensitive to the Sun and has put buttloads of sunscreen to not get badly burned.

She’s so in love with her partners that she at times cries at the fact that they love her and she loves them.

She used to have a nanny that she saw as a mother figure when she was a kid and who she absolutely loved, but when she was around 11 years, her parents stopped contracted the nanny cuz she was “so responsible that she didn’t need a nanny anymore”. She didn’t retaliate or say anything against it cuz she thought that she needed to grow out of needing a nanny.

She doesn’t play videogames, but if she did, she would probably get really hooked on one specific game and neglect some of her necessities to play it.

She tries to be cool and mysterious, and while it does work on some people who don’t really know her, those who are close to her know that what she’s truly hiding is the fact that she’s a massive nerd.

When she’s bored she imagines her lovers naked and laughs like a pervert.

She unironically likes Adam Sandler films. She knows they’re not masterpieces and objectively and critically thinking, they’re not amazing, but she loves them anyways.

She steals her partner’s clothes, not to wear them, but to smell them and cuddle with them.

When a character she likes dies, she takes at least a week to emotionally recover from that, in which she doesn’t continue the piece of media until she’s better.

She feels weird about the club only having 5 members. She does like that it’s a place where she can hang out with her favoritest people of all time, but it still makes her feel like she failed running the club.
