Cat Quest 2 - Blast Review

I'll be honest, Cat Quest 2 is almost exactly the same as the original game. That's not to say there haven't been any changes, there have but the core of the game itself is extremely similar (if you want to know more about that read my review of Cat Quest). This time they've made it so that you can play this game in co-op. You play as both a Cat and a Dog, equipping them and swapping between as you feel the need. When you play in solo mode the AI for your partner isn't too bad, they don't waste spells and are active in their attacks.

I hate to say this but... my feelings about this are the same as the last game. It's a time killer, a fun one, but a time killer none the less. I wish I had more to say on the subject but my thoughts really are the same as my previous review and I see no need to reiterate myself.

Finding the silver lining... - Big things were supposed to happen this year; Paige and I had a ton of travel plans, rafting was on track to be one of the biggest years I’ve ever seen... then it happened. With the world navigating lockdowns and all of our plans for the foreseeable future cancelled, what was next? What were we supposed to do? With our schedules, I had always said a dog would be great but we didn’t have the time to raise a puppy right, but COVID and 2020 erased that, and we questioned if now was the time. At nearly nine months old now it’s been incredible to watch the progress, and stubbornness, @otto_von_wilber has shown. We never saw him in that tiny nugget phase, but his growth from funny little floof to a massive adolescent pup makes me glad he landed in our lives.
