Day 2 out of 75 of the Hard Challenge

Day 2 was much more difficult than yesterday. I had to really commit to making sure I got all 5 items done today! 

1. today’s daily photos 

2 & 4. I got a late start with my water drinking today, but I, yet again drank 2 of my Hydro Jugs! Today’s workout was Lower fix for the 21 Day Fix Real Time program through Beachbody. I used 6lbs again today just more focusing on my form on anything especially with my my lower body. I have been experiencing an injury with my feet, knees, hips, pretty much my legs lol. So I made sure I was standing with my feet point straight. I did okay I thought. After I finished my workout I definitely felt the workout. For my second workout outside, I took Luna for another walk, she was pretty tired already from being at doggie day care, and staying up late last night with Nick. But we both go through it :) 

3. For today’s diet, I had a toasted bagel that is called an ‘Everything’ bagel. No butter or sour cream on it just toasted. For lunch I had leftovers of my mashed potato bowl (which had pre-made mashed potato, chicken bites, and shredded marble cheese). Then because it’s Tuesday, I have made it in my diet to have it as pizza day. So today I had some pizza for dinner. 

5. Today’s personal development reading was the book I mentioned yesterday called, The Future You. Something I took from today’s reading was that the future is not fixed. Our future is not going to be anything that we see in the movies. But our futures often tend to be something our past selves would be like unlike what our future selves would want. It was pretty confusing to be honest, but it probably didn’t help that I stopped listening in the middle lol. But nonetheless it has started to capture my interested.
