The man on the radio was last seen with the lost postman ... yep ... he's gorn and done it and gone again! The stand in man on the radio is confused by the buttons ... however ... tis not the usual differently buttoned gentleman, tis another gentleman altogether and he's enjoying himself announcing one tune and playing another. Great craic! Weatherwise we're looking at grey with a hint of rain and the slightest of breezes ... so quite tropical really for this time of year. The traffic lady announces collision after collision and road closure after road closure on yet another motorists' madness Monday.

Today’s groaner: A professor sits with a farmer on a train. Bored, the professor says to the farmer: "I’ll ask you a question, if you can't answer it, you give me 5 euro; then you ask me a question, if I can't answer it, I give you 500 euro, what do you think?" The farmer nods. The professor asks the farmer: "What is the distance between the Earth and the Moon?" The farmer silently takes out 5 euro and gives it to the professor. The farmer asks the professor: "What animal has three legs when ascending a mountain and four legs when descending a mountain?" The professor thinks hard but can't find an answer, so he reluctantly gives 500 euro to the farmer. The farmer takes the 500 euro and prepares to nap. The professor asks: "What animal is it!?" The farmer takes out 5 euro, gives it to the professor and then falls asleep ;-D badoom tish … here all week!!

Mr Snippy is taking it easy this morning. Can't blame him. If I could fit on the chair like that and examine some clothing at close quarters for a wee while, that would definitely also be my inclination. He is blep boy, snoozer extraordinaire and quite prepared to take out his temper on any and all soft furnishings. He's dreaming fairly furiously at this point ... legs twitching, cheeks billowing and there's periodic loud 'bwoofs'. That must be one hell of a duvet he's taking on.

Monday, Monday, Monday ... cake to be made, coffee to be drunk and cursory glances given in the general direction of the vacuum cleaner ... I know what to do with the first two items, the latter one ... well ... careful and prolonged ponderance shall be given ...
