Last night i had the craziest dream, i dreamt about a Sonic x Shadow trailer for two dlc looks for classic Sonic and classic shadow (who apparently was in the game). The trailer started with them racing together in city escape with this weird half-way transformations (i also remember a part where they look at each other for a second and then sonic smiles at shadow)

Then the second ones appeared, where for some reason they had metal sonic heads (with shadow's having the color scheme of alpha grim sonic)

(trust me it looked even more cursed in 3d)

Then suddenly there were two actual metal sonics (they're in city escape btw) each one with one of the color schemes shown above and they seem to comunicate before running away from the camera. After they're gone, we can see that all the vehicles (and also a bus stop for some reason) around now are alive, they look like the ones in cars except also with eyes that look like metal sonic's. They all start moving towards the direction the metal sonic's ran to (even the bus stop is sliding towards them)

I’m Min! I’m an animator and storyboard  rti t who also posts comics and fan art online. So far, I have worked on the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and LEGO Monkie Kid. I run on AAA batteries.

How did you get your start in animation and storyboarding?

Fanart! My hyperfixations kept me drawing and posting online since I was around 16. Later I dropped my Computer Science degree to study animation. After graduating, I worked as an In-between Animator, Key Animator, and Storyboard Artist. My fanart of a couple funny skeletons played a big role in getting hired.

What do you wish you knew when you first started out creating content that you know now?

It’s ok to make mistakes. All the flaws in a drawing make it look much more interesting. Also, it’s a lot more fun than spending ages perfecting one line.

Have you ever had an art block? If so, how did you overcome it?

I always get 3 different flavors of art block (that I remember):

Sometimes there’s this self-enforced pressure that what you make has to be of a certain standard. Gotta loosen up and forgive yourself for not meeting an imaginary quality. Do it for the fun of it. Instead of thinking’ needs to be better,’ think ‘eh good enough lol.’ It’s cool to strive for improvement! Just don’t do it to the point it becomes self-deprecating.

Art block from burnout

Art hibernation! It’s ok to take breaks. Not every waking moment needs to be productive. Treat yourself to something yummy, hang out with people you’re comfortable with, or pick up a new anime series. Take the time to get some well-deserved rest.

Art block while drawing as a full-time job

WELL DANG.

Switch your ‘drive.’ If you’re running off on passion or interest as a motivator for work, that’s great! I do too! But also, it’s finicky. Set up routines for when that high runs out. I have a ‘Do task’ mode where I play a song or a movie I already watched on loop in the background (sometimes for weeks on end). I don’t know why but it helps me concentrate. Last week, it was the movie Cars.

These are personal methods and may not work for everyone, but I hope it helps!

What are 3 things you can’t live without as a creator?

What is a medium that you have always been intrigued by but would never use yourself?

Does blacksmithing count as a medium? I’d like to try it out at least once, though.

To connect with other creators more. Especially writers. They are so powerful.

Who on Tumblr inspires you and why?

So maaaanyy. At the top of my head, though: @northpen​. I am obsessed with their vivid-imagery writing style, and immaculate characterizations. Their character banters always have me in a gigglefit. They have this fic I binged in one sitting and left me crying and empty in a good way.

“Should I wear Make-up? No she’ll think it’s a date.” You look at yourself for a minute. “What if it is tho?” You say as you grab a little bit of foundation and then do your hair in your go-to hairstyle.

You try to find a cute outfit. Or not really cute, but something she’ll like. You wear some jeans and a black casual shirt, one that really shows off your breast. “I swear half my clothes are so basic. But this will do I guess.” You put on some lipgloss and a strawberry shortcake perfume.

As you’re about to leave you grab your purse and your phone and lock your apartment. You’re standing outside and you’re checking yourself every minute in your mini mirror. “Why am I so nervous, I literally took a class with her not too long ago.” You start texting Nora.

You: Noraaaa

Nora: yes girl

You: I think Abby is taking me on a date.

Nora: WHAT. She’s never this bold. She must really like you.

You: girl I’m so nervous.

Nora: don’t be lol, I bet she’s more nervous than you don’t worry.

As you’re about to text Nora back you get a text from Abby.

Abby: I’m here :)

You’re looking around and you adjust your hair.

Abby pulls up in her light blue beetle, you never expected her to be in a car like that honestly, it’s so small compared to her stature.

You wave and Abby ducks her head a little and waves at you. She gets out her car. She’s wearing a black tank that’s showing off her body again, with green cargo pants and a light jacket.

‘Oh my ggoooodddd’ you think, literally just by looking at her you feel your heart ache, and your sweating. You never realized how tall she was either.

“Hi!” She ducks down to your height and smiles. “H-hi Abby.” You say as you advert your eye contact again.

She’s walking back to her car and she opens the door for you. “After you pretty.” You’re going crazy, she’s using so many names on you and it’s making you go nuts. You already know your face is heated.

You get into the car and she shuts the door lightly but hard enough that it doesn’t slip open. She’s racing to the other side and she jumps in. She puts on her seatbelt and puts her keys in the ignition. “Oh wait hold on.” She reaches over and grabs your seat belt and puts it on for you. She smells so good. She’s so close to you. Face by your neck, hand on your arm. You wish you could stay like this. I know you barely know her but oh my god, if you could, you would kiss her right now. She pulls back and starts driving. You’re just staring at her. Starstucked. She’s smiling and playing her playlist again. Her eyes are on the road. “You’re staring, did. I do something?” She says as she glances over at you for a second and her eyes keep on the road. “O-oh sorry!” You say as you put your purse close to your stomach, clenching on it out of nervousness. “Where are.. we going by the way?” You say, head on the seat staring at her again. “I wanted to take you to this one realllyyy good place. Like they have the best protein filled stuff; I usually go here after my workouts.” She says as you both wait at a stop light. “I’m excited, honestly after our workout today I had no idea what to eat, like I have no idea how to meal prep and, I don’t know where to start.” You look at the road with her. “…I could.. cook for you, I could do meal preps with you.” She glances over again and her cheeks are a little flushed. “Ms Anderson are you gonna cook for me?” You say jokingly and she chuckles deeply. “Yeah of course, I don’t mind and I promise my food is good! Trust me on this.” She says as she stops at another stop light.

You both sit in a comfortable silence again. Until,

“Actually.. ok.” She pulls over, she turns to face you and her cheeks are still flushed. “If you want.. we could go back to my place actually and I could… maybe.. cook for you?” Your eyes widened. ‘Oh my god I’m going to her place.’ “I-I uh.” You start stuttering. “Sorry, never mind it was a dumb idea-“ You stop her mid sentence. “I.. wouldn’t mind at all Abby.” You say with a genuine smile on your face. Her eyes widened. “Ok! Um, let’s see, I may have to pick up a few things. Do you mind grocery shopping with me?” “Abbyyy I thought you’d never ask.” You say with a goofy smile appearing on your face. She rolls her eyes jokingly and she pulls off into the road again.

You both stop at convenience store. She gets out and runs to open your door for you. “Thank you pretty.” You say smiling. She grabs a cart and she waits for you. You’re grabbing your purse out her car and you shut the door. As you look at her. You notice her hand holding out and she looks at you. You give her a ‘?’ Look and she starts smiling at you and she giggles. “Give me your hand cutie.” She says. Your face gets heated again. You grab her hand and she locks it with you.

She’s acting so nonchalant but you’re literally so in love with this girl. You both walk in and your hand starts sweating so much; she keeps adjusting your hands together as she makes it to the meat section looking at all the chicken. “You’re not vegetarian or vegan are you?” She looks over at you and you shake your head no. She adds the chicken to the cart. As you guys keep walking around the store you look at your hand size difference. Her hand is so big; at least 2 inches bigger than yours. You’re daydreaming again, and your thumb rubs over the back of her hand. ‘Oh my god. I Wonder what these would feel like..’ you loose your train of thought as she looks at you. “Do you wanna get winneeee?” She says holding the bottle by her face and tilting it. “Y-yeah! Sure.” You say as you advert your eyes again. “Are you ok? I’m sorry was the hand holding to much?” Abby’s hand slips away. You grip it tightly. “N-no! Please. I like This.” You say to her as you rub her hand again. “Ok, eager girl.” She says playfully. Your face heats up again.

She finished grabbing everything and you both check out. You head back to the car and she opens the door once again for you. The car is silent, she’s driving to her place, her playlist echos in the background. “Abby.. can I ask you something.” She says a light “Yeah?” As she focuses on the road. “Would this count as a date?” You glance at her and focus on the road with a heat coming to your face, I don’t know why you felt so bold all of a sudden, she makes you so nervous but you figured. “And if I say yes?” She looks over at you again and back at the road. You smile and get all giggly. “WHY DIDNT YOU TELL MEEE.” You say, your face getting even more hot. “I-I’m sorry!” Abby says. “Nora told me.. to ask you in a smooth way but to not be forward?” She smiles still focusing. “I-I was gonna ask, but-“ “Abby.” You grab her bicep. “You’re ok! Im completely fine with it.” Your brain gets to thinking. ‘Noraaaa..no wonder she said Abby’s probably more nervous than me.’ you’re wondering why she didn’t just ask you straight up, like you would say no. Abby is too pretty for you to say no. “I wish I would’ve wore something better then.” You laugh. “You look good to me.” Abby says, she glances at your chest for a moment. “I like the shirt on you.” You punch her softly jokingly, and she laughs.

You make it to a nice neighborhood, it’s so pretty, so much trees. She lives in a small house community, almost like apartments. She arrives and it’s a one floor house, she has a lot of plants, mainly sunflowers/daisy’s. She parks in the drive way. “Sorry for the first date being at my house.” She says taking the keys out the ignition. “It’s fine you’re ok.” You say to her. You unbuckle your seat belt.

You both make it in the house. It’s very small but very cozy. She places her gym equipment on the floor by her couch.

It’s so warm in here, her wallpaper is a nice tan color, and her furniture is a mix of a lot of beige and dark grays. She also has ALOOOTTT of books, like a whole library in her house. “Wow, this is nice.” “Thank you.” She says quietly setting the food on her counter top. She takes off her jacket and hangs it up. She looks so good right now. Her arms are showing, her skin looks so soft, yet so sculpted. “If you want you can watch something while I get started.” She puts on a tight white apron with a pink hem at the bottom. “D-do you want me to help.” You say, the way she looks right now oh my god you’re drooling, she’s making you so wet without even trying too. “No pretty you don’t have to.” She says holding your chin and rubbing it. You almost drop to your knees. She rubs your lower lip softly, glancing at your eyes and your lips. “Don’t worry, yeah?” She lets go of your face with a smirk and she head towards the kitchen. You sit on the couch and flip through channels. The way she living room is set up, it’s an open kitchen so you can see her, but she can’t really see you, all she sees is your head.

You start texting Nora.

You: IM AT HER HOUSE, she’s cooking for me

Abby breaks your head up from your phone. “I don’t hearrr anything on the tvvv.” She says as she’s turning on the rice cooker. “S-sorry! One of those goofy teen movies. They’ve always been your favorite. You advert your eyes from her, your face is getting so heated again. “I could change it!” You grab the remote and Abby snatches it. “No no, don’t change it haha, I use to watch this with my dad all the time. So I kinda grown to like it.” She says putting the remote on the counter top. She walks back to the kitchen and you stand up. “Is it ok, if I watch you. I mean, I know you told me you could cook for me, but just in case I wanna meal prep later on in the future.” You say smiling. “Sure I don’t mind.” She looks nervous. “Uhhh, here let me show you.” She holds out her hand and she guides you. She brings you near the counter top and by the cutting board. “I’m gonna show you how I cut my chicken. Usually I do it in squares.” She stands behind you, extremely close, she grabs your hand gently. Knife in one hand gently holding it in yours guiding your hands. Her waist is so close to your back you can feel her breathing softly. She leans over you. “Is this ok.” You’re getting so wet, this is ridiculous. You haven’t had any action in so long and this girl is literally driving you off the rails. “U-uh y-yeah. It’s fine.” You say. Wait let me get something hold on.” Abby grabs you by your arms and lifts you effortlessly on the counter top. Your thighs clench again. She moved you like you were nothing, and you never had anyone pick you up like that. “I think I got an ice pack in here.” She finds it and hands it to you. You place it on your head and kick your feet gently. A hour passes you and Abby are on her couch, watching this cheesy 2000s movie drinking wine, eating the delicious food she made. She made chicken with vegetables and rice. She calls it a very “high protein meal?” But you don’t even care you just really enjoy being in her company. She’s talking about how Nora use to be in college, and how she almost failed half her classes but Nora helped her out so much that she ended up passing. She also talks about her first college boyfriend Owen and how he got a girl pregnant and left her for the girl; which was reasonable, he still cheated on her, but she said they still remain friends tho. You tell about your dating experiences also, and your college dorm mates, and Highschool bullies throughout the years.

You and Abby are laughing so much your stomach hurts, she keeps bringing up her friend group and experiences she’s had.

You’re almost completely buzzed. You forgot how much of a light weight you are when it comes to alcohol, but you still remain completely alert. You both finish eating and you’re snuggling up to her, your back on her chest and her hands are wrapped around your stomach, she keeps gripping it and messaging your muffin top. “What are you doiiinggg.” You say. “Nothing, just admiring you.” She rubs your thigh and your inner thigh, moving your legs open a little. Unlocking her car, Vi tore the front door open and leaped into the driver’s seat. She hastily shoved the keys into the ignition, waiting briefly for Mylo to jump into the passenger’s seat. Ekko watched the two scramble into the car, alarmed.

  “What the fuck is happening?” Ekko demanded, carefully holding onto Jinx’s sleeping body as Vi whirled the car out of the driveway. Rich people always had big-ass driveways.

  “She fucking punched Caitlyn Kiramman,” Mylo gasped, breathless. “She fucking dropped her, holy shit.”

 Summary: Caitlyn Kiramman is by far the richest, most popular girl in Piltover. Straight A's, straight hair, ASB President, sole heiress to the Kiramman fortune; she's the perfect girl that everybody wants to be... right? Vi begs to differ. After punching Caitlyn for a stupid dare, she is left with the insurmountable task of redeeming herself. But why does she care so much about Caitlyn's opinion? The two grow closer, albeit unintentionally, and Vi is exposed to the true life of Caitlyn Kiramman. My problem with TMNT crossovers and thier potrayle of the 1987 Turtles!

As much as I have a special place in my hear for the Turtles Forever movie and the crossover special in the 2012 version, I will be forever bitter about the execution of how they were done. Specifically, the portrayal of the 1987 turtles and the relationship they have with their more current counterparts.

The 87 Turtles seem to always be portrayed as very silly and nonsensical, which yes they are but the point has always been, in ALL Turtles’ media, is that they are silly but still capable! Like the whole point of the Ninja Turtles is that it is a silly concept with silly characters but the punchline is that they are still trained warriors that can kick your ass. I don’t like that they made the 87 Turtles the butt of every joke compared to their more “serious” counterparts, when they are just as capable as the rest of them.

Personally, I think it would have been more interesting (as well as a lot funnier) if the 87 Turtles were just really, really good at their jobs. Not because they’re better or more skilled but just the fact that they have more experience and have been doing this whole vigilant thing for way longer than the rest of them. Like I honestly think that should be a “thing” amongst the entire Turtleverse, like the previous generation is always going to be “better skilled” just do to the fact that they’ve been doing it for longer.

Most times experience will always triumph over raw strength and power, which to elaborate that DOES NOT MEAN that the next generation is “weaker” it just means that they need more experience to get to the level of skill that the previous generation is at. For example, when you go into a new job the person that has been there the longest is usually better at the job than you are NOT because you are incapable but because you need more experience to learn and gain the skills to do the job properly.

But anyways, I think it would be funnier if the 87 Turtles were like super OP just cuz they’ve been doing this longer. That’s not even counting their Mirage counterparts, because if 87 Turtles are OP than comparatively the Mirage Turtles (AKA the very first!) are absolutely fucking insane. And not just the Turtles, I want the 87 villains to be fucking OP too!

Like every other villain in the Tutleverse are convinced these guys, especially Kraang and Shredder, are a fucking joke. Then when they “team up” together to defeat the Turtles the other villains go to backstab them only for 87 Shredder and Kraang to go “Uno reverse, bitch! We were letting you do all the work for us, stupid mother fucker!”. Like the concept of the 87 villains being a red herring pretending that they’re just bumbling idiot when in fact they are manipulative psychopaths is so fucking interesting to me, and could have played out so well in their respective crossovers. Because again: they’ve been in this game for WAY longer than their other counterparts have.

I also think it would be really cool (and funny, because first and foremost I’m always going to chose the funnier option) if the 87 Turtles, as well as being the smallest, are the most physically strongest out of all their counterparts. This is partially cannon in actuality because I have SEEN these mother fuckers rip metal sheets off the walls of cars, lift heavy machinery/vehicles in the air with ease, break through brick walls, and toss around Bebop and Rocksteady plus other mutants twice their size like beach balls! These fuckers are probably just walking muscles! I wanna see them lift the Bayverse Turtles up in the air like it was nothing! (Please someone make fanart of this and tag me! I beg you!)

Anyway, the whole point of this rant is that I think the TMNT writers would have better success in writing better crossover specials if they just lean into the fact that the 87 Turtles are the oldest of the bunch with far more experience and skill under their belt AND the fact that they rely a lot on 80s cartoon logic which makes everything so much more chaotic than it needs to be.

Fight mode. Not necessary in a physical way, but she can be very confrontational if she thinks the situation calls for it.

Medium? She has her brother Ashton and their parents Doug and Bernadette, but Jasper is also practically like a brother to them, and Annette is basically like a second mom to them.

my favorite relationship debbie was in would probably be debbie x sandy (sebbie), but only pre-11x05 before they were ruined. and my least favorite relationship would probably be heidi? her character was brought in so randomly and in an obvious attempt to slander debbie more. i would say that my least favorite would be a relationship that she had with any of the guys she was with, but i don’t really count those since she was a lesbian and underage for most of those relationships.

i don’t really know how to answer this… there are a few storylines that shameless started for her and just didn’t bother to explore so i guess i’ll say those. (this is depressing sorry) in 4x07, debbie’s friend convinces her to self harm, and she does. season 4 debbie is very interesting because she explores abandonment issues, peer pressure, and grooming, which are all important issues. i think that the shameless writers got over her self harm too fast, and i think that it could have been interesting to see them talk about that, because it is an issue that many struggle with (although ian did also struggle with it in 5x10). i also wish that we got a scene where debbie talks to her siblings about how they treat her. in season 11, they mistreat her a lot, but it’s all for comedic purposes so nobody really talks about it, but i wish she or someone else would stand up for her.

every debbie moment is an underrated one if you ask me, lol. i think an underrated one may be when she bought a snake and put it in matty’s girlfriend’s car. it was so evil and maybe people hate her for it but i just found it funny. also, when she lied to jimmy-steve and said it was her birthday for free food. she’s iconic.

five years from now or five years from the finale? i’m gonna go with five years from the finale, which is 2026. i see debbie doing well. adult liam in hos says that they all end up doing well, and yes, he’s talking about a time far more in the future, but in season 11 debbie’s business was successful so i’ll say that she is. i think that she and franny will stay in the gallagher house, and i hope that debbie will get some therapy because she desperately needs it, especially if she has a ten/eleven year old kid. i want her to find a good girlfriend, maybe it’s sandy, maybe it’s not. idk. really all i hope is that she’s doing well mentally, franny’s thriving, they have a house, and debbie does everything is still going well.

hm… well, the wedding dress in 10x12 is the first thing that comes to mind. she looks fabulous and she’s doing it for the sake of gallavich, which we love. if it’s not that, it’s probably one of her other looks in season 10, because i think that was her best era fashion wise (and in general, honestly. that was her redemption arc, john wells just fucked it up), so probably the black dress with the leather jacket that she wore while convincing ian to get back with mickey, or the red dress she was trying on.

6. (the bullets got messed up😭), well, for lines, “you do not f with debbie gallagher!!!!” (after attempting to drown a girl who bullied her for being a closet lesbian), “you can’t drink him away, mickey. it won’t work”, (after convincing mickey to go back to ian, because my girl loves her family and is the biggest gallavich fan in the whole show).

7. funniest would probably be the, “you do not f with debbie gallagher!” thing, but also when she kidnapped that kid and was questioned by the police, specifically because the scene was just little clips of her talking and one was like, “yes i would like a cookie”, it was just so funny i love her. for saddest, i’d have to say hitting frank with a bag full of soap and then sobbing into her pillow, crying when she knew that derek left her, or when she was screaming at derek’s mother’s house and consoling franny even though franny couldn’t hear- i died inside a bit when i watched that scene. her best moment was any moment she helped out her siblings (which happens a lot, contrary to what debbie antis who think that she’s selfish think), like coming to mickey’s house to get him back, somehow getting ford up on a billboard so that fiona could shoot paintballs at his ass, creating a distraction at the gallavich wedding, and pranking kelly with carl- there’s a few more but those are my personal favorites.

8.i have a few favorite fics, like definitions by the lovely @astaraels, the sun; a little to the left, and familiar patterns by the also lovely, @aceyanaheim. this is probably my favorite gifset, and i don’t really know a lot of debbie fanart- but probably anything that @deedala did because she loves debbie also and is an amazing artist.

9. how did i feel about it… well, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I FUCKING HATED IT. i really hated every characters ending, gallavich’s ending was fine but there were also some things about it i didn’t really love. i’ve made really long posts about my issues with this ending, but to summarize: in s10, john wells attempted to make a debbie redemption arc, which is why there isn’t a lot of debbie hate in that season. many people liked her that season, esp because of 10x12. but then, in s11, we’re expected to believe that everyone hates debbie, (*cough* ian *cough*), and we hear her called a “terrible mom” a “loser” “annoying” etc. also, frank’s parting words to her were horrible and mean! i would start bawling if i were her, and i get that it’s frank, but still. also, they ruined sebbie and replaced it with a toxic person who we know debbie is only dating as a form of self sabotage. i have so much more to say, but that’s it simplified.

i want more lore (pun intended) on the culture of lorien! i want to know about the people, about what they lost, about what their lives were like!

so anyways, here are some ideas about loric culture (keep in mind some of this could be canon/impossible in the series and i've forgotten because i haven't read the whole series in years). feel free to use and/or expand on any ideas in fanfiction and fanart, and please tag me if you use this as inspiration because i desperately want to see more loric culture!

-we know they have festivals based around their moons/stars. what do those look like? i'm imagining celebrations similar to pagan celebrations of equinoxes and solstices, so things like dances and bonfires. also how often do these happen, how different is their astronomy from ours? with multiple moons, how do those impact their oceans and navigation?

-how do they mark the passage of time? here we obviously have the year marked by our orbit around the sun and days marked by the turn of the earth, as well as seasons which technically have specific days but vary a lot based on location and hemisphere. we also have the moon cycle and the months of the year. how does their orbit vary from ours? do they mark something similar to years based on it? do they also have a day/night cycle similar to ours, and how do they schedule their days? what do their seasons look like? with multiple moons, do they have varying moon cycles and do they have specific ideas of importance within them, like the importance some place on the full moon? how do they divide time up, and how do they count it?

-how does their concept of age work? their orbit is probably different from ours, so if they count years the same as us what ages on lorien are big deals? on earth we have things like 16 and 18 being important in some places because they're your "sweet sixteen" and when you become a legal adult. do they have specific ages that dictate what you can do, like start training or work?

-what does the geography of lorien look like? it seems like their may be a central civilization with their ships and academies, but there's not a lot of description about the rest of the planet. it's ten times smaller, so it's kind of like a massive country. some of that is oceans and seas. like any country, there's probably smaller towns and cities with different customs and history. is there any territorial division, like the borders of countries here on earth? it seems they lived in peace and had very little conflict, so even if they have borders it's likely a very different system and idea to ours.

-how do the people who live beyond the central civilization differ? i think it could be a really cool idea to explore how other places on lorien function and how their societies adapt to their environment. for instance, a society living in the mountains could be stronger than average and more resistant to the cold due to their environment, while a coastal society could be very proficient in swimming and creating navigational tools as well as managing sea travel and trade. it's also interesting to consider differences in appearance due to location, like how on earth people closer to the equator have darker skin while those further away have lighter skin. with different societies there could be different diets, clothing, traditions, and so much more that i want to see explored.

-how do they travel? do they use ships to travel like how we use airplanes? do they have trains? do they have individual means of travel, like cars? since they seem eco conscious, how do they travel without harming the planet? do they use loralite to teleport and then use other means to get to places without loralite? since the academies are in the central civilization, do other societies send their garde there to board or do they have their own customs for garde?

-what does their economy/trade look like? since they're peaceful and don't have many of the issues we have on earth, i assume they don't use capitalism. i imagine it's all coordinated to give each society what they need, with everyone helping each other since if they never had capitalism they wouldn't be wondering about profit. how is the work divvied up? some cepan had jobs farming, but to supply a whole planet it must be a bigger operation. some legacies could help with agriculture, and many garde and cepan could help with resources once they're done training. they could send people with specific legacies to other societies, such as someone who can manipulate metal going to a place with mining. the work is also probably much less grueling, since they aren't trying to make a profit and instead just get what is needed. coastal societies could manage ports and get resources sent all around.

-what are their religious beliefs? are there different beliefs, or one main belief with different sects? i imagine that there would be a lot of spiritual stuff surrounding the entity and possibly lorien itself, so maybe more monotheistic. how do their religious beliefs incorporate the elders? do they view them as priests or prophets, or maybe even jesus-like figures? who are their religious leaders and how does one become a religious leader? or maybe they don't have a leader, and look directly to the entity/lorien for guidance. they might have religious texts, which i imagine are in the libraries and probably preserved by the cepan.

-what are their funerary practices? in the books we really only see them practice more human, western funerary practices with cremation and burial. on lorien, would it have been a somber affair or more celebratory? how would they have cared for their dead? on earth cremation and burial are the most common, but there's also diversity in how those are carried out, like open air pyres and natural burial. if they bury people, what do their graveyards look like? how does their mourning practice work? is it practiced in stages, are there specific events that must occur, how do they work through death?

-what are their societal roles? do they have gender roles or are they just divided by garde and cepan? do they have concepts like matriarchal or patriarchal societies? we know grandparents take care of young garde, so what is the role of the parents and other family members in the upbringing? there are many roles in a society that need to be filled: caretakers, laborers, leaders, etc. they might let most people choose their roles, but some would have to be designated or expected like grandparents caring for the children or elders.

feel free to add more, and i'll probably keep this list going as i think of more! i just think that lorien is so underdeveloped as a culture, and we don't get a real sense of what was lost even though some characters like the cepan lived on lorien for many years. they lost a whole civilization, and i wish we knew more about the people and their lives before the mogadorian invasion.

I am especially proud of June of Doom chapter 11 (Better known as Doc Has a Stroke literally). It took me two months to write, and it is still the longest one chapter I ever wrote (3k words). Also! I am afraid of hospitals and blood, so I have no idea how I wrote it. Also believe it or not, it was inspired by the animated series...

One more writing project I am proud of is Alteration. It is not because of how much I wrote, but how much I am still planning, and how many Ideas I have for it. I have every single detail planned :)

With art it's a bit more tricky. Since I am not THAT proud of any of them, but BTTF 2 end scene redraw is still one of my favs :)

How many times were you late for school this year?

At least three times, due to reasons outside of my control. But I hate being late.

My Favourite Martian (1999) Where Lloyd plays an Alien. I watched it because of my silly alien doc au. And I had an amazing angst idea out of it (I wrote it for June of Doom)

In the car. My parents are tired of me ranting about BTTF so Imagine me (not a singer) scream-singing Back In Time. :DDD

Honestly, either I didn't. Or I did too many times to count. Cause I don't remember

No...

How many times did your mom retell the story of how she and your father met?

Not many, maybe once.

If you could describe your year in a BTTF quote, which one would it be?

This one is the toughest.

It will either be "I repeat, Verne, this is a fool's errand." "Does that mean you're coming?" I always tagged along when I knew my friend was making a dumb decision.

Or “Why do we have to cut these things so damn close?”

To the dance, I even went as Marty McFly. (Even if it was 80' themed I did not win, they did not get the joke :(

does it count as unbeta’d if only like 25% of it got a second look? mall santa was the first thing I ever finished and was too scared for anyone to read it before posting so mr jorts beta’d the first chapter for me but he was nervous about the smut so didn’t go any further lol (oh my sweet summer child. he has read everything i’ve written since)

literally everything i’ve ever written is self-indulgent

i don’t love researching, but i do it. i have learned more about mall santas than i ever wanted to know

outlining makes things harder for me (hence my struggles with my bb fic ladkja.) i like to discover the story as i go along. but i do plan out the character arcs beforehand to keep myself on track

people who draw fanart for fics are angels who walk among us and i owe them my life

in addition to my bb fic I have 12k of an eventually 75k human!connor/human!hank/HK800 fic written that i genuinely really love 😭 i am determined to finish it someday. yes hank jerks off in his car in this one too

i edit as i go, so it’s relatively painless for me

i am baffled that any of my fics have gotten any attention at all

i use the words “professional writer” extremely loosely. i know from experience that i hate making art for money but also this is the only thing I’m good at. i do know i want to spend my life telling stories
