I'm a time-what?? - p1
Tumblr media Tumblr media
getting back into dr who and remembered i wanted to write a story for my oc so thought i might as well put it on my fic blog!
enjoy!
Yet another mundane day began with the loud noise of a digital bedside clock alarm. A hand reached out from under the cocoon of covers on the bed and slapped down on the nightstand before feeling around and hitting the button on top of the clock to turn off the alarm, soon after hitting another button to turn on the radio and tune in to a station playing music.
With a grown the pile of blankets started moving aside for a head of messy strawberry-blonde hair to immerge, letting out a yawn as she stretched the sleep out of her limbs and pushed herself out of bed for the day.
Alicia shuffled to her bathroom, softly nodding along to the music on the radio while she tamed her matted hair down with a brush before twisting it into a loose braid.
"You've got twenty minutes, Love!" A muffled voiced called from beyond the doorway of her room. "I fixed you some breakfast, it's on the table, you can get a few bites before you go!"
"Thanks Mum!" Alicia called back, peaking out of her bathroom doorway so her voice could be heard past the doorway of her whole bedroom.
after brushing her teeth and an outfit change, the girl made her way down the stairs to the kitchen table where a plate of toast and a cup of coffee sat waiting for her.
"'Licia, have you seen my keys?" her mother asked from the living room, diving a hand between the couch cushions.
"Did you try your purse yet?" Alicia asked, opening her moms purse and looking inside from where it sat on the counter.
"I did but I had no luck there-" Alicia cut her mom off when she spotted the set of keys on the other side of the counter next to the coffee pot.
"Found 'em. You must of set them down while you were making coffee" she pointed out, handing the keys over to her mom.
"oh, thanks, love." The woman sighed, giving her daughter a quick kiss on the cheek before grabbing her purse and heading to the front door. "right then, i'm heading to the office for the day, if you need anything just call my number."
"Right, have a good day at work, mum." Alicia nodded, sitting at the table and starting on her breakfast as the door shut behind her mother.
Soon enough she'd slipped on her shoes, plugged a pair of earbuds in and headed out the door herself, strolling down the street and through the town.
She paused her walk just before she had completely gone passed a blue police box stationed across the street just off the sidewalk in between two buildings. "Odd.." she mumbled to herself.
it seemed out of place like a sore thumb, the paint was a fresh bright blue and stood out against the brown-grey stone buildings nearby. She shrugged at it, assuming it must just be brand new, and kept walking.
Alicia soon stepped inside the town's public library, taking out her earbuds as she did so and making her way behind the counter, quickly tossing a lanyard over her head with her ID attached.
"Anderson, you're early." commented one of the librarians sorting through the returned pile of books gathered from the front mail slot. "you dont start for another-" she checked her watch "ten minutes? alright so youre not as early as i thought." she chuckled.
"better than being late, right?" alicia snickered.
"yeah well since youre here now, can i get you to make me a list of people and their late books?" the librarian asked, glancing over her shoulder at the young lady.
Alicia nodded before sitting herself in front of the computer she'd been stationed at behind the desk and typing away at the keyboard. she took some time going over what was on her screen, scribbling down on a pad of paper she'd pulled out next to her.
the sound of the library's door swishing open and the quick tapping of footsteps snapped her attention up from the monitor to the entrance to see a man walk in and stop at the front desk.
"excuse me, you lovely ladies wouldnt happen to know if this town has a giant satellite dish would you?" he asked, earning a confused look between alicia and the librarian.
"no, sir. im afraid not." the librarian replied.
"are you..some kind of repairman?" Alicia asked, tilting her head slightly in her confusion.
"you could say that. i'm the doctor." he said confidently. "ah well, i'll have to try something else then." he muttered before strolling back out of the library.
"what would a doctor even need a giant satellite dish for?" alicia questioned, going back to her task.
"oh i wouldnt mind him, hes likely just some quack from the next town over" the librarian spoke.
after the long day at the library sorting books, helping people search shelves and check out or renew a copy, Alicia was more than happy to head back home.
"right, i'll see you tomorrow then, misses Hannigan." alicia said to the librarian with a wave before heading outside. on her way back down the street she passed by the blue box again, only to see the self proclaimed doctor head inside it. she shook her head, thinking the police were just going to brush off whatever he had to call them for as a prank call, and kept going.
"mum, i'm home" alicia called out after she made in through the door.
"hey, love, im making supper." her mom called back from the kitchen. "figured we both had a long day so i tossed a pie in the oven." she stated, smiling at her daughter.
"sounds good. you know the weirdest man came in today" alicia spoke. "didnt come for any books just asked if we knew if there was a giant satellite in town, claimed he was 'The Doctor' and left when we said no."
"oh yeah? sounds like a strange man for sure, that one." her mom nodded along.
"yeah, but on my way home i saw him get into a police box. cant imagine they'd wanna hear about whatever his 'emergency' is" alicia snickered.
"well you never know, could be something unrelated." she mom pointed out.
"oh yeah, guess youre right." alicia shrugged. "should i put on our show?" she asked, walking into the living room and picking up the remote from off the coffee table, turning on the tv and starting to surf the chanels.
the next morning alicia once again slapped her alarm silent and sat up with a yawn, but before she pushed herself out of bed the paused. the song on the radio was the exact same as yesterday at the exact same time and the date on her calendar was the same as yesterday's.
she shrugged it off, guessing she must have tuned into a different station playing the same hits and forgot to cross out that day on the calendar before going to bed last night. 'it's just a coincidence' she thought as she crossed out the day and shuffled into her bathroom.
"You've got twenty minutes, Love!" her mom's muffled voiced called from beyond the doorway of her room. "I fixed you some breakfast, it's on the table, you can get a few bites before you go!"
"thanks...mum..?" alicia paused. didnt the same thing happen yesterday morning? her mom was supposed to have gone to work much earlier today wasnt she? "mum, are you taking the day off?" alicia asked, leaning into the hallway from her bedroom doorway now.
"no, love, why?" her mom asked from the bottom of the stairs. "you feeling alright?"
"nothing, im fine" alicia called back before shaking her head, trying to brush off the weird sense of deja vu and go through her morning routine again.
"'Licia, have you seen my keys?" her mom asked from the living room once she'd come down stairs.
Alicia looked at the kitchen counter next to the coffee pot and spotted the keys, picking them up and walking over to her mom with her hand extended out to give them to her. "you left them in the kitchen again"
"again? oh, well..thanks love" her mom nodded, taking the keys with a puzzled look before grabbing her purse from the kitchen and heading to the door. "right then, i'm heading to the office for the day, if you need anything just call my number." she said after slipping on her shoes.
"yeah..have a good day at work" alicia nodded, once again feeling that weird sense that this has all happened before as she sat down at the table and took a bite out of the toast that was waiting for her.
maybe today was just going to be a weird day.

The Expanded Pantheon of Discord!
So I'm a massive Doctor Who fan and I've been watching the new series. Gotta admit, it's been a weird run but I enjoyed it overall. During "The Legend of Ruby Sunday", we got the confirmation that The Toymaker's Pantheon is the same as The Pantheon of Discord that The Trickster belongs to.
We also got a list of other deities in The Pantheon and that got me thinking of other Whoniverse villains who could fit into The Pantheon along with a couple of OCs. So sit back and enjoy, my version of The Pantheon of Discord!
_____________________________________
The Toymaker: The God of Games- A canon member of The Pantheon from the main show. The master of games and Lord of Play, a crazy madman obsessed with his games and an opponent to The First, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctors
Tumblr media
Hecuba: The Goddess of Fate- A canon member of The Pantheon from an audio story called The Queen of Time. She's the sister of The Toymaker and aunt to Maestro. She's capable of trapping The TARDIS and is the mistress of her own pocket dimension. I feel like Goddess of Fate works for her
Trickster: The God of Traps- A canon member of The Pantheon and the first one to officially be called part of The Pantheon of Discord back in the Sarah Jane Adventures episode The Wedding of Sarah Jane Part 2. He creates chaos by making deals with people close to death, changing timelines and the resulting chaos feeds him, this chaos is typically world ending in some way. Each of his deals is a trap, as to undo his actions the person who made the deal has to take their agreement back and die.
Maestro: The God of Music- A canon member of The Pantheon, parent of The Harbinger and the child of The Toymaker. Their goal is to keep their dominion over music and lock it away inside of them, depriving humanity of one of our most precious sources of comfort, empathy and expression. A brief (but memorable) enemy of The Fifteenth Doctor
Tumblr media
Reprobate: The God of Spite- An as yet unseen deity, though I have my theories. I believe this is another name for Fendahl, a classic Doctor Who villain who fed on souls, as classic Who described Fendahl as the same species as The Mara, another member of The Pantheon. A being that is cruel enough to feed on your very life essence? Seems pretty spiteful to me
The Mara: The God of Beasts- A canon member of The Pantheon and an enemy to The Fifth Doctor. Representing a massive snake and called a psychevore originally, Mara is a shapeshifter, having "many forms and none" that feeds on raw emotion and requires a host to form in the real world
Lucifer: The God of Despair- This one isn't canonical but I love the idea of The Beast from The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit being a member of The Pantheon. Every pantheon needs their horned deity and The Beast fits perfectly. Not to mention he was voiced by Gabriel Woolf the voice of Sutekh. I made him The God of Despair here because in his episodes he was referred to as The Prince of Despair and Lucifer was also a name attributed to him. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Tumblr media
Abaddon: The God of Hunger- This is the child of The Beast, featuring in the Torchwood episode "End of Days". Described as The Great Devourer who eats at life itself, he was eventually defeated by trying to devour Captain Jack's immortality. As I made his dad a member of The Pantheon, I thought Abaddon would also work and his "Great Devourer" title makes him the perfect candidate for a god of hunger. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Fenric: The God of Pestilence- A classic Who villain and enemy of The Seventh Doctor, described as "an evil force from the dawn of time". As he was able to infect the minds of an entire Viking clan and their descendants, altering their destiny, Pestilence seems like a good domain for him. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Jester: The God of Fear- An enemy from The Sarah Jane Adventures, an insane shapeshifter who caused and fed on fear. Throughout time he has appeared as The Pied Piper and fed on the fear of The Plague of Rats and later on the fear genrated when he took away Hamelin's children. Later he took the identity of Odd Bob the Clown and kidnapped children, feeding on the fear that these kidnappings caused. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Tumblr media
Krampus: The God of Trickery- A canon member of The Pantheon, from the comic story Imaginary Enemies. He tried to remove Amy Pond, Rory Williams and Mels Zucker/River Song from time in the 1990's by tricking their classmate Veronica Stackmore into wishing them away. He gives his victims disguised gifts that grant him manipulative power over them.
Tumblr media
Harbinger: The God of Chance- Yes I'm making Harbinger a God and also just one being. They're now a shapeshifter and the child of Maestro. They serve as a lesser deity and lie in wait, at moments in time, where there is a chance to break the barrier between the outer plane where The Pantheon lives and the mortal universe. Harbinger is now master of The Not Things and released them from the edge of the Universe when The Fourteenth Doctor and Donna crashed there, causing 14 to "invoke a superstition at the edge of the Universe". This one slight nudge to chance warped reality and let Harbinger's fellow gods loose.
Tumblr media
Moloch: The God of Chaos- The brother of Fenric and a canonical God of Chaos, since I made Fenric a member of The Pantheon, it seemed fitting to make him part of it too, especially since it's a Pantheon of Discord and he's a god of Chaos. Seems very fitting that The Pantheon would have a deity whose domain is the name of their whole group. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Incensor: The God of Disaster- A canon member of The Pantheon and mother of Doubt and Dread. Having read about Fenric and Moloch, I thought I could tie in Incensor by making her, another name of "Mi'en Kalarash", a legend from before Galifrey itself who is described as The Blue Fire and a being that inhabits "the wasteland between realities". That felt too perfect to not be the realm of The God of Disaster, so I made the two beings one.
Light: The God of Endings- Another classic Who villain and another being described as "an evil older than time itself" by The Seventh Doctor. He was obsessed with cataloguing everything in The Universe and became enraged whenever anything changed. He could teleport, move at "the speed of thought", had telekinesis and telepathy along with electrical abilities. As he detested change so much, bringing a permanent end to all change seems like it would fit him. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Akhaten: The God of Plagues- The villain from The Rings of Akhaten, described by The Eleventh Doctor as "a parasitic deity" who fed on the hopes, dreams and souls of the people of Akhaten. As 11 called him a plague on the people singing to him and the people themselves called him "An Old God" I wanted to include him as a God of The Pantheon and I think a domain of Plagues suits him. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Midnight: The God of Shadow- This is my take on what The Creature from the planet and episode Midnight was. An immortal being so old and powerful, so evil and dangerous that it could only be imprisoned on a planet where the sun ate away at any form of biological matter, to stop it gaining a host. It's jailers named the planet Midnight as a warning of The Deity it imprisoned but over time this meaning was lost. Now Midnight, roams his prison planet, driven insane and wanting nothing but escape. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Kronos: The God of Time- A classic Who villain and enemy of The Third Doctor, from the story The Time Monster, Kronos was worshipped but feared as an evil god, a destroyer, child slayer and destructive force of evil. Captured in Greek mythology as The Titan of Time and Father of Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, Hera and Demeter. With how often this being is symbolized as evil in both Doctor Who and media in general, Kronos Lord of Time fits in well here. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Void: The God of Darkness- This deity is partly OC and partly based on some stuff from canon. This is the physical embodiment of The Void, the space between dimensions that contains "No light, nothing. Only darkness" according to The Tenth Doctor. Responsible for The Darkness of The Mind, where the worst ideas of sentient life come from, Void's power bleeds through dimensions and realities to infect every living thing with its power. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Sutekh: The God of Death- A canon member and apparently the leader of The Pantheon, described as "the mother, father and other of all" and "the god of gods". Sutekh faced The Fourth Doctor in "The Pyramids of Mars" and later The Fifteenth Doctor in "Empire of Death". A creature obsessed with death and ending all life in The Universe as he sees life as a perversion, Sutekh stands on high as the Master of The Pantheon
Tumblr media
Huitzilin: The God of Fear- Another of the same species as The Mara in the Classic Who novel, The Left Handed Hummingbird. Like how Mara feasted on emotion and Fendahl who fed on souls, Huitzilin feasted on fear and panic, as he's the same race as Mara and Fendahl in Classic Who, I thought making him a member of The Pantheon worked and a god of fear fits with the other gods. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
The Doctor: The God of Life- Surprise! I am basing this on a theory I have. The Doctor was found as a child by Tecteun on Galifrey before The Time Lords formed as a race. But why was he beneath the monolith as a child? What if he was a banished God? The God of Life and antithesis to Sutekh. This would explain his seemingly infinite regenerations.
A lost immortal god, banished as a youngling, would definitely make him "The Timeless Child". This would also explain his desire to save everyone and everything, he is literally driven to preserve his domain as much as he can. It could also explain how The Fifteenth Doctor brought the butterfly back to life in Space Babies
He was taken in by The Time Lords but when they invented time travel he became a danger, A God unbound from time itself, a non linear deity. When his fellow deities saw this, they formed a plan to wipe his mind and bind him into the mortal plane. The Trickster trapped The Doctor by making a deal with Tecteun.
The Trickster granted Tecteun the last bit of knowledge she needed to steal The Doctor's power over regeneration and life and work it into The Time Lord's DNA and descendants. However in return, Trickster trapped The Doctor to Galifrey, they became A Galifreyan biologically, Tecteun rewrote The Doctor's biology to trap him with Galifrey and her people. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
Precursor: The God of The Unknown and Secrets- The only one who's a complete OC deity. This deity hides in the background of their fellow gods actions, ensnaring victims with the knowledge they desperately want, forcing them into deals that Precursor binds them to. They then grant their victim the knowledge but immediately destroy it and feast on the disappointment and rage that their victim feels, leaving the victim a husk. Precursor can also rework reality like their fellow gods, trapping the truth in The Unknown Realm while making a new perceived truth, tricking everyone and keeping the true secret, the real knowledge unknown. Not a canon member of The Pantheon
I hope over the next few weeks, to be able to write and publish short stories for each and everyone of these deities! Hope you enjoyed this expanded Pantheon of Discord

The Legend of Venice is here…
Chapter One now on AO3…
The Doctor takes Crowley, Zee and Jack on a trip to eighteenth-century Venice to seek out the legendary Giacomo Casanova. Crowley knew Giac in Paris and has mentioned the uncanny likeness between the Doctor and Casanova (even more striking than the resemblance between the Time Lord and the demon…) so the gang are keen to meet this seductive doppelgänger.
But the Doctor and Jack are barely speaking after their emotionally challenging previous date, making things more than a little awkward. Zee seems to be teetering on the edge of voicing the true depth of her own feelings for the Time Lord. And Crowley is experimenting with a new, feminine appearance. What will the sexy Venetian make of his new friends?
Typical Who Omens fun, with a big dose of angst, a heavy dollop of smut, and some of the fluffiest fluff I’ve written. Also featuring historical cosplay, some fine gender-fuckery from Crowley, and a horny Tardis… (and bonus Ianto Jones in chapter one!)
Chapter 1/10 (fic is complete and posting every few days) Rated E - explicit sexual content with various pairings
Part 12 of my Who Omens crossover series

⛧_-_-_-_*_-_-_-_☾_-_-_-_*_-_-_-_⛧
I continued to walk until I got to the thicket of trees, I couldn’t be around anyone right now. I needed a breather. Though, I suppose ‘breather’ isn't the best term, seeing how my chest still feels constricted. Breathing still came difficult, yet was getting easier as moments passed.
As focus came back to me, shame and suffocating embarrassment sank into me.I crouched into the grass, hugging my knees to my chest as I composed myself.
I heard a shuffle behind me making me flinch. A long sigh escaped me as I heard the presence shuffle forward. I could feel him hovering over my back.
“I’m sorry, Doctor.” I didn't pull my head up to face him; the guilt was still too heavy in my mind, weighing me down.
“Hush, Child.” A cultivated melody of syllables flew through my ears. The presence, though strange and unfamiliar, drew calm through my bones. Like a comforting shiver brushed through my brain and down to my nerves, My body relaxed.
“Doctor?” I murmured, out of breath, yet for a completely different reason than earlier. I was all foggy.
The Doctor, hands bound with plant cordage, was shoved to the ground in front of me. A gorgeous puff of pink pollen blanketed around us from his impact.
“Doctor?!” I wheezed from the thickened air. The shock let me breakthrough the befuddlement if only for a little.
“Eddie! Don’t breathe!” He scrambled for purchase, dragging himself into a sitting position with just his legs due to the restraints on his hands. Though, the effort it took to become eye level with me kicked up more of the perfumed particles coming from the flora on the ground.
“What? No, Doctor, are you alright?!” I panicked and moved my hands up to hold onto his shoulders to steady him.
The very next moment, my head was pushed to the ground, and my arms were pinned to the ground. Turning my head against the brush, I finally got a look of our captors.
They were all women - no, goddesses was more of an accurate term - Dressed in white cloth togas, revealing yet appropriate for the climate. Towering over us, the beings must be at least seven foot tall. Skin differing shades of pink, peach, blush, like the plume of a slender flamingo, but they were not slender. The muscles flexing under their flesh made them appear as strong as a tree trunk, which may be a good description in more ways than one. Their lips like soft, velvet petals, and their hair was made of a variety of leaves, vines, flowers, dangling down their backs, or put into an elegant updo. An angular face, with a dainty jaw was juxtaposition to the sharp, strong bodies that it connected to.
The strongest of all was the taller, most imposing one of the group. She moved to the front of the tribe, eyes covered with a golden cloth blindfold, and her toga embroidered with golden leaf designs. Her hair was a bush of lovely purple blooms, shaped into a puffy high ponytail and held up with a vine of gold. You could tell she was the one in charge.
“We are the priestesses of Florielle!” her voice boomed in announcement. “You are to be tried by the matriarchal council for the crime of Murder!”
“Murder?!” I screamed in confusion.
Another priestess blew another load of the pink pollen into my face. The sweet smell of lavender was the last thing I sensed before going under.
The strong smell of burning herbs entered my senses. It’s warm smoke tingling my nose as I rose from my drug induced sleep.
“Doctor..?” I groaned as I tried to rub my eyes, only to find my hands bound behind my back.
“Oh, you’re finally awake. How are you feeling?” The doctor inquired with a soft voice, keeping him from being heard by the priestesses sitting around the fire in the middle of the room.
“Groggy, but I’ll be okay. Where are we?” I groaned. A distracting pounding headache growing behind my temples.
“We’re at the temple, we found the priestesses we were looking for. Or, rather, they found us.”
A booming voice echoed along the stone temple’s walls, making the very ground vibrate with energy. “ What have you say, for the crime you are to be tried?”
The Doctor scrambled to push himself to his knees, hoping to look more imposing in front of the council. “Not Guilty! What proof do you have of us committing murder, because I can assure you that we did not harm anybody.”
“You may not have, yet the woman has a different story.” The lead Priestess kneeled in front of the doctor, still being a good few feet taller than him, and reached in his hair to pull out a dainty flower. “The victim! Slaughtered by the hands of,” She snapped her head towards me, through her eyes covered in a golden blindfold, I could feel her eyes bare into my very being. “You, Edith Turner!”
“The flower?!” I exclaimed, exacerbated.
“Yes, the flower! She was a respected and protected occupant of this planet! Your vile disregard of our world and her flora children has shown a callous view of our natural order. This act of the utmost disrespect can only be rectified by Execution!”
The ruling made me feel faint; The Florielle Priestesses Fluttered around me in a blur.
“At least let us plead our case!” the doctor declared, “It was not our intention to disrespect your kind. We had no prior knowledge that we were harming the flower.”
“The motive does not matter, for the crime has been done nonetheless.” The head priestess gestured her fellow followers towards me. “She shall be thrown into the Florapod pit.”
They gripped my arms with an unwavering strength, I could feel the bruises already forming. My heart raced as I thrashed. The sound of the friction of jean fabric against rough stone grated on my ears. My shoes scraped against the flooring as I tried to stop them from dragging me back against the wall towards a dark chute embedded in the masonry of the temple.
Chanting voices echoed around the stone temple walls; they echoed around the bone of my skull. My fingertips were tingling from the strong grip of the alien women slowing my blood supply like little needles pricking up to my palms.
“Wait!” The resounding voice of my companion commanded everyone's attention. He shattered the unnerving atmosphere, causing everything to fall to immediate silence. “At least let me join her.” He reasoned.
“What, No, Doctor!” My voice cracked as I retorted, yet was cut off by the enchanting voice of our executioner before I could continue.
“Very well,” and with another flick of her wrist, two more of her followers came and grabbed the doctor up by his arms.
The chanting began again.
“With death, may Mother Nature be nourished!” The Florielle high priestess proclaimed.
The next thing I felt was the whooshing of air whipping my hair around my face, and that terrifying sinking sensation of falling in my gut.
I brace for the hard ground, but it never came. Instead I heard an “oomph” and felt a soft grip. My eyes still screwed shut, scared of what I’d see and whether it was safe yet.
“Oi, open your eyes.” The Doctor whispered with mirth, and I did as told. My face was inches from his and that’s when I noticed he somehow caught me. This lanky man caught me of all people. I was baffled.
“Oh! Doctor, put me down. I’m too heavy! I wriggled in his arms, blushing and feeling way too aware of my presence being so close to his.
“Oh no, you are not,” he rolled his eyes, the air of gaiety never leaving him, “You forget I’m a Time Lord, not a human.” Nonetheless he let me down. Sadly, shortly after the reprieve from stress started, it shattered with the haunting sound of scurrying.
The darkened cave became illuminated by the entrance of a colossal, bioluminescent spider. Its tall arms were spindly and glowing mushrooms grew off its back. Goopy, mossy vines twisted around its abdomen and a glistening, acid-like substance oozed from its fanged mouth.
“Doctor, i-is that the florapod.” My eyes reflected the light as the creature’s eyes locked with mine.
“Yes, Eddie, I suppose it is.” He stated, matter of fact. He started to move.
“Wait! Don’t. Move.” I whispered to him. “Most spiders have poor distance sight.”
“How do you know-?”
“I don’t know how, I just do. Trust me.” I side eyed him, confusing myself in the process. I had never done any sort of research on spiders before, but my gut just knew.
“We need to find a way out.”
“I know, but we have to do it slowly. Don’t let it catch your movement.” We start to move against the back of the cave, looking for any loose rocks, or give in the wall, but nothing seems to work. After a few clambering struggles to try and find a way to knock part of the wall down.
I wasn’t paying attention to my footing, so I slipped. Falling to my knees kept the spider web that launched right at me, lost aim and instead shot right above my head. TheDoctor grabbed my arm and pulled me to my feet.
“Doctor! Wait!” I wailed as my shins skidded and skinned on the ground. He was moving too fast; I couldn’t regain my footing.
“We have to move! Now!” He scooped me up and threw me over his shoulder. Running fluidly across the rocks, all the while scanning the area with his sonic screwdriver. Trying to find a weak point in the rocks in which he could exploit.
“Doctor!” I tried to get his attention, but he didn’t respond. “Doctor!” I howled again, now hitting his back with my fists. “Doctor! Look!” and as he finally looked over his shoulder to find the icky, fungus covered spider crawling towards them. Before the doctor could move out of the way, webbing shot out at me and dragged me off his shoulder.
The air whipped my shoulder length hair around my face as the florapod threw me through the cave until I landed in a harsh sliding stop. A rotten case of road rash blossomed with red blood on the right side of my body. As I got my bearings, I could hear my companion shouts echo across the cave walls.
“Eddie!” He shouted as I got to my feet, “Run in a Circle!”
“What?!”
“Run! Run around it in a circle!” his hands cupped his mouth as he projected his plan.
Realizing the webbing was still attached to my back, I understood what he was telling me. I started running, gnawing on my inner cheek to distract from the pain. As I ran, the spider’s own web wound around its legs, ruining its balance.
As it toppled, I tried my best to get out of its way, and barely managed as I leaped towards the Doctor on the other side of the cave.
All I could hear was the beating of my own heart, and the pants pushing out of my lungs.
“Eddie?” The sensation of a warm hand rubbing my back between my shoulder blades brought me back to the present. “Don’t worry, hold still.” He held me still by pushing down on my shoulder, squeezing me against the rock below.
“Wait, Hold on! What’re you-!” My eyes widened when I saw a sharp, blade-like, rock come down towards the middle of my spine. I awaited the impact, but didn’t feel much.
“Oh, stop being a baby,” He held out his hands in a disarming manner after he set down the, now web-covered, rock. “I was just getting this nasty webbing off of ya.”
I sighed with relief.

I wrote for the first time this week. I wrote 197 words tonight. I know, it's not much. But I wrote a whole scene. This chapter only has two more scenes. The Doctor will soon reunite Molly with her daddy.

Children of Time: Barbie Addition (+ their Ken)
Got to see Barbie last night, and it was a really good time. The first half was a bit slow, but the second half was really funny and emotional.

I haven't written fanfiction in years, been busy working on my original fantasy romance novel, but NPH in Doctor Who has reignited the fanfic writer in me.
Not sure if anyone would be interested in Toymaker x OC but I've got 16 unedited pages written so far, there'll be smut, fluff and tears.
So if you wanna see the Toymaker have to try and deal with humanity affecting him in ways he's not used to and the void affecting the OC then hopefully I got a story you'll be interested in. Title still in progress!

Just shaking my head in wonder at the six degrees of separation that leads to me writing a scene in which Aziraphale is in Trish Walker’s apartment.. I mean the missing link is quite clearly David Tennant but still - how did I get here?! Fanfic is amazing!
(Crowley and Jessica Jones by the way, is one of those accidental combinations I never knew I needed, but my god, the snark meters have broken every time they’re in the same room…)
Anyway… first 12 chapters of ‘The Twin in Purple’, my Who Omens meets Kilgrave crossover, are currently on AO3, and that’s just over half the story I think.
CW: violence, mind control (duh), rape/non con, explicit sexual scenes, self harm, suicide and/or murder (it’s Kilgrave so blurry lines). Warnings mostly for chapter 10 onwards, up until then it’s a slightly fucked up romance.
