something on my heart and mind lately, huh?

hm well the united states is being... like that, so that feels like a permanent backdrop to everything, and so heavy. at the same time, my sphere of influence is limited and I don't want to dwell there unduly. so I've been finding things to look forward to!

I have a conference I'm traveling for at the end of the month and then taking an extra day to play tourist, and then in May I'm doing a trip abroad! my brother is visiting me this summer! verm and mr verm will visit later this year too! I'm saving up for a tattoo and should be able to get it this fall!

@vermillioncrown and I have also been continuing to poke away at 'to no country' and that's been a fun ride, if a slow-moving one lol. and thus it's constantly percolating in my brain.
