sometimes you just need to show love for blorbo by ripping her chest open and filling her ribcage with flowers. y'know

anyways here's the list of the 17 different flowers I included and their symbolism:

Wormwood: absence, bitter sorrow, do not be discouraged 

Violets (purple): sapphic love 

Spider lily (red): abandonment, loss, separation, death and the cycle of rebirth 

Mourningbride: unfortunate attachment, widowhood, “I have lost all” 

Rosemary: remembrance, “your presence revives me” 

Rainflower / rain lily: rebirth, new beginnings, great expectations 

Poppy (red): sleep, consolation, death; oblivion, imagination; evanescent pleasures, fantastic extravagance, pleasure; sacrifice, remembrance; the blood of fallen soldiers 

Nettle (stinging): life and death, protection 

Lotus: rebirth 

Lavender: love, devotion, loyalty; the queer community 

Poppy (Himalayan blue): potential, possibilities, psychic skills 

Forget-me-not: true love, “don’t forget me” 

Asphodel: earth, the underworld; “my regrets follow you to the grave”; remembered beyond the tomb 

Arborvitae (cypress leaves): everlasting friendship, “live for me”; “thine till death”; death, mourning, despair, sorrow 

Amaranth (love lies bleeding): immortality 

Adonis’ flower: painful recollection, sorrowful remembrances

Celia and Rethic, two npcs from the Shadowfell the party met in the Feywild. I used them partially to advertise my homebrew class the Amalgam to my players, a martial class for characters fused with a supernatural being. Rethic is fused with a child's ghost, but sometimes he's briefly the child fused with the adult's ghost. Celia received an (un)life-saving blood transfusion that mutated her into a vampiric creature.
