Akademiks is being sued bc in july 2022 he and two of his friends were over at his house and they drugged and assaulted an influencer.

she’s suing him for negligent infliction of emotional distress and defamation

they dated for a while beforehand but they weren’t really on speaking terms until he reached out to her and she came over to his house where she thought they would be alone until two of his friends came over

tw again bc it gets REALLY dark

they drugged her and threw her in a pool before one of his friends assaulted her while she tried to get out. and then she was in and out of consciousness until she woke up at 4 am with aka on top of her

and he then showed her videos of it

she went to the police who said there was evidence of her being assaulted but she chose not to file a case about it

but then in 2023 aka got on a stream and said she had an orgy with his friends and he had no part in it

and she’s suing him for defamation, rape, and emotional distress.

now he’s saying that if he goes down for this he’s going to expose the entire industry
