The Arturian Realm: A Map and Brief History on the World Created by the Third Level Society
Library of Circlaria
The Beginning
From an unknown origin emerged Five Deities: the Goddess Maersa, the Goddess Vera, the God Sterran, the God Tersan, and the Goddess Mathena. Together they formed the Divine Foundation and created Planet Arturia in their design and image. With this, they set out to achieve a holy vision which they came to name: the Divine Arturian Mandate.
The Mandate consisted of Two Principles. The First Principle was to set out and explore more of the Universe and to do so through the progress of an ever-evolving human race. The Second Principle was for the Five Deities to cast reflections of themselves known as Antedeities, who would create within the interior of Planet Arturia in a void removed from the reality of Arturia an equivalent of the known cosmos known as the Antecosmos (now referred to as the Underworld). These Antedeities would do so through a similar ever-evolving human race inhabiting a world underground known as the Dungeonworld.
And so in establishing their world, their Foundation, and their Mandate, the Five Deities established each for themselves a Kingdom, with Maersa ruling over the Crescan Kingdom, Vera over the Galacian Kingdom, Sterran over the Parradin Kingdom, Tersan over the Marlen Kingdom, and Mathena over the Prestian Kingdom.
Expansion and Revolution
The Divine Foundation also established in their time a calendar beginning with Year 1. By Year 5000, the Five Kingdoms prospered equally and peacefully. And their race of humans was so evolved that by that time in history, they had long been building and operating vessels capable of transcending the Cosmos. Consorts from the Five Kingdoms had firmly established settlements across numerous planets with one regional center of government on a particular planet for each of the Five Kingdoms.
These jurisdictions were initially loyal to their respective Kingdoms on Planet Arturia, the Planet of Origin. But in Year 5001, revolution and mutiny deposed the regional government in the central exoplanetary settlement under the Galacian Kingdom. That year, they subsequently gained independence, forming the Republic of Galacia. With enough technology and resources in their power, were able to overcome the forces from the Galacian Kingdom ruled from Planet Arturia attempting to take them back after a sixteen-year battle. In 5017, the Goddess Vera conceded and officially recognized the Republic.
Revolution and Establishment
Year 5021 saw the breakaway of the exoplanetary jurisdictions under the Prestian and Marlen Kingdoms, with such breakaways forming the Republics of Prestia and Marlen. And Year 5032 saw the successful breakaway of the planetary settlements under the remaining two Kingdoms as well as the formation of the Republics of Parradin and Cresca. In 5041, the five Republics united and formed the Secular Confederation of Arturia. The Confederation in 5047 launched a conjoined military agenda to invade Planet Arturia and sweep the Five Deities of the Divine Foundation from power.
The agenda lasted four years with stiff resistance from the Foundation. But in 5051, the Confederation succeeded in sweeping the Divine from power, destroying their Divine Beings in the Divineworld over the Arturian Terraworld and forcing their Divine souls to each go to one of Five Netherworlds in the Underworld and re-merge with their Antedeity counterparts. Representatives from each of the five Republics under the Confederation met in the Holy City of Maersa on the Isle of the Summit to formally establish a Constitution for government and to establish an order of their own, consisting of humans powerful enough to govern as "deity-equivalents."
Overthrow and Struggle
In 5054, proceedings of this Great Council were interrupted when Maurius, a very powerful spellcrafter, deposed the Council with the onslaught of fire and armies of daemons, which included scores of companies of serpents. The City and Isle were laid to waste as Maruius attempted to establish his own regime. The remaining Confederation forces were able to subdue him and keep his regime at bay within the perimeter of the Isle. But alas, the Isle and City were forever corrupted and are to this day. And the said City was renamed Antemaersa by the Confederation.
All troubles seemed over, but unfortunately the Great Council never met again. The Crisis of Maurius sparked a conflict of mutual blame and discord. A coalition of militant fighters and spellcrafters deposed of the government the Republic of Marlen in 5056, re-establishing it as the Divine Kingdom of Marlen. The remaining forces of the Confederation attempted to put down this breakaway movement, but their efforts were hindered by a similar breakaway movement in 5061, which led to the establishment of the Divine Kingdom of Prestia. Together, the Kingdoms of Marlen and Prestia banded together and began a conjoined war on the remaining three states of the Confederation. In 5067, the Republic of Cresca, increasingly opposed to the factional war between the Divine Kingdoms and the Confederation, sought neutrality and, itself, broke away from the Confederation. In 5071, new leadership was elected to the Confederation, now consisting of two remaining States: Parradin and Galacia. Such leadership sought an overreaching military agenda against the renegade Republic and two Divine Kingdoms in order to restore the Confederation. However, the Republic of Parradin was opposed to this and subsequently broke away that year, leaving only the Republic of Galacia the sole State of which the old Confederation consisted.
And in 5072, the Galacian government was overthrown and replaced with the Reformed Confederation of Galacia. Although democratic on paper, the Reformed Confederation of Galacia is, in practical terms, an authoritarian one-party state.
Nevertheless, it was the Triumverate leadership of Galacia that called the cease-fire and ordered cooperating military forces to construct the city of Novapax. When that was completed in 5084, a Council of Peace was held here, with such Council succeeding in signing a fragile Peace Treaty which only called for an indefinite extension of the cease-fire. The Treaty also called for the construction of other stateless cities of neutrality similar to Novapax. These cities were Mareglaciei, Novatrivis, and Tremur.
So the violence was ended in Year 5084, but tensions still remain between the Five Nations. And tensions have, since 5084, been emerging within each Nation.

The Solar Universe is pictured to you with the Sun as a centre and with the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus revolving around it. But we say that instead of these being planets revolving around the Sun, they are realms of consciousness surrounding the central consciousness that is called the Sun; the first realm being the consciousness called Mercury, or the mental world; the second realm called Venus, or the emotional world; the third realm being the Earth, or the desire world, in which the bulk of its humanity is now manifesting; the fourth realm being Mars, or the world of creative forces, through which earth humanity has evolved; while the fifth, sixth, and seventh realms of Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus are the Divine worlds through which the Sons of God, the Higher Selves of humanity, descended or in-volved Themselves, and from which They worked while e-volving the consciousness of Their former mis-creations up through the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms to the stage where They could ensoul it. This was finally accomplished in the Mars realm, with the help of the Great Being Who was its Ruler, and of His lieutenants; and the further unfoldment of consciousness in individual souls then proceeded under the immediate direction of the Sons of God in that realm known as the Earth state of consciousness, residing between the Mars and Venus realms. – Paper No. 42 (The Seven Spirits Before the Throne) by Anonymous (JSB)

Story Seven: Sarah Marks
I never thought one year ago that I would say this, but Kara Martins is now a guest under our roof.
The three of us met with Richard Rohrbaugh and the Administrators of the Galacia Terraworlds and decided to shut down our dymensional planes on May 18, the day that the rest of the Cabotton faculty are going to join the other UEC chapters in the multinational general strike.
I need to emphasize that this will be achieved by having daemons block every port entry into each Terraworld plane and state that the dymensional plane is closed. They will also be capable of casting barrier spells to prevent avatars from being able to cross into the dymensional plane in defiance.
We will also be casting a forcefield over each dymensional plane preventing Questors from being able to use their spells and preventing them from being able to operate airships and ships as well as maps and navigating tools.
So the affected dymensional plane in each case will be dead.
Kara Martins is at the head of this, much to the dismay of Peter Crane, who was now trying to have the Third Level Society formally ban her. For the record, Kara was not officially banned before, only just ran away. Peter wants to make it official.
But the Caucus voted against it. Kara Martins is here to stay. Furthermore, the striking Galacia Terraworlds have been joined by their Divineworlds and Underworlds, as well as the Cresca Terraworlds, Prestia Divineworlds and Underworlds, and all the worlds of Parradin and Marlen.
***
Kara filled us in a bit on her personal life between herself and Peter Crane since she had left Cabotton last year. She immediately went back to her family up in the province of Gymia, where she signed up for a group known as the Blue Mark Spellcrafters' Legion, apparently some sort of group that serves as protection for those dwelling and traveling through rural areas. The Legion is a non-profit organization but pays members to go on certain missions, like rescue missions if needed, and utilize specialized spellcrafting skills for various needs.
I do not know much about this organization, but it sounds like some sort of a neat career opportunity for a prospective spellcrafter.
In any case, Kara Martins signed up and spoke to Peter about it, enticing him to come home. But Peter did not want to because he had just won the Dungeonmaster position. Kara then tried to get Peter and serve as a Dungeonmaster for maybe one or two years, and then to move back to Gymia, which was where Peter came from as well. But Peter refused to make promises; and I guess that led to some arguments and disagreements.
The epitome of their strain came when, after having accepted a lucrative and challenging gig from the Blue Mark, Kara had received her letter stating that her spellcrafting license had been suspended, forcing her to surrender her membership with the Blue Mark and to look for another form of employment. She told Peter about her predicament, and Peter told her to come back to Cabotton so that she could possibly work under him as an Administrator.
But Kara was having none of that. She had decided at that point that she no longer wanted anything to do with the Society, and started calling Peter a conformist. Peter was quite offended by that and broke off the relationship, asking her to never contact him again. For a short time, Kara was determined to never have anything to do with Cabotton University again.
And then came emerging news of the strike, not only the general strike but also the group of Third Level Society employees willing to join in the strike against Peter.
Kara Martins, as unhinged as she seemed to be in the past, shared one common interest with the rest of us, and that is her unwavering support for the power of the collective bargain. I was surprised when I came to this realization about her as a potential ally, but here we are.
It's amazing how things change.
***
The strike starts in fifteen days. The UEC chapters are giving every opportunity for the Global Academy Board of Trustees to negotiate and avoid this potentially world-altering event. But thus far, they have been stubborn.

Story Seven: Sarah Marks
Now this has turned into quite the messy situation. So Dyla had a talk with Richard and told him to keep his distance. On the other side of the issue, though, he was right about the treachery with Travis and the other Sarah's avatar.
When my Great Priestess met up with Boldo and Brayda, cast by Travis and the other Sarah respectively, they had cast a very good impression on me. Apparently, it turned out that there was a figure named Magna Sacerdos, from one of the Divineworlds, who intended to fill the void of the White Baroness shortly after her end, have a monopolistic influence of power over the Underworld of Prestia Minor CCL, and turn it into a "world of light." My task was to join my army of daemons with the army of Boldo's daemons in the frontal assault against the evil regime, while Brayda's numerous company would cast a blockade around Prestia Minor CCL.
On Sunday night, our super-army assembled at the pearly gates of the supposed usurper of the Underworld, and those pearly gates looked very much out of place. Boldo gave the Great Priestess the top command, in other words, command to give the charge. I did that, and as soon as I did, Boldo's army started attacking mine.
I was completely bewildered. I had my Great Priestess order my army of daemons to stand ground as best as they could. Both of us were armed with cannons and supertanks, but my side was ultimately outgunned. It was about survival, not defeat of the other side. Unfortunately, even survival was not an option. And though my Great Priestess was quite powerful, she still could die and have to respawn. So I had her go incognito and slip away from this disgraceful battlefield. She barely escaped.
Fleeing the pursuit of Boldo's snipers, my Priestess hopped on her Richard Rohrbaugh X model and left the planet as quickly as possible, going concealed and slipping through Brayda's blockade.
She finally made it home to Galacia Minor CCXXXIV, but sadly the troubles were not over. Upon landing, I realized that Brayda had in fact taken effective control over the Great Priestess' home planet. It was mostly the Terraworld layer that was affected; the Divineworld had actually allowed her to do this, but then blamed me and had the Great Priestess downright kicked out.
This was a loss for me, and I was determined to do what it took to bring victory for my avatar. So I disengaged and went to the Society Library, determined to find everything I needed to know about Magna Sacerdos. It was my belief that Magna Sacerdos, himself or herself, who was behind the treacherous agenda set by Boldo and Brayda. I went to the Roster but no matter how hard I looked, there was no sign of Magna Sacerdos.
And then it occurred to me: Magna Sacerdos was an alias. I went upstairs to the proper University Library and secured a Book of Translation, and discovered that it was the Aerdyn language for Great Priestess.
Magna Sacerdos did not exist. It was a trick. No wonder I was unable to find it in the Member-Avatar Roster.
At this point, if I was like some people, I would try and take this to the Bookkeeper. However, this is par for the course of the principle of balance of dynamics. This incident touches on a concept known as "legal deception," because while they did convince me that Magna Sacerdos was an alias for my avatar's name, I should have thought to do some basic research and figure out the trick. That's the key, that it was easy to figure out the deception. An incident a few years back cast light on this between two Members and the Bookkeeper.
Nevertheless, I'm retiring for the night. I've put off my schoolwork for long enough. Also, tensions are building up in and around the University, especially with the upcoming strike.

Third Level Society: First Version
Story Seven: Sarah Marks
Up to this point, I have been proud of the changes that my avatar went through, especially after the fall of the White Baroness.
I had admittedly been fascinated with the Underworld on Prestia Minor CCL over which the White Baroness governed; that is, the Underworld that existed before her arrival. My avatar, who I simply called the Great Priestess, had been in residence in the Divineworld over Galacia Minor CCXXXIV. I had advanced quite far enough in terms of level and skills, but I will admit, perhaps out of selfishness, that the Great Priestess was not given the recognition and opportunity that she deserved. I determined last year to go toward assimilation with the Underworld here, where I knew it would take time to regain my equal standing.
Regardless, I felt it was worth it.
But then the White Baroness of Prestia Minor CCL was no more, and its Underworld was free again. Many avatars and daemons had fled that Underworld, meaning that the newly-freed realm was now up for grabs. Pouncing at the opportunity, I accelerated my form-fitting of the Great Priestess, who is now a truly dark and menacing figure; and then purchased a custom spaceship designed by Richard Rohrbaugh to fly over to that world.
Many of my friends believe that since last year with the Meona Bell incident that I had tried to destroy the White Baroness just for this opportunity, which is ludicrous because I truly thought that the White Baroness was invincible, or at least the power vacuum in her absence would be short-lived. It was actually Travis Hunt who had drawn my attention back to Prestia Minor CCL with a unique opportunity.
Travis was originally an inspiration for me because, like myself, he was cast out by his peers in the Divineworld, seen as "not good enough." He took his avatar, Boldo, to the Underworld where he gained acceptance and power. He told me that he was inspired by my story of separating from the Divineworld and form-fitting the Great Priestess in the way that I did.
So there was a mutual contempt toward the class of leaders of our respective Divineworlds.
So Travis and I agreed to take part in the mega-quest to rebuild and mutually govern the Underworld of Prestia Minor CCL, where formerly dwelt the White Baroness.
The one drawback to all this is actually Richard Rohrbaugh's reaction. As I have mentioned, he has been frequenting my personal space quite a bit these days, much admittedly to my annoyance. And tonight, he pulled me aside. I had told Dyla earlier today about everything with Travis; and I guess she told Richard, probably after he asked her all those nosy questions. Now Richard was trying to sway me away from all this.
"If I had known what your intent was, I wouldn't have helped you attain those spaceships of mine," Richard said. "I don't know what Travis has planned but he and the other Sarah seem...suspicious."
Richard was, of course, talking about Sarah Jonn. Sarah Jonn is a new Member os the Society, quiet and shy. So at this point, Richard is just simply getting out of hand.
I talked with Dyla over this and found out how unrelenting he was about my quest in terms of questioning her. Dyla suggested that I take this up with the Bookkeeper, but I decided to let this one slide.
I know how much of an enabler the Bookkeeper is with Peter Crane; and I just don't want to get tangled with Peter Crane more than I have to.

Arturian Realm: Underworld Structures
Library of Circlaria
Blog Posts
Overview of the Arturian Realm:
Administered by the Third Level Society, founded in the year 1243, the Arturian Realm is an interplanetary realm spanning multiple star systems, each hosting multiple gas giant systems, each of which are home to multiple planets. Each planet contains a Terraworld, Divineworld, Dungeonworld, and Underworld.
Typical Underworld:
A typical Underworld on a particular planet in the Arturian Realm is accessible through specific Temples in the Terraworld or Dungeonworld as well as through natural chasms in a Dungeonworld on said planet. While the surface of a planet's Terraworld faces out into the cosmos, the surface of its Underworld faces inward toward the center of the planet. An Underworld's landscape consists usually of continents of barren stone and rock separated by lakes and oceans of fiery magma. Meanwhile, a Ball of Fire in the center of the planet, "above" the Underworld landscape, casts a constant reddish-orange hue of fiery light. And around this Ball of Fire orbits four small rocky netherworld globes, each of which being home to a deity-equivalent stronghold.
The weather of an Underworld is fundamentally different from that of its Terraworld counterpart in that it is fire-based rather than water-based. The said Ball of Fire in the center will occasionally send out flares which lash the Underworld landscape with torrents of fire and magma, which will eventually pour into the fiery lakes and oceans. The said fiery lakes and oceans also send out similar but smaller flares.
Meanwhile, the Underworld landscape consists of villages, cities, city-states, nations, and empires. And these entities, along with nomadic entities, travel by land as well as by boats of metal and stone across the fiery lakes and oceans to either trade with each other or compete against each other, similar to the dynamics of the Terraworld.
The difference here, however, is that avatar beings native to the Underworld are immortal and spiritual. They can gain power more easily but can also be destroyed, or unmade easily, despite being immortal. These beings do not need to eat or metabolize. And the spiritual forms in which they exist consist of varying degrees, ranging from shapeless clouds to semi-physical bodily forms.
Again, while these beings are immortal, their forms can be destroyed, and are often destroyed in battles and conflicts. Daemons cast by avatars here are lost forever, and have to be remade by Underworld avatars. For the avatars, themselves, if they are unmade, their spirits are sent to one of the four netherworlds where special Underworld priests remake them, often at the cost of either Arturian credits, or, in some cases, an unusual demand such as the sacrifice of a particular spirit.
Most avatars enter the Underworld as an alternative to resurrection whenever the said avatar dies in the Terraworld. The lure with the Underworld option is, obviously, the immortality as well as how easy it is to gain power. That, of course, makes things more competitive in some Underworlds. But nonetheless, many Society Members pursue this option.
The Usurping of a Particular Underworld:
Sometimes an avatar, or even a daemon, will be powerful enough to cast some sort of influence over a particular Underworld and succeed in rendering it to display wildly abnormal characteristics. Though this is rare, it has happened a few times throughout the history of the Third Level Society.
One particular example was in the year 1281. A figure by the name of the White Baroness had managed to alter the Underworld of Prestia Minor CCL so that it became a world completely void of heat and fire, and completely filled with snow, ice, and glass. Not only that, but the White Baroness also managed to subject numerous Underworlds across numerous star systems in the same fashion. This became such an issue that many Society Members at the time began speculating that some individual was behind the casting of the White Baroness and was doing so in order to infiltrate the Society. Such a theory was bolstered by the fact that the White Baroness was nowhere to be found in the Society Member-Avatar Roster.
A prominent Society Member by the name of Meona Bell was able to pinpoint the cause behind the White Baroness ordeal, discovering that, in fact, no one person was actually behind the casting of the White Baroness, but that the White Baroness was, in fact, a fourth-generation daemon cast by a class of daemons cast by another class of daemons left over by a former Member who left years previously. In other words, it was an anomaly. To note, daemons are avatars formed by Member-backed avatars. Daemons are designed to carry out certain tasks but also to interact with their environment in an independent way. The conscience and moral decision-making mechanisms of a daemon are based on dymensional plane algorithms which operate with a precarious balance of bias versus randomness. Therefore, there is always a small risk that a Realm-altering anomaly may emerge requiring intervention from a dymensional plane Administrator. The White Baroness is a perfect example.
And it is important to assess this risk on a regular basis because any effect on a dymensional plane needing reversal cannot simply be done by a "reset." Administrators must reverse the effects of an anomaly through processes natural to the world of the dymensional plane. For example, once the White Baroness was made to no longer exist, Administrators had to investing time and resources by having Contributors cast powerful avatars to thaw the frozen Underworlds and then to reignite the fires.
The Underworld Structure of Planet Arturia:
The structure of the Underworld of the original Planet Arturia is fundamentally different from the structure of a typical Underworld, in that its traversable surface is contained solely upon Five Great Netherworlds floating around an Underworld Void. Each Netherworld here is home to a Deity of one of the Five Nations, imprisoned after the Uprising of the Common People, a matter to be discussed in a later article.
There is no Ball of Fire here, nor are there lakes and oceans of fire. Rather, there are globular strands of infernal plasma floating around the Underworld Void, bearing resemblance to a lava lamp. The Netherworlds themselves are barren rocky landscapes with villages, cities, and city-states. Political and trade dynamics here are just like said dynamics in the other Underworlds. Though that is the only similarity.

FEBRUARY LOVE REVEAL ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Pile 1 (top left) Pile 2 (top right) Pile 3 (bottom) Pile 1 - You are being honest and committed to your twinflame whether you are together or in seperation. But this may not be or feel reciprocated back. Your patience is wearing thin. For others, union is going to happen sooner than you think. Both of you know your hearts live as one with each other. Divine timing is at play, patience is a virtue!
Pile 2 - Someone is taking your kindness for weakness. It seems they have ill intentions. If you expect this to change it wont! For others, simply be kind to yourself and others. Give yourself time out for self-care and self-love. You may have been angry about a situation/person for a long time. Time to release and embrace love.
Pile 3 - You are feeling rejected and left out in the cold by a soulmate, although there is a lot of love, compassion and very high sexual energy between you both. For others, you feel lonely and lost in love. Yes you do deserve love. You attract what you think... Initiate optimism and open mindedness
