Have you seen the new #ZeroWasteOmaha map (can be accessed via ZeroWasteOmaha.com). ⠀ ⠀ A few of us in the community (including @lonelysbuxlover) came up with the idea to compile a list of this sort for #omaha. Then, by a stroke of luck I came across @consciousbychloe 's #zerowaste PDX map. She generously let me copy her idea for Omaha and alas, our map was created. ⠀ ⠀ The map includes multiple layers which can be toggled for a simpler view. In addition to locations where you can buy essentials package-free, the map also includes repair/servicing spots, coffee shops that offer a discount if you #ditchthepapercup and #bringyourownmug, and thrift stores to find #newtoyou items. ⠀ ⠀ Take a look and let me know any feedback. It will continue to grow and evolve over time. I may also add a page to my site similar to the brand database that lists out the establishments in a sort-able fashion.
