Angelic Pretty x Final Fantasy 35th collab

Coord for "Distant Worlds" concert. I just received this JSK one or two days prior, so it felt like the perfect opportunity. I love birds, hence I love chocobo 🐣 the chocobo theme medley from the 25th anniversary concert was played, and that was probably my favourite part 🤣

It unexpectedly snowed a lot this day, so I had to change out a couple items from my planned coord, but I think it turned out alright (the shoes are actually quite ivory compared to the dress, but the lighting here seems to soften it a bit).

I felt like I was one of the only ones who reserved this dress, but I've seen a few other owners since so I feel less alone now😂

This was just a simple coord since I was incredibly busy this weekend, but I have a number of other coord ideas in my head so I definitely want to wear this again soon.

Almost everything is Angelic Pretty, the bag is Morning Glory (I think) and shoes are Fint.

This version of Valse di Fantastica was first performed in Berlin last year. Where Yoko Shimomura herself was seated 2 rows behind me. I got to listen to this live with god herself right behind me. Still the coolest thing to ever happen to me :D

Another experience at Distant Worlds~

This is me and @lastaim 4th time and it’s always an amazing experience. Each time there’s always something different!

Amanda Achen, singer of shadowbringers and endwalker theme song graced us with her voice. They orchestrated Dancing Mad which was AMAZING! Seeing Soken and Koji again was also amazing! Too much to say. All I can say is if you are a final fantasy fan, you should definitely go!

Distant Worlds - Final Fantasy XVI Seattle 2024

This was my first Distant Worlds, and it blew my expectations out of the park. It's also the 250th performance of Distant Worlds and the 30 Anniversary of FF6 (THEY GOT A PIPE ORGAN TO PLAY DANCING MAD).

I SAW AND HEARD (IN BOTH JAPANESE AND ENGLISH) SOKEN!!! I LOVE HOW HE GOT A PS5 CONTROLLER AND SAID THE ICONIC WORDS IN ENGLISH, "Accept the Truth" AND THE L3+R3. My hands hurt so much by clapping for this brilliant composer. The hype was off the roof when Find the Flame played and the video screen included the audio from that scene.

The Final Fantasy 14 songs are so iconic and they remind me that I need to play the MMO. I'm waiting until I get into the mood. Songs of Salt and Suffering, Tomorrow and Tomorrow, Flow, and The Final Day. Amanda Achen (Her dress was amazing) did an amazing job vocalizing most of the songs (all the FF14 songs and My Star).

The other FF tracks from across the franchise was so great to hear in live orchestra. Dancing Mad was a major standout. Hearing FF16 tracks being played felt like a dream I may or may not have had since I played FF16.

Overall, I fucking love this concert so much. I can't wait for Distant Worlds to come back to Seattle and it was such a massive honor to be around Soken himself.

I'm listening to every Distant Worlds album consecutively. Stunningly beautiful.

Distant Worlds III's rendition of Answers gave me chills.
