Honestly, it would be pretty interesting if Disney had a character that's like the complete opposite of the recent bout of princesses. Instead of having another girl who's so tired of having a privileged upbringing and wants to leave her cozy life for adventure or whatever, they should make a character that 100% doesn't want any of that (either out fear or ignorance or whatever) but is forced to get out of her comfort zone to help her family/village/country.

So, is DFO theory based off of Hori liking Star Wars and therefore they may be related? Because if so, here's my opinion on it if the start-up is from this.

He wouldn't be Izuku's dad, he would, however, be his grandpa, or someone really close to Hisashi. Lemme explain.

I've read the Vader comics in the past (sorry if my memory is rusty).

(btw I like DFO theory, but if we draw parallels to Star Wars, it just wouldn't follow it if AFO was Hisashi. Don't think this is to attack DFO fans or anything pls 🙏)

So far, I see AFO's position paralleling Palpatine, a really old mastermind that has lived a long time. The guy was an apprentice to Darth Plagueis, who basically can take other people's life force for his own, and elongate his own life span. And Palpatine knows how to do it too.

Now, in recent SW canon, Darth Plagueis and Sidious, did an experiment to create a powerful sith being(?) that was purely from The Force, but the Force rebelled against them, by creating Anakin. Yes that's afaik, the SW canon (but I may be wrong because I can't remember if it's Legends or Disney, soo correct me if I'm wrong hehe).

And in one of the Vader comics, there was a vision Vader had in the Dark Side realm where Sidious was transferring the Force towards Anakin's mom, making it seem that "It was Sidious all along! He's your Force daddy!". (This was thought to be an unreliable viewpoint considering it is a vision in the Dark Side, most likely Sidious manipulating Anakin).

So, if DFO were true and it's because Hori likes SW or takes inspiration from it, Hisashi wouldn't be AFO, rather he would either be AFO's son or one of his experiments or just someone who is really close to him like the Doctor.

An extra note, Darth Vader NEVER knew about Luke until he hired bounty hunters to find out the name of the pilot who blew up the Death Star. Even when they were face-to-face, he didn't know Luke was his son, just someone Kenobi failed to teach.

It was after Boba Fett delivered the name "Skywalker" to Vader that he lost his shit when he found out Padme had a son. (Also there was another Bounty Hunter aside from Boba who confirmed that Padme indeed had ONE son by interrogating one of the people who arranged her funeral or something. My memory is a bit fuzzy).

So, TLDR if DFO was completely started from Hori liking Star Wars, well it wouldn't be true but AFO would be Hisashi's dad or Hisashi worked for him or was an experiment like #6 or something

While I do like rc9gn I think I would prefer if the show was fluid like the intro and had that style. I think the characters are a bit stiff and the environments are a bit boring to look at.
