Doing some organizing and realized I picked up the clear version and didn’t add it to my Discogs. That got me curious about the manufacture date and then I discovered there were only 4 other entries with the original address for TVT Records (59 W. 19th Street) before they moved locations (23 E. 4th Street) sometime in February, 1991.

I don’t think I’ll go too far down the variant rabbit hole, but will probably look to pick up one of the black cassette versions if it’s cheap & in good condition.

This is yet another version—the Double Peel Sessions released in 1989—featuring a photo of the band members incrusted in the design.

It was created by Wyke Studios, a design studio based in Wyke, Normandy, Guildford, Surrey, UK.
