But imagine being a type 1 diabetic like myself and seeing that very little has been raised so far (upon me checking the page it was at $198...) for people who need lifesaving care and due to facing violence cannot access it.

Will you join me in at least spreading the word? If you can, will you join me in this effort to make sure people all around the world, but especially in warzones can get lifesaving medical help? I know I've had times where I've had to worry about my supply of insulin, but I cannot begin to imagine what it must feel like to be in this sort of situation.
