This is Arlo Riley, He’s a Para-boy! His job is to herd Parasaurolophus from location to location. (He mostly deals with people selling off their herds but he doesn’t much care for the reason)

His Horse is Bonnie after his favorite flower the Blue Bonnet.

He’s known by folks in the towns along his path as the man who killed 3 Allosaurus, one of which he sliced the underside of, earning him the name Arlo Razor. He keeps the tooth of one of them in his hat.
