Healthy hearty chicken noodle soup - I had a leftover chicken, lots of veggies for the LOs school lunch and so this is perfect. I made chicken broth boiling the whole chicken, added broccoli, carrots, tomato, mushrooms, corn, napa cabbage, and pasta noodle. Most of the ingredients are what's in my fridge.
