Keto has been my lifeline through university. Yes, I’ve had one too many sweet treats and cheat days but I’ve managed to pull myself back on track. I found this really good FREE guide in my early days on keto and I wouldn’t be the girl I am today without it!

This is a relaxing sunday morning after my workout. I am now following a nutritionist's guidance due to struggling to carry on with my weightloss and putting 8lbs back on during christmas. Part of being strong is also admitting when one needs help. I am now on a day 2 of a 3 day detox diet to restart my weightloss. This journey has not been lineal at all! But what's the alternative? Giving up is not! I am now on a 1600calorie diet rather than the 1200 I was on before. This is more sustainable for me. It is a race, not a sprint! Can't wait to eat normal again as I am not enjoying the lack of protein during these three days 😤 . Has anyone done detox before? Trying my best to stick to an eating program that provides me with enough energy to workout, grow muscle and lose fat even if it takes long. I will eat unhealthy in moderation so I do not feel deprived. It is 90% mental more than physical. My mind wants to binge, overeat and skip exercise. This is a daily struggle. I have a fat mind, I want to change. I have been exercising at 3am consistently, but my food intake has not been on point. It won't happen unless I put in the work, the weight will not come off without eating less than your body is craving for. This is my porridge with fruit, protein powder, skinny food's syrup and muesli. I loved this meal but the main thing is that it helped me get back on track. I am still trying to figure out how to exercise during the day and how to stay in a calorie deficit xD. I love food. I am trying to eat filling foods to slowly go back to my previous routine.
