Why Diets Don’t Work
WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE TRIED DIET AFTER DIET, ONLY TO SAY, "IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME!"? OR YOU HAVE SAID AND CONTINUE TO SAY, "NOTHING WORKS FOR ME!"?
I have heard these statements over & over & over & over & over......for OVER 20 years now. The Truth is, Diets DO work, if WE work them. However, there are many missing components to a "Diet" as to WHY, our results are not long lasting. Therefore, for those that HAVE lost weight on a Diet, only to gain it back...Again...Stating (after gaining back what we lost + some) "See, it just didn't work for me. They never work for me. Nothing works".
Well....It did. They Do. They Will. The real Truth is, we need to incorporate the Proper Method for Losing Weight AND Keeping It Off. Yes....Dear people, THAT Program. THOSE Results. DO EXIST!
Have you "tried" diet programs, fad diets, trendy diets; had results only to gain the weight back? OR the program just didn't work for you at all? TUNE IN NOW to learn WHY!!
