So does anybody else ever think about how Loop felt the need to demonstrate that the party's deaths wouldn't have any effect on the loops. I know I do but that's besides the point. Anyway I don't think Loop actually needs to bathe, they just like to feel included.

You cannot pick both.#Hanguang-jun appears to us as a 'perfect guy' but the truth is that he is the version of LWJ who is done with *needing* that validation.#And this time - He can properly reach out to those he wants to be close with.

spent ages preparing to audition for a role I really really wanted and it's looking like (still unconfirmed) they might not even be holding auditions at all but have just given it to someone directly

which, meh, that sucks but that's the industry!

I'm just like now what? I spent a lot of my free time the last few months prepping and I genuinely don't know what to do with myself now!

its not even fully canon but 1 thing that immediately breaks my immersion when i read a fanfiction on occasion is when people write the clays as like having lots of separate rooms in their house. like i dont think they have a dining room. i dont think they have a dining room table with chairs like a suburban family. i dont think all of the kids have their own rooms. and even if that ends up being the case in the animated show then itll still be wrong

Okay but let's talk about Dan and Ghost King Danny. Yeah, sure the angst is well and good but what about the sheer hijinks that could ensue?

Thus, I propose the following: Community Service AU. It's exactly as it says on the tin. King Danny who puts Dan through community service in the zone, doing stuff to help his reign, and improve the realm as a whole. Soup time is well and good, and well, Walker is a possibility but c'mon. It's Walker. Community Service sounds much more reasonable. Danny is the Ghost King, it's not like Dan can get into too much trouble.

He gets banished to the dreaded paperwork realm to help sort through the backlog because does anyone think Pariah Dark was any good at clerical work before he went off the rails? Nah, I don't think so! There's certain tedious things that Danny just Doesn't Have The Time for but look! Here's Dan, who's just enough of Danny to be able to do some tedious kingly duties but also not being Danny enough to actually contest for the throne. Dan gets to help nurture and while it's forced at first, he gets to see a positive impact that he has on those around him (Eventually, with good enough behavior he gets to finally see his sister again.)

Smash cut to a JLA meeting where Constantine is there for Reasons and then the whole of the JL members present gets the shock of their lives when a terrifying mass of vicious teeth, a body that doesn't move right, too many eyes, and freezing cold rips a hole in reality.

Dan was helping Ghost Writer find some books that were never returned years before. Honestly, Danny would've just written them off as Lost but Dan had been really good lately and Danny thought he earned a little harmless fun. ok time to get a bit salty.

I've already seen the most WILD guides on the new companions skintones, colorpicked from screens that have magic effect lights and are not even close to "neutral lighting". I understand that we are all exited, but can we please wait to see the characters in the game and multiple different lighting scenarios. So I made a thing.

THIS IS NOT A COLOR GUIDE. DO NOT USE THIS AS A COLOR GUIDE FOR SKINTONE!!

This is simply to demonstrate that colorpicking from a single screenshots is never a reliable way to get someones skintone correct. It's far better to compare multiple screens and also try to find one that matches the lighting in your own art the best. Never let anyone tell you that lighting doesn't change skintone, because it damn well does. No, of course it doesn't make anyone go from black to white or vice versa. But it does make a difference in shades of skintone. Also the colors surrounding the character change how we percieve color and even, sadly, our monitors have different color values and lighting.

Please please please use common sense when looking at art and don't dogpile on artist if they didn't draw someone the exact shade you saw on your "approved" artists drawing. Look at the whole art, look at the lighting. Look at the source material (not just one screenshot.) Look at the art on your phone vs. your pc. And then, maybe then, contact them PRIVATELY and tell them they might have made a mistake. I'm sure most people will be far more happy to correct their mistakes when they are not immediately lynched by a mob, because we all know how tumblr is with it's witch hunts.
