In Stinky Child Au , how Crocodile lost his hand ?

He lost it to Whitebeard.

I know that for sure but I'm still not sure what his backstory with the guy is, that is, if they already knew each other by the time the clash happened.

I don't know if you want to hear my ideas already or if these would be spoilerish for comics or fic to come, so I'm just putting it under a read more. (Also, maybe I should invest in a Stinky Child AU tag X'D I also have a feeling I said some of the things I'm talking about here before but my blog is a mess.)

I think that while Crocodile still did Warlord duties not too long after Luffy was born, he hasn't really been on the Grand Line. Since Dragon involved Garp pretty early on, he kind of "claimed" Crocodile as "his" Warlord, to do missions on his bidding, which gives Crocodile a bit of a cover and a reason to be in the East Blue. (Sengoku allowed it, because it's easier than trying to fight with Garp, though I don't think he suspects there is a reason behind it.)

The first journey back out into the New World, maybe when Luffy's 2 and Ace is 5 (before Dragon picks up Sabo), was not supposed to be anything dangerous. Maybe a bit annoying to do it with "training wheels on" but he's not an idiot. He's got kids at home, he is not taking unnecessary risks. His aim is to gather intel for the RA and take out pirates along the way, usual stuff, a little bit of adventure, a little bit of danger, but not exceeding the levels that are just the New World's base line.

What I'm playing around with at the moment is that he happens to sail into one of Whitebeard's new territories - so new that the information has not reached him yet - and one of the pirate ships attacking him sail under WB's flag. So when he sinks that ship, WB is quick to retaliate. And even though Crocodile realizes his mistakes, gets on the phone to confirm, maybe even tries to fix it, one of his flaws is that he doesn't want to be a coward. He has already given up his plan to become pirate king to protect Luffy, but he's still a pirate, he's still powerful. So he fights but of course is defeated. Maybe not killed because WB miiiiiiight recognize him (as the scrawny kid he left behind?)

He has to beg for his life, admits that he has children that depend on him. And of course WB spares him, would have most likely also spared him if he didn't confess, but he does not spare him the patronizing remarks that people who are this weak and have people depending on them, should not be pirates. And whether he cuts off his hand during battle or as a "stay home" warning I don't know. During battle would be kind of less shitty, depends on how we are all feeling about WB ;3

So yes, he gets away, badly hurt and when he finally makes it home (ashamed, angry, doubting himself, in pain), there is a third child waiting for him?

Okay, you know what? Gonna share the AU idea I've been toying around with for a while, because why not?

Also, I'm just going to state upfront that I haven't figured out all the details just yet--this is very much a work in progress at this point. I just kind of want to share what I have right now.

I'm also going to admit that this idea was based in part off the family from the Fox cartoon Krapopolis X'D Haven't watched the show myself (and I have no plans of doing so, for several reasons), but after seeing the promo on my aunt's TV last year, I actually got curious enough to look up the show's Wikipedia page, and I can appreciate the blended family dynamic of the main characters. Also, I stated some time back that I do actually like the idea of Hat Kid and Mustache Girl being sisters, whether it's through adoption or they're biological sisters--and I just couldn't leave Bow Kid out of it, because she's babey :3

Now then, all that out of the way, here's what I've been thinking (and yeah, I'm going to put all of this under a cut, bc it's LONG):

First big difference: Charles (the name of the Prince in my AU(s), for those who didn't know that) and Vanessa did actually get married in this one, rather than just being engaged, like in my main AU, Specters and Space Aliens, and Hat Kid is their biological daughter.

However, Vanessa being Vanessa, she of course got jealous of her own daughter taking attention away from her husband, and Charles, fearing that Vanessa might hurt their daughter, arranged with Tim, the CEO of Time and Space, to take little Hatty with him to the Timekeeper's planet, at least until some time had passed, and he was able to cool Vanessa's temper. Alas, that wouldn't come to pass, as afterwards, Charles got the idea to buy his wife some flowers and...well, you know the rest.

However, unknown to Charles, it wasn't the first time one of them had done something like this...a couple of years before, Vanessa secretly had a one night stand with a man from what was then Mustache Town. After discovering she was going to have a baby, Vanessa used magic to hide her pregnancy until the time came, and gave birth to the child who would come to be known as Mustache Girl in secret, and arranged to have her sent to Mustache Town in order to be raised by her father.

So now you have a Hat Kid who actually did grow up on the Timekeeper's planet, being raised by Tim as a sort of granddaughter to him. At some point, Bow Kid (who no, isn't Moonjumper's creation/daughter here, though I'll get to old MJ in a bit), an orphaned Timekeeper child, ends up meeting Hatty, and Hatty asks Tim if Bow can live with them, with the two girls adopting each other as sisters.

From there on, the events of the main game play out like in canon, albeit with Bow tagging along with Hatty through Mafia Town, Dead Bird Studios...and eventually Subcon Forest. Like in the SaSA! AU, MJ corrupted Charles into Snatcher...however, since here it's only been about six years as opposed to hundreds, if not thousands, he's not quite gone yet. So not only does Snatcher NOT take the girls' souls, but he recognizes his daughter's soul and HOLY COW HIS DAUGHTER IS BACK.

So to make a long story short, after the events of the game, and after struggling with his own doubts and giving up taking souls and murdering people (though he DOES have a MUCH easier time of it here than in my main AU), Snatcher decides he wants to try and be a father again and, after Tim reveals the truth of Hatty's parentage to her, he allows her to return to Subcon Forest to be with her dad, albeit under the condition that he be allowed to stop by now and then to make sure things are going well. So Hatty goes to live in Subcon, bringing Bow with her, since she's grown attached to her adopted sister, and Snatcher not only has his old daughter back, but he also has a new daughter as well.

But it isn't ALL Roman candles--sometime after her defeat, Mustache Girl ended up going into self-imposed exile from the former Mafia Town, and, after doing some research, learned that she, like Hatty, was actually royalty--the elder daughter of Queen Vanessa. So she also treks into Subcon to meet up with mommy dearest...suffice it to say, it doesn't go quite as warmly as Hatty and Snatcher's reunion, but at some point she puts it out that she is, in fact, Vanessa's daughter and, though it takes some doing, Van's eventually like 'Oh HECK, this is the kid I gave up.'

So yeah, the AU is basically Hatty being caught in the middle as her former soul-stealer dad tries to be a better person and a good dad to her and her adopted sister, while her crazy ice witch mom and half-sister who once tried to kill her scheme to try and get back the prince and kingdom, respectively XD

I call it: 'Dysfunctional Blended Family AU'

Alright, I was encouraged by the smol family of HeroKel shippers on here, so now that I have my ass in order, here's the Headspace Abuse AU I spawned out of some horny energy last month. xD

CONTENT WARNINGS: Physical abuse, neglect, gaslighting(?), spiders, brocon/incest if you choose to see it ;3 Also spoilers for Omori!

In one of the playthroughs of Omori I really like, they have this ongoing joke where Kel is just bullied all the time, especially by Hero and Aubrey.  Every time Kel says anything, Hero says stuff like, "Kel, I'm going to BEAT YOU when we get home" or "Ohh Keeeel, I'm getting the BELT!!" and it's just met with Kel screaming, "NOOOO NOT AGAIN PLEASE!" and everyone's laughing about it and stuff.  And man, I'm REALLY not usually into any kind of incest kinks (just personally not my thing), but I'd lowkey be fine with an rp/fic where Hero just abuses Kel all the time and has him basically trained to obey and cower out of fear. x'D

Adding onto that, I also had so much fun with the Basil deaths in Black Space, so now I just imagine like Basil is the Kenny of the group, and he just dies horrible deaths all the time and comes back later, and no one even bats an eye beyond giggling or saying, "Oh wow, he's gonna feel that in the morning, tee hee!"

And then when Basil goes missing, Hero and Aubrey start putting Kel through a lot more shit because even they they don't really notice it, Basil's constant deaths and pained screaming do keep them pretty entertained.

Omori isn't phased by any of it ofc, since he's kiiiind of the one pulling the strings here.

I'm not sure how Mari would respond to everything.  Maybe it would be funny if she just acted like she always does and almost as if the stuff happening is just silly goofy bickering or stubbed toes, and she'll say stuff like, "Awww, don't worry, Basil!  All you have to do for a spider bite is (I don't even know, but like generic advice for a single, non-venonous spider bite)!"  And Basil is just like, "-gross sobbing- O-okay...!" while being devoured alive by a billion spiders or chomped in half by a giant one ahahaha.

Then she'll tell Kel, "Aww, Hero got mad at you?  Well... you did step on his foot after all.  But just apologize and talk it over and I'm sure he'll come around in no time! ^u^" and this is like, what you tell someone if all the angry person did was snap at them or get upset and leave for a bit.  But Hero literally broke a branch off the nearest tree and beat Kel with it until it broke lmao.

It's like... ultra horrific tbh?  But I kind of love soaking in more of that type of freaky shit.  It's almost appealing BECAUSE it's the absolute last thing that should ever be happening??

Kel is an absolute sweetie and deserves the world, Hero is a kind and patient big brother who immediately apologized and improved himself the one time he was ever really mean to Kel, and Aubrey is honestly a very good person despite putting on an edgy face when she got older and trying to push people away.  She's never out to truly hurt anyone.

So it's kinda fun to twist them up in this awful way, especially since the game itself kind of already did most of the work for me and all I did was enjoy that and also take a meme from a video series and run with it.

I mean holy shit, there's legit a whole scene in Black Space where Basil's DW friends all beat him to death and then act like everything is normal and fun. It's CANON, and everything I wrote here is of a similar caliber, just with the invitation to view it as abusive shipping if the reader desires.

Basically I'm roleplaying with myself and enjoying the sadistic story I end up with x'D

ship name or not?

so I wanted to make a short post to get these thougs off my head but it'll get lost on my main so here it goes!

this doesn't really concern anyone who usually visits this blog for art, but it's more a thinkpiece related to the newer/younger tmnt Leo x Usagi ship (rottmnt x usagi chronicles respectively)

I’m seeing a lot of confusion (kinda) abt the tags to use and want to propose an alternative. How about “yuinardo” ? it sounds kind of funny (like the two characters), doesn’t sound like anything else (as far as my google search can reach), uses both their unique names and also capitalizes on how Rise!Leo is often called Nardo by his brothers as a nickname - among others, but that’s one of his most unique nicknames in the series and feels unique to Rise specifically. And Yui bc Yuichi - also just his name but a unique part of it.

I guess maybe the longer name could be something like "cityxfarm sword" bc those are the three consistent elements abt this younger ship. I know the latter is kind of uncreative but I can't think of anything better atm haha x'D

I was never around much for the 2003 leosagi ship bc- I was a baby on neopets and not online enough for that? 2003 tmnt was pretty new here and didn't air as often/quickly but also even in the later 00s, I did not really seek out fanfic relating to it bc - again, teen with not enough time lol, also social media and internet weren't really the thing they are now, so i wasn't really aware there could be fanfic of it. shipped and read other things. So maybe I don't know all my leosagi history. I kinda stayed away from the tmnt fandom in general bc it was mostly all angsty which I didn't really gel with anymore. alternatime ship names have always been a thing in all fandoms but I think right now we've been having the most versions of these two characters or this dynamic than ever before.

the 2018 Rise Leo x Usagi Chronicles has been getting more popular. ROTTMNT was a 2018 reiteration of the tmnt for animation that was really under-appreciated and has slowly become more appreciated as the fandom re-grew with the 2022 movie in august.

Usagi Chronicles is a spin-off/soft-reboot led by fans of Usagi Yojimbo, Stan Sakai's original comic about Miyamoto Usagi, but this time he is a great ancestor of a new character, Yuichi Usagi! and this Usagi is a creation of Doug and Candie Langdale (exec producers) + Khang Le (who I think designed/developed Yuichi's look?). So basically this is like a canon-supported fan-AU with an original character cast thematically based on the og comic cast (Usagi and his friends match Miyamoto Usagi and *his* friends) + the "Senso" Usagi comic as a worldbuilding point.

His naming is a bit confusing bc in Japan, Yuichi is usually a first name, but here in the show it feels like it's treated like a surname. But apparently, there was an intentional marketing move to have this be the opposite? So his real surname is Usagi, while his given name is Yuichi? There was a whole post about it, but I can't remember where else I've heard it.

Anyway, this series is my fave right now and I think it's fun in both it's lightheartedness and it's more touching moments and I love all the character and family dynamics and themes that it has. I think it's fun that people ship him and Rise!Leo because they are actually really similar in some personality aspects. I saw this show, realized there was crossover potential with Rise and thought, "oh, it'll be fun to do actiony scenes and stories with this kind of friendship!" Anyway, I'll do a deep-dive on that later.

Everybody likes this young version of Leo and then I guess at some point before 2021, other fans started making ship art/fic with Usagi? Often their own versions of Miyamoto Usagi, fitted for the Rise TMNT world bc the two never managed to have a crossover with this iteration bc of Nickelodeon pausing the show abruptly in 2020. I wasn't very online in 2018 so idk when else the ship happened, maybe when the finale of the show aired and the "unpausing" was finalized and fans realized there wasn't going to be a crossover? but now with the movie, more ppl have discovered that there's also a cartoon series for Usagi! And more people are slowly understanding/remembering maybe that this Usagi character has had previous iterations, ppl make their own versions/AUs for fun based on the newer Usagi show, or they don't watch the Usagi show and just make their own modern/ROTTMNT versions of Miyamoto Usagi in general.

This ship is a bit unique bc they are stated to be exactly the same age and they have very similar vibes as characters (goofs on the team + faux confidence + showoffs). When I first found that other people shipped this too, I just called it "2020s Leosagi" bc again, just the main thing abt them is that they're younger characters for a younger audience in their respective shows. + it's funny that there's almost a Leosagi friendship for every decade. I've also heard the term "cringe naenae babies" from friends but i don't really know what this meme means lol xD

I don't have beef or anything with the Leoichi/Leochi tag+name but it's sorta confusing for me personally bc it sounds both too short vocally and also like Leo's alone or something (Leo+ichi) I'm not fluent in japanese so I might b wrong, but just a thought. Leochi sounds similarly short.

then there's also the Usagi's who are complete OCs (w new names) and where do you fit those ships? and idk, I guess I just wanted to think abt this YuiNardo ship name more in-depth, just to think abt it , a bit for fun, bc I really do think it's a fun name but also make a new umbrella term, so maybe people would find it easier to tag stuff! but I usually don't interact with other fans in larger fandoms and ship fandoms like this so idk, this could easily be more confusing x3

Anyway, I think as fandoms and shipping go, it would be more fun to have multiple tags for different experiences, +these are different ships/versions of the characters so it feels like it would make sense. Just my fandom experience from previous years + for organizing/better finding + I feel like shipping should be fun, cuz in the end, this is just based from the og TMNT and Usagi creators being friends and making smth fun with these characters!

TL;DR - YuiNardo sounds like a funny/fun leosagi ship name for this younger iteration of the Rise!Leo-Yuichi Usagi friendship/relationship, and I wanna use it as the ship name going forward bc ships should b about fun and creativity, right? anyway, u can also use it if u want to! no pressure, just sorta putting it out there. - Aghht out!

Addendum(1.03.23): apparently, the Katanashipping tag was specifically for the 2003 ship - as well as the og Leosagi tag, bc that Leo x Miyamoto Usagi started it all. That makes sense! Sorry that I mis-tagged it originally! I did not know until finding the tags on tumblr and going thru them to the start of the tag - bc I'd been keeping away from the tmnt fandom for a long time after the 12 show + never saw it during the 03 show's run bc I wasn't online as much + social media didn't exist in the way it does now. I think everyone used Leosagi for that bc it made sense. I'll keep the tags for this post specifically in the hopes that more ppl will find it then and it'll give food-for-thought about this. Katanashipping of course doesn't make as much sense for the newer ship bc the shows have not had crossovers + while both characters seem like they are a bit obsessed w swords in different teen boy ways (preferring swords bc they are big and flashy), they are not as centered about the swords or swordsmanship as much as the 03 characters.

I know it seemed more like Leosagi was a catchall for all the Leo x Usagi ships, but now it makes more sense that it's not bc it's made searching for content harder. I like the "younger version" but i like the og too bc that's what I shipped as a teen (when the 03 show characters all just looked like Really Old Teens to me). I suppose that's just how the internet's sorta become - there'd shorter memory abt stuff, but fandoms especially as folks move on from shows they like and some of the history of fandom becomes lost. I've been on social media for so long now, I totally forgot how specific ship names could get. I guess that's why I suggested YuiNardo for the "new" version - it sounds unique. If ppl already shipped Rise Leo with their own versions of a younger Miyamoto Usagi and original Usagis, the "youngest" ship with Yuichi x Rise Leo needed it's own tag and that became Leochi/Leoichi (and w the earlier Rise Leo x Usagi ships, everyone must have used the Leosagi tag then too? Further investigation must be made about this...) now this Yuichi Usagi x Rise Leo version seems unique bc Yuichi is basically a canon fancharacter in a sense, as a descendant he is like a homage. But I like the character and I see that a lot of ppl continue to make their own versions or borrow elements of the Y!Usagi from SRTUC... but this means that almost all versions of Usagi depicted by fans are ALL fanon versions... and that's fine, I like how creative fans can get! But also that means we almost never see thr "full" show version of Yuichi Usagi in fanart (altho fanfic is a different matter, if only slightly). But that makes me a bit sad bc I think this version deserves to exist in our fanon and headcanons too, y'know? I guess my flaw in all this is that I actually lile SRTUC and its own og depiction of Y!Usagi bc he is a fun character for me while not many other ppl seem to like him. Like with so many other rare shows I like where fanon is louder than canon 😂

So, yeah Yui x Nardo. cute ship. if only there was more of it ^^; But a lot of the fanworks are still really interesting in their own rights. I think I'll keep using Yuinardo for the show versions and then Leochi for any other fans' versions. That makes sense, right?

Anyway, non-serious discussion over! Just some silly fan-stuff to mull over during school breaks and other free time.

It was a few days after Accurate’s attempt at taking his own life. He was curious on why he was repaired since he felt like he didn’t have a right to get repaired.

He didn’t want to experience the painful reminder that Tiana was now with Ac.

Ac was upset that Accurate did that to himself, but was even more upset over the fact & belief they might have caused Accurate to do that in the first place. & as a result, they tried to seek him out & apologize to him. But, they had no luck finding him. Until now.

It was one of the days they visited the studio & they went into the backroom since they were allowed to. & the first thing they see is Accurate sitting on the backroom’s table.

Accurate was a little happy to see them since he had alot of things to tell them about Tiana.

But, before he could get a word out, they rush over to him & hug him very tightly.

Guess this experience effected them more then he realize.

Am I a bad person? (RP post) (Feat.: Kylie)

Because of Dorky’s amnesia, she’s lost all memories of being close to 39 & believes he hates her.

& also believes no other version of him will change, including Fem.

Fem would never be a cruel person, & he knows she doesn’t truly mean it, but it still stung for someone like him.

Fem was at Kylie’s house & didn’t leave her bedroom for hours. & Kylie had no idea why he was acting like this

It wasn’t until she decided to check on him where she found out what was bugging him.

The events that made Tiana resent Accurate took place. There’s no mistake Accurate regrets more then this one.

He was so confused as to why she still visits the studio despite it. But, he later realized that she still visits because of Ac.

Accurate was walking around when he heard Ac & Tiana talking around the corner. He stopped & hid so he could listen. He then noticed Ac & they looked a little nervous. They were finally brave enough to confess to Tiana.

& it would be a very pleasant surprise for Tiana, but not so much for Accurate.

After finding out that Ac has won over Tiana, Jade was fuming.

The one source of happiness Accurate had was gone forever.

Since Accurate isn’t going to do anything about it, she took matters into her own hands. She found a steel pipe & set out to hunt Ac down.

Eventually, Jade suspends Ac to a chair with their hands tied behind it. This was it, it was time to end this once & for all.

Little did she know that this would soon backfire horribly.

You're welcome but I'm the one for thanking you! It's not often that someone ask about my AUs idea like that ^^ So it made me happy! <3 And i'm even more happy that you enjoy it! thank you! I could imagine that the ex-wife was a bit grossed out, the idea of your husband turning into an animal can make make... the relationship questionable. Maybe she receive insult of being "the wife of a dog" and it grew in her mind and got more and more disgusted. Salim would have been heartbroken but would have let her go since she was suffering because of him. But don't worry, Zain doesn't mind :) If people made fun of him he'd just tell them that at least his baba is tearing apart americans and he's proud of him x). Also I imagined that, Salim would turn at home during night when Zain was little and having a nightmare or later too when hearing bombing further. They'd sleep together in the living room on the pillows, cuddling, with Zain petting his baba's fur and listen to the his deep breath to calm himself down and fall asleep. I also thought about the fact that fullmoon makes werewolves a bit more feral, powerful and hungry than usual. They get restless and some can attack by accident. So the iraqi military call them all in a fort during the night where they are grouped and fed meat. So during that night, Zain would go to sleep at Tariq's house and wake up early in the morning to get back home and prepare a nice breakfast for his exhausted baba when he comes back home <3

As for Jason, I'll try to make a drawing where he's not hissing XD It was just an excuse to open his mouth here, because otherwise he's pretty normal, but you know him, he's a little angy ball. But rucifix and garlic doesn't work on him, his species is way older than christianism and garlic.. well now thinking of it, if you force anybody to eat raw garlic like that i think they might suffocate and die X'D I can see the vampires feeding on blood, though, they'd be able to eat whatever else they want. The thing is that the other stuff wouldn't actually satiate them completely. Like humans can't live on salade, they need proteins and stuff, vampires would still need blood. So they wouldn't feed on human unless consenting, they'd feed on some animal or on ... sorry can't find the word right now but like fake blood? Not the one you use for halloween lol but i could imagine with a society like that, scientist would have created fake blood for vampire. Not as efficent than actual blood so actual blood would be a little bit luxury. Though now you makes me thing, what if the farm of the Gomez was actually a blood farm? Animals aren't killed in there but they got drained from blood, then fed back to be good and healthy etc... like a blood donation. And they have different type of blood: horse, cow, goose, etc. So yeah maybe Lucky escaped from there haha. I will also answer for Werewolves, they'd still be omnivorous but don't expect them to be vegetarian or vegan. They'd need meat to survive.

About the jobs, Jason lifestyle is the same as in the game. He was a bit rebellious, skipped class, did drugs and big big big amount of drugs so it can hit his vampire body that is a bit more resistant on that. He comes from poor family, had trouble with his parents, maybe did some odd jobs to by himself drugs, until the infamous day and he decides to sign up and get immediately accepted. For Salim, I had to do some research already for the canon (I was curious) and the republican guard was created when he was 19. He got Zain at 22 so what I was thinking already is that he got conscripted rather early, met his future wife who was like "wow marrying a soldier! yey!" they married, got their child and then, back the AU, some years later after getting some higher rank, Salim becomes a shifter. His relationship with his wife deteriorate until she leaves and then he has to count on Tariq's mom to keep his kid when he can't be at home.

Yeah I think the military could use chip as dog tag, at least on its beast soldiers. could also be used to easily count them, see how many is missing, etc...

It's been a while since I wrote anything and I have to write for my training already and it's giving me anxiety ^^' I actually have trouble expressing myself, no matter the language I'm using so...I'm good at organizing my stuff and throwing my ideas or scene that I have in mind, but to make it readable and pleasant? nope! And to do so it takes me soooooo long. Plus as much as I love this AU I don't really know where to go with that? Soo... yeah :/ BUT! But I'm totally open for collaboration. I did that with some writer friends where we share ideas and build the scenario together (sometimes I even draw on the side) and it makes something nice! There is actually @silkyterrier34 who's doing an amazing job by writing the pov of Zain from my POW AU comic :D They come time to time to ask me how things would happen in this or that case, I reveal some ideas of where I'm heading with my comic, I also use what they wrote to lead my own scenario and I think it's going pretty well! I don't mind having a closer collaboration like I do with other friends :) So if you want to write and collab with me, be my guest :)

Also I hope I don't overwhelm you with my questions about your Jalim vampire/werewolf au. I tried to limit them to the ones that I really wanted to know, but there is still quite a bit of them.

First off. What kind of hierarchy do your vampires/werewolves adhere to? Do they follow a pack dynamic (ABO?) or are they independent individuals?

Is there racism/speciesism toward vampires/werewolves? (Asking cause you said that Salim's wife left cause she didn't want to be a wife to a 'dog'.) And do they have a bias against each other?

Since you said that Jason's comes from a poor vampire family. Does that mean that vampires in the US are part of human society and class structures?

Once you get turned into a werewolf in the Iraq army, are you limited to the kind of jobs you can do? Or are you stuck in the military for the rest of your life?

Same questions with the vampires that join the US marines since you said that they get evolved to be resistant to the sun.

Last one I promise. Are vampires/werewolves in the military force to wear devices to track and to control them incase they become feral or try to desert?

Sorry if I'm asking too much. I'm just super fascinated with vampire/werewolf aus and how people chose to alter or adhere to the established lore.

Like, if Salim obey Dar, (yes Dar would be one too) it wouldn't be because Dar is an alpha or I don't know what but simply because he is his Captain. The ones promoted to leader titles would be the ones who show the skills to be one as much as it is the same for a mere human :) 2- I think there would be some specism yes but of course, not everybody is against shifters or vampires. They'd still be respected at a certain level. Like, on the Iraqi side, they are the ones protecting the country from the american invasion, they are still people working and putting their life in danger to protect their home, but some are simply turned down by the idea of being close to a person able to turn into a beast. Same for the vampires, some think they should be eradicated, other are glad they are part of the defense in USA. When it comes to werewolf vs vampire, nah. There is vampire in iraq and a few werewolves in USA as well. There would be some hate but not like the stereotypical war we're used to hear about X) Jason wouldn't like much shifters because the iraqi army use them but he wouldn't care about an american werewolf. And Salim... well it's Salim, he's chill. 3- Yes, vampires would be living among humans, vampirism seen as some sort of disease/species mix. They's leave peacefully around each other, despite some specism that will always happen, but in majority, yeah, vampires are accepted among humans, and live like them. So there is rich, poor, farmer (Joey is another vampire and comes from a family of farmer :) ), policeman, politics, teacher, whatever. 4- Good question! I think you don't have to stay in the military if there is no need for you anymore (since in this time everybody was conscripted well... leaving the army was... eh). Werewolves can do whatever job they want after, thoug, they'd be mostly asked to join job that require their skills. 5- as said above, vampires can work anything too :) they are also asked in job that requires their skills but can be a librarian or a farmer if they want. just need to be covered under the sun light :) but most work at night. 6- huh that'd be interesting! They could actually have a ... how do you call that? A chip? like you know for the cats and dog if they get lost? And here you go! thank you for your question! if you have more, just go ahead! I love werewolves/vampires aus too and i absolutely love drawing them. I might not have the skill to write but i do have idea so it's always nice to let it out ^^
