A bespoke batch, made at the request of a loving husband, and eponymously after his beautiful wife. Made with a special 1000+ MGO MĀNUKA Honey from Manukora, fresh local organic cream and a specially formulated 68%+ COLOMBINA™ Semisweet Dark Chocolate to complement its earthy, pungent, woody and oily notes. Hand-enrobed in our 85%+ XOCO™ Extra Dark Chocolate, and rests on a bed of wildflower bee pollen with dark chocolate Pailletés fins,  some dusted with our golden luster sugar. (B1388, 1392)

Pairing: Glenmorangie Nector d’Or, Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 2011, espressos & black teas.  

MANUKA romanovska HONEY TRUFFLE INGREDIENTS: Chocolate (Cacao Beans, Sugar, Cacao Butter, Sunflower & soy Lecithin, Vanilla), MANUKA honey (MANUKORA 1000+ MGO), organic cream, glucose, Rests on a bed of: BEE POLLEN, and pailletes fins (SUGAR, UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, COCOA BUTTER, WHOLE MILK POWDER, MILKFAT, NATURAL VANILLA FLAVOR), SOME SPRINKLED WITH: GOLDEN  LUSTER SUGAR (ORGANIC SUGAR, MICA-BASED PEARLESCENT, IRON DIOXIDE, VANILLA). CONTAINS: SOY, MILK, LACTOSE, honey. THIS PRODUCT IS PROCESSED IN A FACILITY THAT CONTAINS MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, PEANUTS AND OTHER NUTS.
