So I'm feeling a little bit down. I literally was just lectured on how to eat better and that focusing more time on eating right and less time on my insulin/diabetes (she pointed directly to my bag full of my diabetes supplies) I would feel so much healthier. But the thing is, they only seem to "attack" me when they see me eating something not healthy. Like what about all the other times when I'm eating good? I eat fairly good with an occasional "bad" meal but I do try my best. And this all started when they saw my bag of candy in my bag that I have for my lows and they automatically assume I'm going to eat it for lunch or snack or something 😔😔 and don't get me started on the diet sodas... I can't even open a soda without having someone down my neck saying "are you sure you want to drink that?" . . Sorry for the long post... just really needed to get this off my chest.
