8. Vergil isn't a deadbeat. I know a lot of those are just memes but I feel some people seriously believe that.

Sparda is dead. It's sad but it's true, he died before Eva as DMC1 said and nothing else since then has contradicted that. Of course Capcom can retcon it but this is what it is for now.

22. Dante is financially struggling because he supports the victims of demon attacks. Like the daughters of Grue, his former partner. Dante takes care of them and others and that is why he's not in the best place financially. He's so sweet.

Also not a favorite part necessarily but most probably don't know Dante once traveled to an alternate dimension where Mundus killed Sparda. Multiverse is a thing in DMC. That's a threat.

How do DMC characters handle gifts, both giving and receiving?

Dante-outwardly doesnt make it a big deal but in secret he will cherish it forever, too broke to afford stuff

Lady-she SHOWERS patty in gifts. whole day birthday shopping with a fancy restaurant for dinner with the girls, same goes with Trish.

Kyrie-she goes out of her way to get the best gifts for everyone, she pays attention to them to see what they need the most

Vergil-his Christmas shopping is all last minute

How do DMC characters handle gifts, both giving and receiving?

I feel like dante gives ramdom things from around his office and attempts to wrap them up or just throw them in a box. He’ll cherish any gift he gets forever though.

Vergil/V probably thinks about things the person likes but misses the mark a bit. He seems grateful for the gifts but if he doesn’t like them he’ll probably throw them out later

Nero probably gives you exactly what you want (or at least as close as he can) and also cherishes everything, if he doesn’t he probably gives them to the orphans

Idk anything about the law, but I want to the legal side and problems that will arise post dmc5 when Dante and Vergil return. Specifically in regards to Vergil, like, I dont think Vergil is legally recognised because he has no proof of existence for the past 20 years. So then, what are Dante and Vergil supposed to do about that? What things can Vergil not do because of his lack of existence?
