Urban Decay and Texture A close-up of an old, textured metal surface displaying earthy tones of rust, brown, blue, and orange. Peeling paint reveals layers beneath, evoking nostalgia and a sense of neglect. silasAslan.com

Taking a shot at digital art again for the first time in a very long time and I'm finding myself completely reinventing my style. Because it's been so long my skills and artistic eye have improved, only with another tool and translating that is proving to be tricky. So, coming back, I find this old trusty medium to be rather confusing and unpleasant. However, bit by bit, I'm beginning to enjoy it like I used to, by finding ways to use this tool that better suit me now. Also my color theory has gotten better since my last digital art project... so I am stoked to take a new shot at this. Anyway, eyeball. :) <3
