Well, this is the theme for this mini bang!

This is my first time running an event like this so don't worry if you're not sure how these events go because we'll all be learning together.

The subjects of the fics can come in all shapes and sizes, you want to write an absolutely unhinged fic about Destiel in the Cars universe? go for it. You want to make NSFW art of Dean and Cas in the Family Guy style? Okay. There's no need for perfection, in fact, imperfection is encouraged. After all the show itself isn't perfect so why should all the fan-content be?

This event will go by quicker than some bangs both to not take time away from other people's events, and also to makes sure you all don't have time to overthink what you are creating.

Here's my art post for the @destiel-shit-post-mini-bang reverse Christmas bang! I had a vision of snowman Cas gently caressing Dean's face with his stick hand and knew I needed to draw it. And then because it's a shitpost bang I had to make it a fuck-or-die 😅

Hey everyone! Here it is, the SPN AU Bang. Allows both SPN and RPF, check out the guidelines and FAQ will be posted next week, but here is the gist:

What is the SPN AU Big Bang?

A big bang is an event where an author writes a story for an artist to claim and create art for! In this particular bang, the author’s pieces will be non-canon. This means you could have the characters in a different world: historic AU, college AU, or even a prison AU. or, the characters themselves aren't canon-compliant: Dean is a firefighter, and Charlie is an interior designer, Jared is a Mechanic. Or, lastly, you can change major events on the show: living in the apocalypse world, Croatian takes over, or Mary never dies. For RPF, any world where the actors are doing something different with their occupation works.

Here are some ideas:

Dean is a firefighter, Castiel is an ambulance medic, and they meet on the site of a disaster.

Sam is thrown by one of the angels into an alternate universe where everyone is a vampire. 

Dean and Sam never stop the apocalypse, they deal with the consequences.

Jared is a lawyer, Jensen is his client.

Jared and Jensen film supernatural but instead of 4 years, it’s a 10 year difference; how Jensen deals with trying to be a father figure to the much younger 17-year-old actor.

This Bang features two categories:

A Mini Bang, which is a work with a minimum of 5K words and a banner + 1 piece of art.

A Big Bang, which is a work with a minimum of 10K words and a banner + 2 pieces of art.

the @destiel-shit-post-mini-bang hosted an informal valentines day secret gift exchange and naturally I had to sign up without thinking about the consequences. still managed to finish this on time though for my victim giftee @sunkenfox

she likes the show MASH so I made a military AU sorta thing featuring Dean and Cas on a little gay picnic and what may very well be thee laziest background I've ever made. thought about coloring this in black and white but the show is actually in color (to my knowledge, I've only seen a little bit of MASH before) so I decided against it. I remember the show complaining about how nasty the food is so that's why the food doesn't look particularly appetizing and definitely not because I just can't draw food I mean what

(the prompt was 'first kiss' but for the sake of making this look half decent I had them leading up to a kiss instead of actually squishing their faces together trust me it's for the best ,_,)
