I’ve been loving @therealjacksepticeye‘s montages he’s done recently and thought I’d put one together myself. These are just a few of my favorite Jack moments. Enjoy!

Regardless of the voice, that part definitely sounds like something he'd say.

He said right after this that it's not actually going to be Marvin's voice. He hasn't decided on a voice for Marvin, so he was messing around.

So I’ve been thinking and I realized there’s one thing this community has really lacked lately and should learn to have again
Respect
Respect for each other, for the member of this community in all the different shapes and forms.
Respect for each other’s opinions, even if they differ. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a civil conversation about opinions here. People are throwing around hate if someone’s opinion differs from the mass, whether it’s theories or videos or whatever, while others are afraid to express their own if they are even slightly negative in the fear of getting immediately attacked.
Respect for Seán.
Respect for Seán as a creator, who is allowed to make the content he wants and feels passionate about, and is allowed to make the choices he feels are best for the channel.
Respect for Seán as a person, who has feelings and who is allowed to have a life outside of the internet.
Respect for Seán as grown ass man, who is able to make his own decisions and knows what’s best for him.
And last but not least
Respect for Seán’s personal life, and whoever he chooses to have in it.

Exactly, if people would talk to each other instead of vaguing, more problems would get solved. But making a blog specifically for people to vague doesn’t fix anything and instead stirs up even more tension.
Ok, I understand this is a touchy topic right now in the community, but I don’t really understand the freak-out over the jse-communi-tea blog. Unless they’re making those anons themselves, which would be VERY shitty, and also improbable given the amount (I looked through the whole blog and went back to the very beginning of it before making a conclusion), then they’re just posting what other members think and have sent them. None of us can control what other people send us in our asks. So I don’t really understand why we’re upset at that blog itself, when really we should be more concerned that there’s members who would want to use it? If anyone can tell me, please do. I’m just confused at this point.

The thing is there’s always going to be trolls and people who only want to complain. All we can do is not platform or give attention to those people. Like why would we dedicate a blog to the negative side of the community/fandom just because that side exists? That’s not going to resolve anyone’s complaints. Sure, it’s not solely the fault of the person who made the blog, but they are providing a service that is literally adding drama to this place.

i feel kinda iffy about the joking about the hiatus.... Joking is how insecurities start, right? may i please have more explanation as to how its okay if you dont mind? If its really nothing to fuss over i dont wanna keep feeling bad about it :")
Joking can go too far for sure. However, playful teasing is just a part of life. My family and friends and I do it to each other all the time. Like when one of my friends drops her soda and I say “Good job, Jess.” And she says “Why thank you.” And then I help her clean up.
Stuff like that is normal and humor is how we cope with stuff as humans anyways. It’s a defense mechanism that helps us understand negative things. That’s why people laugh when someone falls down. The alternative is being extremely distraught every time someone trips a little or not reacting to them at all. Both aren’t very good.
That being said, if the person that fell down is seriously injured, starts crying, or tells the group to cut it out, laughter should stop immediately and quick apologies should be made. If someone has made clear that a certain subject makes them uncomfortable teasing about it should stop. Teasing should also generally be done between people that are somewhat familiar with each other.
And that’s all well and good in family units and between friends, classmates, and coworkers, but what about parasocial relationships? (the relationship between a performer or creator and their audience)
Well a small amount of familiarity is still present, but nobody involved actually knows each other. The performer and his audience are not friends. Therefore, consent is still important when the audience teases the performer or the performer teases the audience, but communication is a little harder. Harder, but not impossible.
Thomas Sanders can’t sit me down personally and ask me not to make fun of his hair please but he can do stuff like this:

It’s friendly but it still sets a boundary. It’s also important to note that the fans were teasing him about how his hair was falling, something that’s in his control. Not something like his natural hair color or his nose or his weight, which isn’t really something he can control as easily as his haircut. Other creators might see this as okay or funny and even encourage it. Still, Thomas wasn’t okay with it and let us know.
That being said, if a performer does make fun of his own appearance and responds in a way that shows he finds it funny when his audience follows suit (like when Thomas embraced that he looked kinda like Fit It Felix and dressed as him for Halloween) then that’s okay! If a performer makes fun of his big nose and is okay with his audience making fun of his big nose then that’s totally okay! If he asks the audience to stop though, then they should stop. Communication!

Thomas has made fun of himself for taking so long to finish videos and never finishing when he says he will. He’s even addressed it within two Sanders Sides videos (Accepting Anxiety 1 and the puppets episode). The audience also makes it very clear that we really are patient with him. That doesn’t erase reality though. A slightly painful reality. And we cope with that slightly painful reality with human’s favorite coping mechanism. Humor.
If the humor helps us channel our feelings in a healthy way and Thomas doesn’t set a boundary that he’d prefer we don’t cross, then I personally think it’s perfectly fine to make jokes as long as we try our best to not be malicious.
It’s also important to note that when one chooses to become a public figure or becomes a public figure by accident and chooses to stay one they open themselves up to both praise and criticism as well as being punched up at whether they deserve it or not. It comes with the territory and I’m sure that Thomas is very aware of this by now. I’m not saying this gives anyone permission to bully famous people. Far from it. An audience should still try to be civil and respect boundaries. However, by choosing a career as a public figure Thomas Sanders has willingly given up certain social privileges. Like the right to always be completely anonymous in public spaces. This comes even with being a small local performer and is something that one must come to terms with if they choose a career where they must be seen.
(A lot of this stuff applies to how the creator makes fun of their audience as well but this post is too gosh darn long already for me to elaborate)
TLDR: Thomas is a public figure, the teasing isn’t about something that’s out of his control, and by addressing the problem and laughing at it himself he’s given implicit permission for us to poke fun at it too. This is fine as long as we don’t bully him and the jokes don’t turn malicious.

These all seem cozy in different ways.
I had dreams about the rooms before Accepting Anxiety. Things I wanted them to be.
Imagine an endless series of hallways. They move. They warp. They’re alive. They are painted black but at times you could swear that they’re red. The longer you’re in them, the more confused you get. Sometimes you run into your worst fear. You scream, you run, you cry. A shadow grabs your ankle and mocks you. He finds you. He knows his way around because he is this place. He opens a door, the only door, and lets you in. It’s a simple bedroom, solid, with teenage posters taped to the wall. His hoodie, still black and white, is draped around you. He asks you what made you desperate enough to ask him for help.
Imagine a university. It’s old. It’s covered in ivy. It’s empty. Completely and utterly empty. You go inside classrooms and the desks are pristine. The books are lined up too perfectly, but if you open them the words are out of order and move around. One room on campus is occupied. A door on the top floor of the science building labeled “Prof. Sanders”. Office hours are always open.
Imagine a suburb. The lights work, the grass is green, there is always the smell of things cooking in the air. When you look up at night the stars are visible but the constellations as you know them don’t exist. He doesn’t know any of them. He just scatters the lights on his ceiling. They are just as decorative as the smell of grass. Everywhere you go there are friendly faces but none of them seem real except for his. His house is in the center and it truly is a home. Not polished and perfect like a 1950s American dream. Worn in and comfortable. There are no books except for scrapbooks and small journals found stuffed into corners. He knows what you’re thinking while you’re here. At least a little bit. He hopes you enjoy your stay.
Imagine a palace. Now it’s a castle. Now it isn’t. Now it’s grey, now it’s all in color, now it looks like a Burger King. Now it’s a real castle again. Nothing stays the same but you still know your way around perfectly. He’s in the tower, looking off into the distance, watching imaginary people doing imaginary things. He cries out loudly when you enter. You are infuriated by the size of his bed.
So yeah that’s how I saw the rooms before Accepting Anxiety came along.

Jumping on the Marvin Preesh Train!
So I have a theory. It’s not a good theory, and it’s more like a ‘hmmm, i wonder if’? but I kind of want to think that Marvin is the one pulling the strings and possibly talking through Anti making him out to be the bad guy framing him making himself look innocent. I really like the idea of a somewhat good Anti being puppeted and made out as the bad guy. It’s an interesting concept to me. ANYWAY, here’s an evil looking Marvin. I’ve never drawn Marvin by himself but I like the style of him looking somewhat like a gypsy with the scarf spread over his shoulders? EDIT: I will add tattoos and reblog with that added later tonight. I knew something had been missing but I think what at the time.
Click for better quality Don’t repost/ please reblog :)

I’m losing my mind because my name is Lars. Whoever is standing in front of LAYERS makes it look like LARS. Hey ma, I made it!

This isn’t Anti
This is Marvin without his mask on.
LoF2 has you playing as a performer. Out if all the egos, Marvin is the one who knows what it is to be on stage.
The reason there’s black eyeliner on him is because using under the eyes draws your attention to them. As a performer, Marvin would need to keep the audience drawn to his face to do most of his sleight of hand magic and since he wears a mask, he needs the extra help in keeping people looking at his eyes.
This thumbnail is him either getting ready to perform or just after he takes off his mask after a show
