i love that target sells sanrio clothes in the mens section. like ik that clothes having gender is bullshit etc. but at the same time most people still shop in whatever section is labeled their gender, and so the fact that a guy can walk into the mens section and see that he has the option to buy a cute pink t-shirt with hello kitty and friends on it is nice.
#grymms spectacular fucking posts#also even if ppl wanna shop in the section not labeled their gender‚ assuming they're cis‚ theyre less likely to find clothes that fit#cus the gender of clothing does tend to effect its fit. like mens pants tend to have the waist and hip sizes be about the same and womens#tops are designed for larger chests etc.

I need to meet the Quickstep assistant who decided to label the riders’ clothes. I have questions.
#can they not tell them apart?#their own riders?#do the riders misplace their clothing a lot?#do they worry *we* won’t tell them apart?#do they also label their pants and socks and boxers?#why oh why did it have to be on the front of the t-shirt at the top right under the neck#are they actually very tall kindergartners on a year-long school trip?#do they know there are anti child labor laws in most likely all the countries they race in?#cycling#road cycling#is it a secret internal shaming method designed by PatLef for whatever reason that got him pissed off#WAIT are the riders actually wearing the tshirts back to front#leading us back to the kindergartners theory#did one rider get it wrong once and now all the others do it too as an internal joke to shame him#or maybe in solidarity#as I said I have questions#and I want answers

Woven labels are the most popular way of having your brand identity displayed on your garment or products. SY ETIKET offers a variety of material & finishes, and can help guide you on choosing what is right for you. See below for more information on what is available.
DAMASK LABELS Damask is the most common type of woven label, made up of polyester yarn that has a high quality durable weave that is soft to the touch.
SY ETIKET offers both regular and high density damask. If you’re looking for a nice quality label, not anything fancy, regular damask will do just fine. For a higher end luxurious label, or labels with extremely fine detail, high density damask offers a weave with the thinnest thread option, resulting in a label with the softest feel and shows great details.
SATIN LABELS Damask is the most common type of woven label, made up of polyester yarn that has a high quality durable weave that is soft to the touch.

Dressing Up for Mental Health: Why Making an Effort with Our Appearance Matters
Dressing up is often seen as frivolous or unnecessary, but in reality, it can have a positive impact on our mental health. Whether you're putting on your best outfit for a special occasion or simply choosing to make an effort with your appearance on a regular basis, taking the time to care for your appearance can have a positive impact on your mood and self-esteem.
One of the main benefits of dressing up is that it can boost self-confidence. When we take the time to put together a thoughtful outfit or do our hair and makeup, we're sending a message to ourselves that we are worth the effort. It's a way of showing ourselves that we matter and that we care about how we present ourselves to the world. This self-care and self-love can be incredibly powerful, especially for those who may be struggling with body image issues or low self-esteem.
Dressing up can also be a form of self-expression. Clothing is a powerful tool for expressing ourselves and communicating who we are to the world. When we choose what to wear, we're making a statement about our personality, our style, and our values. This can be incredibly empowering and can help us to feel more connected to ourselves and our sense of identity.
Additionally, dressing up can be a great way to break out of a rut and add some excitement to our daily routine. It can be easy to fall into a pattern of wearing the same old clothes and not putting much thought into our appearance. But when we take the time to make an effort with our appearance, we're introducing a sense of novelty and variety into our lives. It can be a small but meaningful way to shake things up and add a little extra spark to our day.
Of course, it's important to note that dressing up doesn't have to mean wearing formal attire or following specific fashion trends. It simply means making an effort to present ourselves in a way that makes us feel good. For some, that may mean wearing their favorite pair of ripped jeans and a vintage t-shirt, while for others, it may mean putting on a beautiful dress and heels. The key is to find what feels authentic and true to you.
It's also important to challenge the idea that dressing up is only for special occasions. We don't need a special event or party to justify putting effort into our appearance. Dressing up can be a daily habit, a small act of self-care that we do for ourselves, not for others.
In conclusion, dressing up is not just about looking good, it's about feeling good. It's a small but powerful way to boost our self-confidence, express ourselves, and add excitement to our daily lives. And that's something worth considering in our daily routine.
What are your thoughts on the connection between dressing up and mental health? Have you ever noticed a change in your mood or self-esteem after making an effort with your appearance? Share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below.
