Living meditation is like watching loose leaf tea brew. You set it all up, and then you sit and watch. No waiting, just watch, because in watchful stillness, time dissipates and eternal present appears for the inner seer. THE COLORS. I need colors. So I keep watching without waiting, without anticipating, without getting weary or worried about anything.

After doodling these colors, I went to yoga class this morning. In the opening meditation, we were guided to the imagery of opening the crown of our heads, receiving the energy allowed from all around us with our in-breath, and then with out-breath we let the energy permeate us from within even to the outside of our skin.

In this guided imagery, I received the insight into living meditation as brewing tea in flowing energy.
