Just rewatched Buddy Thunderstruck and I think its time for some shameless OC x Canon

Name: Jackie? Or Jenni? Maybe Missy? I haven't chosen a good first name, but her surname is Frootbit

Species: Fruit bat

Height: Taller than Deputy Hoisenberry but shorter than Darnell Fetzervalve.

Age: Early 20s

Backstory: Her family runs an apple-picking farm (the one Buddy and Darnell put in the "maybe" pile). She dreams of being a chef at a fancy restaurant and maybe starting her own gourmet kitchen, so obviously, she moved to Greasepit to work as a waitress at the Concho Bolo.

This is a good show let me just *draws minor characters before the main ones

As you can tell I hate drawing backgrounds. But I love drawing cuties.

I like to think Cannonball, when not chasing for Buddy, is actually a pretty nice and chill guy to hang out with. So Hoisenberry is super excited because he's enjoying his food~

So @arte-hideous​ introduced me to the wonderful new series on Netflix, Buddy Thunderstruck! Needless to say, I was rather inspired by these cute and quirky dorks. If you’re wondering why I made a crossover like this, you can thank him for it too. His horse jumped off a cliff and I retorted “the sheriff had enough of your thunderstruck” in response. The idea was too good to pass so have some fan art! Tried a limited 6-colour palette and wow I really love how it turned out~

Short list of gay stuff between Buddy and Darnell in Buddy Thunderstruck:

-I’ve brought this up b4 but Buddy talked so fucking long about how much he loved Darnell in a tv interview that they just cut his entire tirade about Darnell out of the footage. I almost feel like there doesn’t need to be anything else on this list

-speaking of which, when Darnell thought he didn’t mention him in the interview he sounded on the verge of tears and its implied he spent several days moping about it

-honestly that entire episode was pretty damn gay

-they share a bunk bed for some reason

-“I love you too!”

-the implication they have a telepathic connection

-the first thing Artichoke did when he wanted to pump Buddy for racing secrets was threaten to rip Darnell’s head off

-“we could street race, like in that movie!” “naw man that movie’s romantic subplot was boring”

-they make scented candles and cut their toenails together appearently

-Darnell and Buddy are dancing partners and they were so good that Sheriff Cannonball and Deputy Hoisenberry were ready to apologize to them for ever mocking them (and also didn’t realize they’d escaped)
