Building Strong Relationships with a Targeted Dentist Email List
In the digital age, effective communication is the cornerstone of successful marketing and business growth. For dental professionals and healthcare marketers alike, the dentist email list has emerged as a powerful tool for establishing and nurturing valuable relationships. This comprehensive guide explores the importance of a targeted dentist email list and provides insights into building strong connections within the dental industry.
Understanding the Significance of a Dentist Email List
A dentist email list is a curated collection of email addresses belonging to dental professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, dental hygienists, and more. It serves as a direct line of communication that enables businesses to share valuable information, promote products or services, and foster genuine relationships. This list acts as a bridge connecting dental professionals with the latest advancements, industry news, and collaborative opportunities.
Benefits of a Targeted Approach
Quality triumphs over quantity when it comes to an email list. A targeted dentist email list ensures that your communications reach the right audience, increasing the likelihood of engagement and conversions. By tailoring your messages to specific segments within the dental industry, you demonstrate a deeper understanding of their needs, earning their trust and loyalty.
Building a Dentist Email List
Segmentation: Divide your list into segments based on factors like specialization, location, or practice size. This enables you to deliver personalized content that resonates with each group, thereby enhancing your chances of eliciting a positive response.
Opt-In Strategies: Implement ethical opt-in strategies to gather contacts organically. Offer valuable resources such as industry insights, whitepapers, or webinars in exchange for email subscriptions. This ensures that your contacts are genuinely interested in your content.
Engaging Content: Create content that educates, entertains, and solves the pain points of dental professionals. Regular newsletters, informative articles, and exclusive offers keep your audience engaged and eager for more.
Nurturing Relationships
Educational Campaigns: Position yourself as an industry authority by delivering content that educates. Share research findings, case studies, and success stories that resonate with the challenges dental professionals face.
Personalization: Address recipients by name and tailor content based on their interests and preferences. Personalized emails are more likely to be opened, read, and acted upon.
Feedback and Surveys: Encourage two-way communication by seeking feedback and conducting surveys. Dental professionals appreciate being heard, and their input can help shape your offerings.
Compliance and Privacy
Respect for privacy and data protection is crucial. Ensure compliance with regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Clearly communicate your data usage policies and provide easy opt-out options.
Leveraging Technology
Automation: Utilize email marketing platforms to automate campaigns and responses. This saves time, ensures consistency, and allows you to focus on relationship-building.
Analytics: Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Analyzing these data points provides insights into the effectiveness of your campaigns and helps you refine your approach.
Converting Leads into Partnerships
Ultimately, a dentist email list should serve as a catalyst for forging partnerships. By consistently delivering value and demonstrating a genuine interest in the success of dental professionals, you position yourself as a trusted collaborator. Whether it's through joint ventures, referrals, or co-hosted events, your email list can lay the foundation for mutually beneficial relationships.

“squeaky wheel gets the grease”
but have you considered that i don’t want to be the squeaky wheel all the god damn time? i don’t want to have to be the one to follow up on every single god damn thing in my life? i don’t want to be the one forgotten and pushed aside and have to make others remember that i exist too?

Toothpaste I
For you: 🐱 I hope you are feeling better and this is a little something to make you happy. Been thinking about this for a while.
~1.6k words
“Okay, don’t write emails to dentists when you’re in pain,” she shook her head tilting her head back to look at the ceiling.
Dr. Styles chuckled. His laugh was warm, like a chocolate fountain. Or a blanket on a cold January day. “I don’t have patients on Wednesdays,” he murmured.
Tumblr media
Twenty-eight was her least favorite number. She dreaded the entire year when she finally hit her twenty-eighth birthday. It seemed like an entire year was going to mock her and she was right.
She got two cavities that year.
Twenty-eight was the number of teeth she had left after her wisdom teeth were pulled when she was sixteen. Twenty-eight was the number of brackets on her teeth that held her braces together when she was eighteen. Cavities plagued her. Sensitivity. Special mouth wash and special toothpaste were needed for the upkeep of her teeth.
When the pain started in her mouth again, she was frustrated, exhausted, and sad.
But this was the second time this tooth had to be filled. It wasn’t the first time her dentist had to fill a tooth more than once. She looked up a second office in response. Her heart was fluttering with anxiety. She had brought a book to read but she couldn’t focus. Her head was starting to ache. She left work early which stressed her out to no end because her boss was a dick and even though she should have just found a new job, she knew she wouldn’t find a better pay entry-level position than any law firm nearby. Her phone hadn’t stopped vibrating with messages and requests.
An hour. All she wanted was an hour to read her book and mourn the loss of her tooth enamel. Frustrated tears filled her eyes. Her mouth hurt and her head hurt.
“Dr. Styles is ready for you, Miss,” the hygienist said sweetly. Taking a deep breath, she collected her book back into her bag and headed toward the patient room with the hygienist down the hall. “Have a seat,” she smiled kindly. “M’just going to get you ready and then Dr. Styles will be in to look you over.”
She could feel her phone vibrating against her hip. The to do list she was anticipating was enough to amplify her headache and she was so close to crying the pain in her tooth was practically welcomed to relieve her of the anxiety and stress she was feeling.
“Good morning, love,” the dentist came in. Dark blue scrubs adorned his tall frame. He looked so handsome it left her speechless. He was looking at the computer reading over the history of her work and latest x-rays from the previous office. “Got some pain, hmm?” She nodded silently, trying to figure out how she didn’t know ahead of time that the dentist was hot as could be. That couldn’t be fair. “Y’okay, love?” He hummed glancing from the screen, his eyebrows pinched together.
“Yeah, just uncomfortable,” she murmured. “Busy day.”
He sat on the little wheelie stool and turned to look at her. His eyes were vibrantly green, his smile was sweet but sympathetic at the same time. “S’quite a bit of work y’had done, love,” he murmured and grabbed a pair of gloves to put on. “Y’got beautiful teeth in there,” he assured her.
“They’re always filled with cavities,” she muttered bitterly.
“M’sorry,” he frowned. “I noticed that myself, actually.” She felt like she was disappointing him by getting cavities. Although she had just met him, she didn’t want to disappoint Dr. Styles, which was such a bizarre worry. “Do y’need t’get that before I get started?” He glanced at the bag by her hip.
She sighed, grabbed her phone. “Hello?”
“Where are you?” Her boss snapped so loudly she pulled the phone from her ear. Either Dr. Styles didn’t hear (which she didn’t see how) or he was being kind enough to ignore it.
“A dentist appointment. I sent you an email and put it in your calendar—”
“I need your help. Now.”
There was no argument to be had in his tone.
“Mr. Dalecki,” she started. “I’m very sorry, I’ll be there in a bit but I’m in so much pain—” Her voice cracked, and she felt the tears so close to the surface. Overwhelmed by her work and her pain.
“I don’t care.”
She opened her mouth to agree or argue, she wasn’t sure what was going to come out of her mouth but then suddenly her phone wasn’t in her hand.
“Mr. Dalecki, was it?” Harry said into the phone. “Dr. Harry Styles. She’s in immense pain and I’m insistent I take care of her cavity today. It might be a root canal. She’s in no condition to work today and probably not tomorrow either. Doctor’s orders. I’ll write her a note whatever you need, but she will not be in today,” Harry put her phone on the counter away from her as it started to vibrate again. “M’sorry I suggested getting it,” he said and held out the tissue box on the counter.
She sniffled. “I need a root canal?” She whimpered.
He chuckled. “Oh, love, no. M’sorry. I jus’ wanted that man off the phone,” he shook his head. “M’sorry,” he repeated.
“Oh,” she sniffed again. “I’m really sorry. I’m so overwhelmed and upset. I’m almost terrified of being here. I always have issues and my teeth are the worst,” she cried. “I’m sorry.”
“Hey, s’alright, love,” he assured her and put a reassuring hand on her shoulder. “Y’take care of your teeth right?” He asked.
“Religiously,” she assured him. “I brush three times a day. I floss daily sometimes twice. I use prescription toothpaste and mouthwash. I don’t eat lots of candy and I drink through a straw and water down juice or anything too sugary,” she had tears falling down her cheeks.
“Okay, love,” his thumb gently moved up and down her shoulder. She had never heard of a dentist having good bedside manners. “S’okay, m’gonna take a look now. Can I have y’sit back?” He murmured and slid back briefly on the chair and closed the door. She sniffled.
“I’m so sorry. I’m usually more put together than this,” she laughed tearily.
“S’okay I can tell y’frustrated. M’sister gets like this sometimes.”
She sniffled. “I’m sorry,” she repeated.
He turned back, put a mask over his pretty face so she had no choice but to look at his gorgeous eyes magnified by the little glasses and light that shone in her face. “Y’have really nice teeth, love,” he assured her.
“You have to say that to everyone,” she mumbled when he turned to mark something in the computer.
He chuckled. “I do not. M’sorry you’re in pain, love,” he was gentle as he placed the little mirror into his mouth. “Hmm,” he hummed.
“S-bad, in’-it?’
“No, love. S’not bad,” he murmured quietly. “Relax y’fingers and shoulders, please. Y’making me nervous,” he chuckled very softly. Like he had stuck his dental tools in her mouth a hundred times. “S’jus’ a little cavity.”
Tears sprang back to her eyes, and she nodded. “I figured.”
“M’sorry, love. S’little, though I promise. Out of here in half an hour. No root canal—I promise.”
She sniffed and glanced away. “I’m sorry,” she apologized again. “I’ve had such an overwhelming week and I put this off and it’s not even a big cavity and I’m in so much pain—” She started to cry again, and Harry pulled the glasses and light off his eyes and listened so intently, his face empathetic and kind as she bubbled with tears. She could hear her phone vibrating. “I’m pretty sure I’m going to get fired,” she croaked.
Harry frowned, turned to the cabinets, and searched for medicines to help her. He pulled his gloves off. “Let’s jus’ sit and relax for a bit,” he suggested handing her two pills and filled a little cup of water for her. She wiped her eyes and took it gratefully.
“Don’t you have other patients?”
“No,” he chuckled. “That intake form y’filled out?” Dr. Styles turned to the computer again and cleared his throat. “I am sorry to bother you, but I am in so much pain and need emergency dental help tomorrow if you’re able. My current dentist has filled this tooth twice and I think I’m going to yank the tooth out with pliers, and I don’t HAVE pliers so I will have to go buy some and I will probably pull it out in the middle of the hardware store and everyone will—”
“Okay, don’t write emails to dentists when you’re in pain,” she shook her head tilting her head back to look at the ceiling.
Dr. Styles chuckled. His laugh was warm, like a chocolate fountain. Or a blanket on a cold January day. “I don’t have patients on Wednesdays,” he murmured. Her heart skipped a beat. His kindness was unlike any dentist she had before. It felt so unnerving but nice in the best way. “But I made an exception,” he explained. “Couldn’t imagine someone pulling out a tooth at a hardware store.”
Her heart was fluttering. “I hate dentists.”
He laughed, wholeheartedly. “Even me?”
“Well...you haven’t drilled my tooth yet,” she mumbled. “But you might have gotten me fired.”
“I couldn’t in good faith let y’go back t’work, love. Not when you’re in so much pain.”
She looked at her lap. “I always have cavities.”
“M’gonna get to the bottom of it, love. Right after we fill this little guy.”
“My second bicuspid?”
“Should have been a dentist, hmm?” he smirked at his computer making notes.
“I’ve had so much work done,” she explained. “Half way through law school I thought about becoming a dentist.”
“Well, if he does fire you,” he turned back to her with a pointed expression. “And based on the reaction y’had, I think only an idiot would fire you. I’d gladly have y’work here,” he assured her. “Match whatever he paid you and then some,” he promised.
She frowned, feeling overwhelmed, sad, and relieved beyond belief.
“Thank you, Dr. Styles.”
“Call me Harry, love.”

•A list of random things I headcannon for Tomura Shigaraki that I don’t know how to write about•
His neck and ears get red when he’s embarrassed or flustered
He unironically thinks stardew valley is one of the best games ever made (he will never admit it)
His hands are rough and calloused from his quirk and he actually hates it
He went through a phase where he wore colored contacts because he didn’t like his change in appearance
He hates looking at himself in the mirror
For most of his life he had an electric tooth brush that played music
He’s NOT a morning person.
He sleepwalks
He listens to classical music
He knows how to play the piano and the violin
He’s more of a cat person than a dog person (but he wouldn’t want either as a pet)
He has sensory issues with noise and is easily overwhelmed in crowded areas
Isn’t a picky eater whatsoever. He’ll eat dirt off the floor if it looks good enough
Big sis Magne really opened his eyes to the LGBT+ community— so now (even though he’s going to kill them all eventually) he’s an ally
Terrified of spiders (get that shit away from him)
He’s a messy guy with a messy room but he always makes sure it smells good
His nails get long and jagged because he isn’t a nail biter and he always ends up dusting the clippers somehow (he still tries)
Being called a man-child actually fucked him up and he had to take a second to reflect
He never peels his fruit (he will eat a kiwi RAW)
Some of his bottom teeth are crooked because he was afraid to pull his teeth out when they’d get loose
Terrified of the dentist.
When he found Izuku in the mall he was originally going to GameStop
He’s multilingual (AFO wanted to be sure he could be the symbol of fear all over the globe)
He does NOT like being touched OR touching others so his quirk makes him mad as hell
He didn’t watch cartoons growing up
He actually just hates tv as a whole— get that shit away from him.
He’s like an old man
He prefers news papers to google.
His email is probably something like “[email protected]
He actually really enjoys being barefoot outside because it’s the one and only way he can fully feel the ground without hurting it
He doesn’t want to hurt things all the time sometimes he just wants to be able to feel

Despite that he's rich enough to afford services to do stuff for him. What are some things or tasks that Rufus would insist on doing them himself?
• Checking and managing his own emails. WHY? Because Tseng once opened Rufus' email to find him a part of an email list called "DATING FOR SENIORS" and Rufus had to spend the next hour explaining that he had meant to put the president's email as a prank, but got his mixed up. To this day Tseng doesn't believe him, and makes passing remarks about how Irene—the 68-year-old secretary from HR—looks "ravishing."
• He does all of Dark Star's care himself—feeding, grooming, walks, baths, playtime, you name it. His reason is that he loves his dog too much, and wants Dark Star to know that, instead of having 18 different people care for her. Like his dad had for him when he was a child.
• Driving himself around. It's a luxury he won't really have when he becomes President, and he likes showing off his sports cars. Rufus also enjoys exploring the city alone and late night drives where he can pretend just for a moment to be a completely free. <- That, also Reno and Rude once drove him to the dentist, but forgot halfway that he was in the back halfway. They ended up at a strip club.
• Shopping and selecting clothes for his wardrobe. He greatly enjoys picking out different outfits and matching them with his personal taste, so he doesn't see a need for a stylist. He doesn't want someone telling him how to dress. He'll wear a hakama and a suit as a uniform, damn it, he can serve both Shinra and cunt.
• Killing his enemies. Preferably shooting them dead.

Unlock Targeted Outreach Success with a High-Quality Dentist Email List
In the digital age, precision and personalization define the key to successful marketing campaigns. For businesses operating within the healthcare industry, such as dental practices, connecting with potential clients or partners requires a strategic approach. This is where a meticulously curated dentist email list can play a pivotal role, unlocking the doors to enhanced outreach success and establishing lasting professional relationships.
The Power of a Dentist Email List
A dentist email list serves as a repository of contact information for dental professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and dental hygienists. But it's not just a mere collection of email addresses – it's a valuable resource that empowers your marketing endeavors in various ways:
Targeted Reach: When aiming to engage with dental professionals, casting a wide net can be wasteful and ineffective. A specialized email list allows you to focus your efforts on a specific audience, ensuring your marketing messages resonate with the right individuals.
Personalization: Personalized communication is the cornerstone of successful marketing. With an accurate dentist email list, you can tailor your messages according to the recipient's specialization, location, and other relevant factors, increasing the likelihood of engagement.
Credibility: A well-compiled email list sourced from reliable and reputable channels establishes your credibility as a professional entity. It showcases your dedication to conducting meaningful interactions within the dental community.
Cost-Efficiency: Traditional marketing methods can be expensive and yield uncertain results. A dentist email list allows you to execute targeted digital campaigns at a fraction of the cost, delivering a higher return on investment.
Building a High-Quality Dentist Email List
Crafting an effective dentist email list requires careful consideration and a commitment to quality:
Valid Sources: Begin by sourcing your email addresses from trustworthy and reputable databases, industry associations, and dental directories. This helps ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of your list.
Segmentation: Divide your email list into distinct segments based on factors such as specialization, location, or practice size. This segmentation enables you to deliver tailored content that resonates with each group.
Data Accuracy: Regularly update and maintain your email list to eliminate outdated or incorrect information. This guarantees that your messages reach the intended recipients and reduces the chances of being marked as spam.
Permission-Based Approach: Always adhere to email marketing regulations and seek explicit consent before sending out emails. This ethical approach builds trust and fosters a positive reputation within the dental community.
Maximizing the Impact of Your Dentist Email List
Once you've compiled a high-quality dentist email list, it's time to leverage its potential:
Engaging Content: Craft compelling and relevant content that addresses the specific needs and interests of dental professionals. This could include industry insights, educational resources, or exclusive offers.
Personalized Campaigns: Tailor your email campaigns to cater to the unique preferences and requirements of each segment. Personalization enhances engagement and demonstrates your commitment to understanding your recipients.
Consistent Communication: Maintain a consistent email schedule to keep your brand at the forefront of recipients' minds. Regular communication fosters familiarity and helps nurture professional relationships.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of your email campaigns using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use this data to refine your strategies and optimize future outreach efforts.
In conclusion, a high-quality dentist email list is a potent tool that opens doors to effective and personalized outreach within the dental industry. By following best practices in list curation and email campaign execution, businesses can forge meaningful connections, establish credibility, and drive substantial growth in their endeavors. Embrace the power of precision and personalization – harness the potential of a dentist email list today.

i've had a severe case of oral thrush (candidiasis) from being immunocompromised for over a year
but since I present flatly and friendly and half the time with a written list because i'm non-speaking that day: my doctor apparently has no clue this is a complaint.
I've done a no dairy, no white carbs diet for a month,
no acid diet
tapered off the prescription antacids and stopped eating anything fatty to cope with the acid reflux in case that helped
each time I reported back in writing that it hadn't changed things
went to the dentist who said you have a really bad oral thrush see your doctor. On his word I finally got treatment for it in December and said "this isn't strong enough a dose but I'll take it while doing all the diet stuff on my end to maximize chances, and i'll report any changes": I was able to taste the christmas meal and sleep without numbing my tongue sores. I requested a higher dose - I was told treatment failing means it can't be fungal, I didn't contest this vehemently enough but forged forward with lab tests instead:
6 lab tests because the local lab doesn't test for candida but didn't say so. I found a private lab willing to take a swab, and they reported back that I have a severe case: 10^7-10^9 cfu/ml.
sent those results via email and today the Dr said: "you haven't complained about your mouth, and we already treated for oral thrush, i guess i could give you probiotics to rebalance oral PH"
Obviously i'm already taking probiotics and have been for 6 months.
I am this close to switching my mouthwash to a peroxide solution and eating fish tank cleaner.
What I need to do is make a scene, perform the distress this has caused me privately to the doctor directly, verbally with emotion.
I am currently flat as hell from depression. I couldn't cry if I stubbed my toe and imagined losing someone close (that's actually regular intrusive thoughts).
10^7 cfu/ml is 10 000 000 fungi per ml, it should speak for itself. Normal amounts are less than 100 cfu/ml. I don't understand how "massive pathological yeast infection of the mouth" by a specialized lab tech is somehow inconclusive.
--------------------
i am too autistic for my doctor to see me as human and that's what i've known for a while now, the worst part is that it's made performing emotion or even making words even harder. I know she's having serious memory issues at the moment too and was willing to pretend it was that, give her some time.
i think i'll have to wait another month and see if I can "perform", if only by persistence: send her photos of my mouth every week with sad emojis.

I know realistically Kevin and Dale would never talk to each because of age difference, class difference, Dale's trust issues etc.
But you can't write two socially inept boys with a passion for robotics and not have them interreact once!
Rip. They could have been besties. Maybe in another life.
I have been THINKING SO HARD on Kevin since I realized Dale is into robotics too- I didn't expect canon would just give me a robotics expert back when I tossed Kevin into that role due to cyborg obsession!
My current Cloudlands AU canon is still set up for Kevin designing the robot babysitters we see in "Channel Chasers" (Maybe Vicky bought one and customized it? Unclear)... I'm not sure if that will stay, but I feel like Dale wouldn't be happy about the Vicky design, sldkfj...
I'm not emotionally attached to the "Channel Chasers" future and I wasn't looking forward to rushing the city to be high-tech in 20 years, so if New Wish can ignore flying cars and stuff, I might too. We'll see...
Anyway, Kevin is practically the only kid in the OG series who told us what he wanted to be when he grew up and it was a dentist... and Dale has teeth issues and also likes robots... Hm. Inch resting.
I mean, Kevin IS a Buxaplenty in my lore...
Tumblr media
... it's not out of the question for him to toy more with that side of his heritage as he grows older and closer to Remy...
POV: You're Dale sent to meet a Buxaplenty at a convention:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of my favorite jokes in Cloudlands AU is that Kevin - an estranged Buxaplenty-Crocker child with witch magic that forces him to see ghosts under specific circumstances - has bizarre relationships with random people, but won't elaborate...
Ex: His job shadow with the Grim Reaper (x), his stepfamily (x) who are definitely not vampires (x), Jimmy Neutron's son despite him not being born at that point in the 2D World timeline (x), he's gotten an email from Danny Phantom (x), the Crocker house talks to him (x), he watches soap operas with his uncle's ex (who is a cat) (x), he knows the Burger World Employee & Bob the Boil & Mikey Munroe through Club Redheads Who Didn't Get Mindwiped (x), he's Foop's foster dad (x), he's caretaker for his undead great-uncle who was reborn as an iguana (x), he's still "alive" 150k years in the future (after he's reborn as a crow) and has met people in Foop's teen friend group (x), he lived beneath the same roof as Anti-Sanderson (x)... List goes on. I also like to think he's met Dark Laser's son. Kevin is the only one who ever knows what's going on with his life.
Canonically in my lore, Kevin has laid eyes on Rudy Tabootie from ChalkZone, Diego and Baby Jaguar from Go Diego Go, Chase from Paw Patrol, and he's spoken to Zac from Shimmer and Shine because they were all at the interdimensional Nick show pizza parlor.
It is not out of the question for Kevin to be familiar with Dale, because Dimmadelphia is heavily implied to be a tech empire (Robotics community is big there), they might've attended the same fancy tech university for a year or two, and it totally fits Kevin's gag. It's the Crocker curse of getting in everyone's way...
Tumblr media
I'mma be honest, I think Kevin is Dale's type (Struggling under the weight of the world, daddy / mommy / step-daddy / uncle issues, the town has come to expect A Vibe from his family, is "extra" when the setting calls for it, builds awesome robots, makes money in a stable career)... Dale's type is "As easy to understand and low maintenance as possible; bonus points for same interests."
I think Dale just wants to live by himself tbh. He gets along so well with Hadley because she's very independent, also from a wealthy family (Leadlys), travels a lot, doesn't "need" him, and totally gets his need for personal space and clear instructions on how she wants to celebrate holidays and anniversaries. Hadley tells him exactly what to do and Dale says "Bless this low-brainpower relationship I scored. Whatever you say, girlfriend." They definitely spark each other off sometimes, but they're both good at taking time for themselves (and remember they like existing with each other). I think deep down, Dale is glad to have someone helping him manage his stress and bringing in extra income - plus in City Lights AU, he wants Dev to be his heir and needs a basic "let me show you what Daddy does because this will be you someday" connection to him - so those are the things that stop him from living alone. He gets lonely when Hadley's away, but he also likes fewer distractions and not sharing the bed... They get along fine :)
But Kevin sees way too much of himself in Dale (Big and loud to cover the self-deprecation and anxiety) and he's not into that, so he'd pretend to be oblivious if he ever got hit on.
Kevin's vision of Dale is "only puts in emotional energy when it's convenient." You can pry "I adore you even when you hate yourself and will happily cover extra housework when you're exhausted b/c we're a team" Chloe from Kevin's undead talons <3
City Lights AU Dale would not hit on him because he's Daddy's Good Boy and would probably have an anxiety attack if he had One (1) Fantasy outside his marriage, but y'know... In some other universe, the robot-lovers geek out together. Kevdale tag when?
Alt consideration: Hadley has her QPR with Remy and Dale has one with the Crockermichaels... Crockermichaeldome tag when... Yes, It has to be both of them... Do not separate.
Alt consideration II:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I love the Crockermichaels... I love the Cherrylemons... Please talk to me about them.
Secret Bonus Crockermichael Notes
For anyone unware of the ridiculous size difference between Chloe and Kevin's hands, allow me to enlighten you:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And yes... in the Riddleverse, Chloe and Kevin changed their surnames to Crockermichael when they got married. They miss each other when they blink <3
Bonus Pt 2 - Crocker not recognizing grown-up Chloe, but still being nice to her when the employee sends her to ride with him, which is not his usual M.O.... Chloe and her uncle-in-law... They're important to me...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Bonus Pt 3 - Kevin's wedding ring is a tiny dragon!
Tumblr media
It's inspired by these drafts I wrote in 2018:
Her fingers skimmed along plastic containers of strawberries, and she picked two up. “Here. One for your place, one for mine.” Kevin eyeballed the price sticker on the sign. “I dunno. They’re out of season. I’ll pass.” Chloe arched her brows. One offended hand flew to her chest. “Sure, it’s a premium price right now, but what could be more rewarding than maintaining a healthy body every month of the year?” “Your engagement ring, I hope.” Chloe considered this, then set one box down. “It better have a strawberry engraved on it.” “Actually, I was thinking I’d get this neat silver one that looks like a little robot wrapped around your finger.”
&
Chloe bounced on her heels. “I look forward to welcoming all aspects of my pregnancy, even the ones which are, tragically, so often seen as negative.” Molly tapped her nails against her mug. “Let me guess. You’ve already got a dozen baby names picked out.” “I am partial to Chloe Junior myself,” she admitted, grinning Kevin’s way. “But Kevin likes Phillip, after the prince from Sleeping Beauty.” “I like dragons,” he called over his hot chocolate. Chloe waved her hand. “I’m not sure about it since it isn’t super gender-neutral. We’re still working things out on that end. Although it would be a very cute name for a girl…” She stared at the loose change in the change jar, lost in thought.
Along the Cherry Lane - WIP
Fun game called "Can you guess which worldbuilding detail Chloe and Kevin don't know about above? :)"

dentist update (first time in about 3ish years) - would love input on this if you work in the dental field and notice something amiss here. for the most part this office has done great work, but some conflict between them pushing for more work and my insurance not covering it was a big part of why it took me so long to go back
had a cleaning with no numbing, went ok. Just a few sensitive spots that hurt for a fraction of a second
i thought i had an abscess but I don't (yet)(partially exposed nerve)
I need a lot of work. they want to root canal/post/cap like 4 or 5 of my teeth (I definitely have some rough ones but I wonder how necessary R-P-C's are versus like, just getting a root canal and filling). There are a few "just fillings" that I need though.
I have a broken tooth that needs to be pulled
one of the teeth they want to work on is one they already R-P-C'd but after the x-ray, dentist said there is a "lesion" near the root. I have no pain there but he said maybe it didn't heal properly or something. This is suspect to me considering it hasn't been a problem at all, but he did show me the little dark spot on the xray.
after the cleaning, the dentist pulled out a big filling I had that he said looked like it was about to fall out. He barely tugged at it and it fell out. He didn't give me a temp filling or anything. I asked about it and he told me to just keep it clean until they can work on it. (I was trying to chew on the left side of my mouth to keep food out of the place where I thought I had the abscess on the right, and now I have an open tooth on the left too so I might shove some temporary filler in there until my next appt next week).
curiously, they told me that everything would be covered by my insurance except for the cleaning they'll want to do in 6 months, which isn't too pricey. I expressed surprise to this because a bunch of stuff didn't get authorized last time I was there. The lady said something like "don't be surprised, it's always been covered" which concerns me because a lot of stuff wasn't approved last time by the insurance. So maybe I need their definition of "covered" vs "authorized" or something.
I have another appt next week.
The reason I list all this stuff out is to clarify it all in my head and have a record of what happened that I can refer back to when I will inevitably forget. Also I asked for a copy of the dental plan list and the prices, and the lady told me it would be emailed to me. So far no email.

Celebrating TOA and the people who contribute to make our group what it is.
Repost, don't reblog. Only fill in what you feel comfortable sharing! Happy anniversary, TOA! Here's to many more years spent together. template credit: thanks neffi!!

How long is your roleplay experience? Almost 20 years
How were you introduced to roleplaying as a whole? My first RP experience was in high school where we had a binder we passed around in the hallway between class lol I went on to forums, docs, email, mmos, and at some point tumblr and discord.
How were you introduced to TOA? I'd been missing the Tumblr RP experience and decided to search for an FE group and bam
Do you have any pets? I do! My black kitty, my baby boy who drools and meows a lot, Binx
What is your favorite time of year and why? Autumn when it's cooler but not too freezing and the leaves are pretty
What is your IRL occupation? QA tester for a video game company
Some interests and things you like/enjoy? Besides writing, playing games, reading, occasionally drawing, music, comics, collecting figures and such
What non-Fire Emblem games do you play? Tales of, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Zelda, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Persona, Harvest Moon, farm sims in general, Metal Gear Solid, the list honestly just goes on and on and on
Favorite Pokemon type & Pokemon? ahahaha ok the list doesn't actually go that far. I didn't get that into pokemon. I do think they're cute but I just didn't get into the franchise. That said, I have plushies of chimchar, vulpix, and eevee so that probably says something
Tell us some funfacts and trivia about yourself! - When I worked at a dental office, I almost set the place on fire. The dentist was really nice about it tho and eventually he even wanted me to stay and get trained as a dental assistant - I have a low spicy tolerance but I'm really good with cajun spices (likely from growing up in Texas) - I'm in the credits of games that you've heard about (I won't say what) - I have a horrible sense of smell
How did you get into Fire Emblem? My friend was actually really into PoR but I didn't get into it until Awakening came out.
What Fire Emblem games have you played? (Note: I have not beaten all of these) Genealogy, Sacred Stones, Awakening, Fates, Three Houses, Engage, TMS, Heroes
First & Favorite Fire Emblem games? Awakening & Sacred Stones
List your 5 favorite Fire Emblem characters across the series! Frederick, Eirika, Ephraim, Gerome, Seteth
Who was the first character ever to make you go “ooh I like this one in particular” and why? Can be any context and reason! Frederick lol I'm such a Frederick simp. I love how caring and protective he is, that he knits, isn't afraid of showing affection, just generally wholesome imo
Any Fire Emblem crushes? 😳 Frederick 😳
If you’ve played (or are familiar with) the following games, who was your first S support? Who would you S support nowadays? - Awakening: Frederick (are you noticing a trend) and still Frederick - Fates: Yukimura, but probably Shura if I did it again - Three Houses: Hanneman haha I'd try a different one if I went back but Hanneman is my favorite - Engage: Mauvier, and still him
Favorite Fire Emblem class? rogues!
If you were a Fire Emblem character, what would be your class and stats? Would you be playable? Some kind of archer probably
If you were a Three Houses character, what would be your affiliation? Golden Deer all the way!
If you were an Officers Academy student, what would be your boons, banes and potential budding talent?
If you were an Engage character, which nation would you originate from? Firene probably
How do you pronounce TOA? To-ah
Current TOA muses? Gerome & Mikoto!
Past TOA muses? none right now
Who was your first TOA muse? Best boy Gerome
Do you believe you have a type of character you gravitate towards writing? It seems like…tsundere types tend to get me, or the ones that have lived a long time and have complicated pasts. but I have others that don't fit those trends too
Do you have characters or types of characters you don’t think you can handle writing, but wish you could? tbh my indie has a wide range of character types and I try to not write characters that are too similar. However, I guess I tend to not write types that are Too extroverted
What kind of scenes, situations etc do you believe you enjoy writing the most? I enjoy all types but I suppose very emotional scenes are fun for me, whether it's angst or positive emotions
Do you have any scenario in mind for your muse(s) that gets you thinking “man I hope I get to write this one day”? for Mikoto, I just want to write her with her children and also, tbh, finding a new love haha I'm in no rush for it but it'd fun if it happened. I'd also love to see her on the battlefield protecting others
Favorite TOA-related memories? Happyland was a blast to write with everyone and I adore the connections it brought so much. I can't wait to throw Mikoto into an event, she deserves it
Present or past tense? I think my habit is past but I try to match others so I go for present. if you see my flipping tenses I'm so sorry haha
Normal size text, small text, no preference? I default to small text but I'll match my writing partner, or use regular in case I'm concerned about readability for others
Got any potential muse delusions to share? 😉  ahahaha uhmmmmm if I can, Eirika, but if not then probably Peony or maybe even Rhys or Mozu. I write so many FE characters that I will never run out of ones to pick lol I've also written all of these characters at some point so I love to see how others write them too
