I just realized…Dale was barefoot for so many years as a kid/teen and after he started living with his dad he could finally afford normal clothes and shoes. I imagine Doug giving Dale these boots that he still barely takes off. I know it's pretty obvious that so many people didn’t takes Dale seriously (which makes sense) but.. he's been through trauma and while living with his dad that probably didn't pay so much attention to him(and just gave him everything except what Dale actually needed). And now Dale himself is telling Dev how important his business and money is, as well as his love for boots.

A few people wanted to see Timmy interact with Dale. All I can say is he's veryyy interested in once-human fairies and Timmy is 5 seconds away from punching him in his stupid fake teeth.

In all seriousness, their dynamic could be pretty interesting! Dale who is obsessed with maintaining his current position of power and gaining more out of a crippling fear of being under someone's thumb again, being dead set on having Timmy, who got him out of that situation in the first place, on his side as the ultimate insurance that nothing can surpass him anymore? While Timmy himself is disgusted with who Dale has become? Someone get me away from the keyboard before I start cooking.
