Tina seeing Fallen Angel Bad's face

(This takes place during the talk they had where Tina said that no one trusted her and Bad revealed that he had been torturing himself)

Tina had seen his true form during their little…talk.

It honestly felt natural.

She had said that no one trusted her, so of course he would comfort her.

In pure hypothetical of course.

She had turned away after the confession, looking away from where he was building over the hole.

He paused and took off his hood.

He didn’t know why.

Maybe it was the warm weather combined with the gloomy situation. Maybe it was because the ghosts that plagued him had drifted closer to the veil, leaving him in relative silence.

It doesn’t really matter though, because once he started talking she turned to him and he felt her eyes rake his form.

She didn’t say anything.

Neither did he.

There wasn’t any questions, no comfort, no acknowledgement.

He preferred it like that.

He had met a drove from the same region as Tina a couple thousand years back, so he vaguely knew how she’d react.

He knew that she would know the importance, but it was not in her nature to point it out like this. So instead she focused on his words.

The difference between him and a crazy person was that he knew that other people would find him crazy. It was just- he didnt see himself as crazy as others might- you see a lot in the millions of years that he lived.

He knew she knew.

So he kept hypothetical- but he knew how smart she was. Knew that she would keep it to herself.

He trusted her.

Big fan of whenever a creator from one of the other languages meets Bad for the first time and he tells them his name is BadBoyHalo and explains it to them

Then they fucking hit it off and later the creator explains to him that no, he is not a bad boy, he is a good boy, he is GoodBoyHalo

I tried to make the text readable i wrote all of it by hand so yall enjoy that!!! I adore demon trio <3

The demon lore of all three of our demon characters has been ramping up a ton lately, it’s not just me that notices it right? and it really feels like they’re all connecting together too

q!tina’s current lore exploring her emotions about herself & her relation to the other two demons on the island. tina, scared and being watched by an unknown threatening demonic force. mouse instantly understanding what was happening with tina and why she’d be afraid, without barely having to be told anything about it

mouse revealing more details of her own past, and explaining the difference between demons that were turned vs those who were born as demons, confirming the natures of all 3 of them. q!bad’s current lore of death, immortality & memory impacting all of his friends, which perfectly is aligning with discussions of those Exact topics from both mouse and tina recently. mouse once again instantly understanding what was happening with q!bad’s mind, saying that he just “needs some time” and “it works different for him” without barely having to be told anything about it.

feels like they all know things, and are weaving different but connected areas of a complex demon lore tapestry. it’s so exciting!!! makes me curious about the behind the scenes discussion that must’ve gone into this worldbuilding

i’ve also been wondering if the lore is advancing more recently because of the nether unlock happening soon? after q!mouse’s comment the other day about “getting powered-up in the nether” that’s been on my mind

Phil is always saying he wants to see the demons go full demon mode but the only demon who does lean into the violent side (in the way Phil wants, not just the demonic threats like Mouse and Tina) is Bad.

And Phil will NEVER see this side of Bad because his cocky, overconfident, violent, bloodthirsty and more overtly demonic side only comes out when he's fighting mobs in dungeons, raids, etc.

The only time Bad and Phil are ever fighting together is when there's at least one egg with them. In which case, Bad is IMMEDIATELY in Tio Bad mode and is doing nothing but stressing over the little ones.

His callouts are checking on the eggs, advising them on how to deal with the mobs, reminding them to back up if they need to, making sure they're staying nearby.

Rather than when he's soloing, he's taunting the mobs, telling them to beg for forgiveness, cackling as he shreds them to pieces and asking if that's all they've got, calling out for them to try harder even when he's at half health.

Phil will never get to see Bad go 'demon mode' in the way he wants him to xD

I am desperately hoping that we get a BadBoyHalo that’s similar to Eggpire!Bad, because that was some wonderfully creepy acting on his part and I want more! I want the other islanders to feel their skin crawl when he talks, to sense the menace behind his honeyed words but have no proof for their fears. This is Bad! Their friendly neighbor and uncle and dad! He’s just confused right? They’re just imaging the chill down their spines when he smiles, all teeth and no warmth….right?

I swear, Bad, Mouse, and Tina must have like a demon lore gc/google doc for when they just add random tidbits of lore. All three of them do such subtle lore and love dropping tiny tidbits of random ass lore whenever they feel like it. They all have to keep track of it in someway right??

can’t stop thinking about how q!bbh was like cat trying to escape out the front door to the guards 💀 they tell him to do something? somehow he does the opposite every time. they open a door? he stands at the entryway so he’s neither inside nor outside. they finally get him to go through the door they needed him to go through? as soon as they open the door to walk through themselves, he walks right back out. time to get q!bbh into his cell? somehow he’s three hallways down next to the cafeteria instead. this doesn’t even account for every other time they got him near q!foolish, he’d start swinging at him like a cat trying to scratch a dog it dislikes 💀
