some sprite edits i did over the last couple days for a project i've been slowly working on for uh. a long time. i haven't seriously sprited in years so this has been fun even if they're just edits. eventually i'll get back to doing proper scratch poses!

alolan vulpix & ninetales, hisuian growlithe & arcanine, and an dragon/electric type holon dragonite. the dragonite is a custom design inspired by the delta species pokemon card, although i'm going with dragon/electric instead of steel/electric

pray for me. I dyed my hair last night & it's a few shades off in a way I absolutely hate. but it's still an interesting color and my nice mostly-queer friends whose cuddle party I'm going to tonight will be effusive. and I have to say "thank you" instead of "behold not my form"

the last post i reblogged just reignited my rage over something that happened my freshman year of college so mini rant in the notes lol

#so on tuesdays i had a a rhetoric class at 9:30 and then a chem lab at 2:50 or something weird like that #and sometimes i would just linger around campus during the gap but one day i started feeling super sick out of nowhere right after rhetoric #so i went back to my apartment to rest for a bit and found out my roommate was also sick #and i just kept feeling worse plus the fact that she was sick too told me it was an actual sickness not the random stuff i feel a lot #like nausea and headaches from being anemic for example #so i sent an email to the TA for my chem lab letting her know i was sick and i wouldn’t be there that day #and she said i needed a doctors note but i didn’t have a pcp or anything in my college town and there was a waitlist at the campus clinic #so i went home the next day and ended up going to a minute clinic so they could test for strep and bronchitis and stuff #(everything they tested for came back negative so i still don’t know what i had but i felt like absolute shit)#so i sent the paperwork from the clinic to my TA before our next lab on thursday and i was back in class by the tuesday after that #but even though i told her i was sick that first tuesday she said the doctors note only excused me from the thursday lab #so i went to office hours to make up the experiment from thursday but she wouldn’t let me do the tuesday one #each lab was worth 100 points and the only other grades we got were for these little 10 point quizzes that barely counted #so even though i had like a 99 in the class all semester up to that point i ended up with a B bc i got a zero for that one lab #and i’m still so mad about it like i did everything almost perfectly all semester and i couldn’t get an A #bc she wouldn’t let me make up a lab i missed while sick even though i got a doctors note a day later #keep in mind this was in 2021 right when the delta variant of covid was spreading like crazy #so the university made a huge point of encouraging everyone not to go to class if they felt sick in any way #like i was just trying not to infect all my classmates but bc i couldn’t immediately get a doctors note i lost a whole letter grade #and it was a fucking CHEM LAB like that shit was hard and i was doing so well!!! priscilla if you’re out there i still hold this against you #lj.txt

Even though there’s this new strain of the Covid virus, what a difference a year makes! Last November people were staying at home, masked when they did leave their homes and everyone was getting prepared for a lonely Thanksgiving. More Kids in the Orphanage. ^^

More children of the Delta Orphanage. Either found or saved. Scars of their pasts clearly visible.

Shifty: A StoryShift Chara from a geno route where they failed and was gruesomely cut down because they were “In the way”. Coding corroded too much and had to be pieced together by hand. Scars visible and missing arm implications of lost coding and can’t be easily healed or fixed. Has nightmares a lot and usually found in the medical ward.

Swapy: Storyswap Chara saved before the AU they were saved from imploded. Has been so traumatized that they developed anosognosia and has the delusional belief that they will be picked up by their dead parents… Which sadly will never happen. (Not sure if I got the condition correct. If it wrong I apologize will see if we can fix it)

Seller: Storyfell Chara. From an AU that had a bad virus, she out of desperation destroyed it and fell into the trash void. She is friends with Skara, Dhara, Fara, and Dalla. Sees Skara as an annoying little brother.

Fink: Ink!Frisk is much like ink sans. However due to ink sans popularity and more attention he was gonna be forgotten. Unlike ink!sans Fink does not need paint to have emotions. However they have a crippling phobia of being alone. They don’t have their own paint brush but their hand can color and paint things but he prefers showing his art rather than doodles. He was found after wondering the white void for a long time and was brought to the orphanage. Now he can share many of his magical drawings and paintings with everyone.

Buttercup: Flowerfell Frisk variant (not frans au). Due to their AU having a glitch, they constantly died the moment they fell down to the underground. They were saved and brought to the orphanage helping stifle their disease. Their blindness was chronic but they are very sweet to everyone.

Felly: Firefell Frisk. First child saved by CC and brought to the orphanage. Her Toriel was too strict and burned her for any small mistake she made. After finding out the AU was long discarded and the universe was completely empty. After defeating Toriel Felly was happy to stay at the orphanage. But requested to keep her scars. Despite everything, she still saw Toriel as a good mom.
