For context: This version of Delson is near the end of the story where he has smoke powers, neon powers, and video powers.

Your heart heavy with sadness and angst seeing the path Delson went down after he got his powers. Perhaps he wasn't changed, maybe he was always like this.

Maybe he was always so obsessed with you that he would watch you change in your window next door.

Maybe you hadn't noticed how he always got so jealous that he would grind his teeth and get so standoff-ish with any guy that dared approach you. You thought he was just being protective in an older brother sort of way. After all, you guys basically grew up together. You hadn't known anyone when the tribe took you and your parents in after your father turned out to be a conduit. Banished by everyone except the Akomish. Everyone here treated your family like people instead of spawns of the devil. For one, there was a fear that you had inherited your father's terrifying shadow powers. But that wasn't true, you were just a normal, powerless girl. You were angry at the world for painting these world-changing powers as a bad thing. Time after time you would beg your father to show you his powers, and without fail he would impress you everytime. You were so damn proud of your father, it made you sick to your stomach that society-the whole world- would abandon him and conduits alike. Delson understood you long before he had the powers. It seems like he was the first person to understand you as you were. And that's what made this... situation... so hard.

To leave him behind in your past as you planned to abandon his mission to catch Augustine in pursuit of her affliction. Closing your eyes as you turned your back, you felt a warm hand on yours. A silence followed but you knew who was there." I'm leaving, Delson." You sighed, not bothering to turn to meet his eyes. Those eyes that you hated to love.

" Look at me."

A pang in your heart as he spoke those words, knowing it wouldn't be long before you caved. It isn't fair. His grip desperately tightened so hard on your hand as you attempted to take another step forward and away from him, you winced." Delso-" He didn't give you time to finish as he turned you around to pin you to the cold brick wall. His intense gaze desperately looking for you in your eyes, the eyes that refused to give into him, that refused to give into your heart.

" Please..."

With the painfully long silence, it was clear he wasn't going to yield. With tear filled eyes, you finally give him what he wants. He doesn't smirk like he usually would. He's serious about you. You wanted to scream and cry and push him away right now because looking into his eyes reminded you of all the painful memories leading up to this moment.

When you overheard Fetch talking to him about hooking up and what you've heard about him from the media and people. The killings, the murders, hurting innocent people, hurting anyone who spoke out about his evil doings. The silencing. Delson knew he wouldn't be able to hide the truth from you forever.

The truth is, he didn't exactly have a plan as to what he would do when you found out about what he had been up to. Because everything he's doing really is for the tribe. If he could get you to understand that, then that would be ideal. But not good enough. He has to have you. When the smoke man heard those words come out of your mouth that's when he started panicking. He can't let you go. Not now. Not ever.

" Why? Why are you doing all of this?"

Tears escape your eyes and cascade down your warm cheeks. You can barely see the man in front of you.

"Doing what, exactly?"

The way he had said it wasn't in a 'playing dumb' type of way. You knew he wanted to hear you say it." Tell me. Tell me how bad and scary I am. I'm doing what I have to for the tribe." He defends.

" Taking the lives of innocent people? That's how you're going to save the tribe? Because the tribe is terrified of you, Delson. I'm terrified of you." You gripe. Delson leans in closer towards you, placing a finger under your chin.

" I scare you?"

He asks softly with genuine concern, but at the same time he really feels kind of nice about it. It's nice that he can manipulate you with fear at the very least.

" Do you even care? Because I thought you were all about Fetch now. You're perfect for each other at this point-"

Delson lets you go no further and smashes his lips into yours. You hate it. You hate that this is the way you're kissing him right now. The only time you want to kiss him is when you are happy, or literally in any other mood right now. You push him and bang your fists on his chest. He moves your hands away and above your head against the brick wall behind you. When Delson pulls away to admire your face, he can't help but feel sad too.

" I didn't want it to be like this either. But I wasn't going to be accepted either way. This was always going to be how it is. It is the only way, (Name)."

He studies your face in the purple lighting from the neon signs from the alleyway you two are in. It's just after sunset and the night has just begun." And for the record, Fetch wishes. There's someone else I'm sort of into..." Of course, he's suddenly back to his playful self. He's not the one who can be serious for too long. It's one of the things you liked about him." How can I trust you anymore? I feel sad that I ever did..." You cry out even more.

" Because you love me. That's why you'll trust me." With one last, surprisingly gentle, kiss to your forehead, he walks away. Leaving you. But you don't feel sad that he's leaving. You're sad because you know you'll always be connected to him. You're in love with him and it's terrible. He vanishes with the fading neon images of him left behind in his trail. You can't help but follow. More tears escape your eyes as you see the neon-scribed image left on the building in front of you.

"I love you."

Delson has always loved you. Down to every minute detail. Not just your looks, he really saw you. The way you spoke, how your humor and his matched perfectly, the way he could be himself around you because you allowed him to be, and how you could allow yourself to be vulnerable to strangers because you believed in people and that no one is inherently evil. The best way to describe your guys' bond was like a lock and key.

The last trait is something Delson is almost envious of. But because of the way people have been treating him because of his newfound power, he can't say he would ever allow himself to believe in people ever again besides you and the tribe.

And that's another reason why he must protect you.

You're too trusting, too easy of a target. And from what Delson's seen, the world is way too dangerous with the threat of dealers, gangs, and the corruptness of the city overall. He's not entirely sure how he could ever make you understand since you and him are different. You're normal, and he's not. That's the way society made it.

When he got his powers he was so happy, but the more he's used it it seems the more it's put a divide between you and him. And he hates that. He hates it more than anything in the world. Delson wants to be with you always.

His playful crush for you when he was just a boy had turned into something deeper as he matured into a man and as you matured into a woman. He knew that no one could ever understand you like he could, if only you understood that. If only he could make you understand that.

Would kidnapping you be going too far? No, no, that would just make you resent him forever. You've got your parents to go back home to after all. If he could just try to convince you, then he won't have to resort to plan B.

A part of him knows that deep down behind your stubborn act, is the love for him that you're ashamed of. Your heart seems to be locked in a cage that he knows he rightfully should have the key to, but you've hid it from him. He knows he has that power over you. Because whenever he's hurt, you're the first person running to him with tears in your eyes and ready to help him and save him, despite being powerless. It was comical.

You protect him? Ha, please. It's unheard of for a mere human to go out of their way to help the big scary bio-terrorist.

And he loved your devotion to him. If he could convince you to keep devoting yourself to him.

Delson was hurt by the fact that you would even think he would go and hook up with Fetch. It's always you that's on his mind, he doesn't see Fetch as anything rather than something he can use as an ally to help get his lick back at Augustine and her pathetic excuse for an army. Maybe he'll have to deal with Fetch. Her way of hitting on him, especially in front of you, was something he had always disliked. Hated, even. Because he could see the look on your face, the tears that you would try to quickly hide. He punches himself for even letting it go that far, to make you jealous. Although, it's nice to know you want him.

But right now, he's about to lose you. And he won't let that happen. Absolutely not.

Think, Delson, think.

If he can just get Fetch out of the picture, keep a low profile (because ever since he started killing the DUP officers and the protesters, he knows he cannot be redeemed), and heal everyone back home then that's when he can earn you back.

But what Delson doesn't know is that karma will catch up to him. What he has taken from others, it will surely be taken from him.

A/N: Guys I rlly recommend playing this game (available on playstation and pc I think) or you can watch the gameplays. Pewdiepie's gameplay of this was hilarious but yeah please give it a try! It was ahead of its time but it barely gets the recognition it deserves and hopefully I can change that.

Tommy sat on a roof in the international district, sipping on boba tea as he played music on his launchpad for the multiple passersby below him. Every once in a while, he would drop a calling card for Radio Vox Populi, his self-made and self-owned pirate radio station. Groove out and promote his station. Two birds, one stone.

Sure, his jams gaining attention was to be counted on. That said, he wasn't exactly expecting to attract The Bannerman, of all people. His LED shades made an expression of intrigue as Delsin Rowe landed on the building across. Wasn’t going to stop him from cranking out the beats, though. Tommy had his priorities, after all.

Not gonna lie, it was a fuckin Naruto OC I made when I was six

His name was Rei and he specialized in fire-based jutsu

Uhhhh, right now I think my favorite is Aurelio Morgenstern, since I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to develop him lately

Fuckin Enfer Incendie. A guy with an asshole french name that translates inaccurately into “Hell Fire”

Sorta? I’ve been putting together an RP/suggestion blog using Aurelio Morgenstern as an RP character

He’s a demon hunter who lives in a relatively uneventful small town that’s still high in supernatural activity. There’s a local demon hunter community there, but he’s kinda shunned for fighting using the magic of a demon, Azazel. 

9. Would you ever be willing to give any of your OCs to someone else?

I mean, I’m 100% down to give Lucian Caelius Luminita to a friend of mine for her story, bc I have nothing to use him in.

I… Totally suck at designing overcomplicated outfits, so my OCs normally wear simple clothes

Aria Hamilton (not related to Hamilton in any way, seriously) is the only upbeat character I’ve ever created.

A friend of mine and I have been developing this fuckin story for like, a month or so, about her character, Crystal Ruiz, being raised by one of my (sort-of) good parent OCs.

Wayland Smith is a huge crack-type character who unintentionally winds up causing catastrophic destruction in the most ridiculous ways that often come off as impossible and inhuman. What’s worse: This man cannot die and literally only exists for me to come up with ridiculous scenarios to have a good laugh.

I made him for The Sims Freeplay and he became the guy who pissed everyone off whenever I got a daily mission that required negative interactions.

14. Introduce an OC with a tragic backstory 

Wilk Argentum: part of an extraterrestrial race made to assimilate with the human ace to determine whether or not they were worth saving after their society collapsed following a major thermonuclear war. 

He got along with the remnants of society well, and went on several adventures with people who befriended him, but ultimately, he unwittingly fulfilled his primary programming by condemning the human race to death, despite it being the only thing he’d ever known.

I got these new characters, part of a four-person superhero team I made up for DC Universe Online, and two of them; Wendigo (Power: nature-aligned magic and shapeshifting into man-eating creatures) and Morningstar (Power: Creation-based abilities) slowly develop from casual dating to really strong-ass feelings for each other

There’s also this guy, Dante, who I always wind up shipping with his ex, Michael, but I don’t know how I’d get them back together yet.

Also most of the characters I ship with my friends’ OCs have a special place in my heart, especially if we develop their relationships :3

Jack Winters was the first OC whose story I really shared with another friend, and we got super close from sharing the stories and eventually getting to know each other, and not just our OCs. Hey guys, shipping gets you places.

I only really have one OC with confirmed singing talent, and that is Alto Artrose, who is, ironically, a soprano.

Wilson Pendleton is basically Delson Rowe pre-superpowerification.

A friend and I normally joke about Lucian Luminita being a much worse parent than we actually portray him in the story; mostly due to him being a single father, who is also a vampire, raising an angry werewolf child. 

23. Introduce OC that has changed from your first idea concerning what the character would be like?

Dante “Seraphim,” also known by his codename Lucifer, was originally going to be called Lucifer as his true name, and be a child of the personification of Death, being sent to ensure that people die when they are supposed to. And if they don’t, they get murdered by the Reaper’s Son. 

The idea was scrapped, but eventually revisited by several other OCs later. 

24. If you could meet one OC of yours, who would it be and why?

Aria Hamilton, because she’s the only one here who isn’t fucked up.

25. The OC that resembles you the most (same hobby, height, shared like/dislike for something etc?)

My fuckin Homestuck self-insert, Luke Napier. He’s basically me, but physically fit, attractive, and actually handles his responsibilities properly. 

26. Have you ever had to change your OC’s design or something else about them against your will? 

Nah, not really. 

27. Any OCs that were inspired by a certain song? 

Dante “Seraphim’s” story wound up being heavily influenced by the song “Take Me To Church,” with it’s whole ‘growing out of religion’ theme. 

28. Your most dangerous OC? 

Enoch Branwen, the “Atropos” of this Branwen Moirai. The Branwens preside over the mortality of gods; when an immortal’s time has passed, it is Enoch who is sent to dispatch them. She has killed numerous entities, and is responsible for the Fall of the Old Gods. 

29. Which one of your OCs would go investigate an abandoned house at night without telling anyone they’re going?

Aurelio Morgenstern, Wilson Pendleton, and Sora Williams; the problem children.

30. Which one of your OCs would most likely have a secret stuffed animal collection? 

Maybe Enoch’s girlfriend, who still doesn’t have a concrete name.

Aurelio Morgenstern blogs about his activities as a demon hunter, not that anyone really listens.

32. Which one of your OCs would be the most suitable horror game protagonist and why? 

Ian (motherfucking) Grey. This kid’s story throws him into a killing field made for children with magical powers, where he eventually gets possessed by the Wormwood Star; an entity that throws his magical abilities into overdrive. 

Ian has a natural affinity for healing magic, and the Wormwood Star strengthens him to the point where he can heal from injuries almost instantly. The horror of his game isn’t the threat to your survival, it’s from all the pain you endure as you fight your way out of this hellhole. Your enemies can’t kill you, you can’t kill them. But they will hunt you and hunt you until your mind breaks and you can’t fight anymore. 

Basically, imagine Dark Souls with no weapons.

Dante “Seraphim” has a twin sister, Aria. Her codename is Lilith.

35. Any sibling characters? 

Aside from the “Seraphim” twins, the Branwens are one of my favorite sibling groups!

They’re like the moirai, but they decide when gods die. Faith, the eldest, predicts the lifespans and destinies of the gods when they’re created. Wolfgang, the middle child, watches over the world and ensures that all the gods and deities are doing their jobs, playing their roles, and having faith in the Branwens’ writings.

When a god steps out of line, or refuses to lie down and die, they send Enoch to do what must be done. 

36. Do you have OC pairs where the other part belongs to someone else (siblings, lovers, friends etc)? 

HELL YEAH I do.

Lucian Luminita is a vampire, the Branwen siblings are sorta-gods, Dante and Aria “Seraphim” are half-angel and half-demon, respectively, etc.

Enoch Branwen and Aria Hamilton.

Lemme tell you about Become Death:

He’s an ally of that superhero team I mentioned earlier, with Wendigo and Morningstar. Obviously, “Become Death” isn’t his real name, but it’s a nickname that just stuck.

Death is an enigma. He doesn’t really know who he is, where he’s from. He just knows that his job is to punish the wicked. The evil. He takes no pleasure in killing, but it’s what he does best.

Before he died, Death was an infamous serial killer. He was brought back to life by an unknown entity for an unknown purpose, but now, he works in the dark to preserve the light. 

He also hasn’t been developed beyond the fact that he wears a fancy suit, and there’s a skull mask grafted onto his face.

Dark clothes and expensive fashion, friends. A lot of leather.

Hnnnnggghhhh alright so lemme tell you about this time I tried to do worldbuilding

So I made this fuckin steampunk-themed world once, right? And it’s still largely unfinished, and there’s only one real place that’s developed in any capacity and that’s the city of Durendal in the nation of Wayland. The Waylandian city is widely known for being amongst the most historical cities in the world. It was one of the most rapidly-advancing cities during the industrial revolution. It was in Durendal where most scholars and inventors joined together to create the first stable airship. It is in Durendal where the strongest council of magicians established its headquarter. It was in Durendal where the infamous Wick Rebellion was cut down by Royal Protector Daniel Maxim. And it is in Durendal where the Licht Sisters will face off against a conspiracy against the Grand Sovereign of Wayland itself. 

(That’s not really an OC thing, but hey, it’s the only story concept I have saved rn that I didn’t share from)

Skills:

Combatant: Don’s combat skills are a combination of what he was taught as a past police officer and experience being a self-taught close combat brawler.

Proficiency with knifes and firearms: Don carries a trench knife and Beretta 92-FS semi-auto pistol on his duty belt, being skilled with both weapons. His trench knife’s knuckle-duster handle helps enhance his close-quarters combat.

Tactician: As the Happy Hazbin Hotel’s security guard, Don’s combat mindset is slightly altered to focus on taking down a threat non-lethally before they can harm the hotel’s residents and staff. While alive, he’s well-versed in how to kill a walker without getting bitten by them.

Musician: Don is a decent singer and guitar player, being able to sing/scream in unclean vocals in rock/metal songs with ease.

Knowledge of Hell’s lore and history: Don is mildly well-versed in the lore and history of Hell, thus well-informed about Pentagram City and the overlords to a certain extent, he does enjoying reading books on this topic as a hobby in his free time.

Cooking: As someone who was raised in the South, Don is actually a decent cook, as he can make foods from his Southern culture without any problems. He’s currently learning to bake and make foods from cultures from books and his allies. Being in the undead apocalypse, he knows how to properly prepare hunted food over a campfire.

Adaptation: Don is quick to adapt to unfamiliar surroundings and situations, as he observes and studies in a tactician and logical manner.

Abilities:

High pain tolerance: Both alive and dead, Don can take a high amount of damage to his ‘human’ body, but like most demons, he can be permanently killed by an exterminator’s holy weapon... When the Messiah complex takes him over completely, he becomes completely unresponsive to pain.

Cool-headed: Due to serving Negan and the Saviors while alive, Don’s anger is hard to set off, being able to keep a calm mind in certain emotional situations... His emotions take hold when consumed by his deadly sin and/or seeing his friends/allies severely harmed... It also can cause his Messiah complex to re-emerge.

Pacifist: He prefers to talk down a threat first, only fighting physically in self-defense... Don only kills if it’s the only way to defend himself and his friends/allies.

Powers: (EDIT: TBD in Season 2 of Hazbin Hotel)

Typhokinesis

If Don was to be placed in a event of emotional distress, he would eventually awaken his demonic powers: Don manages to awaken his demonic powers during his second yearly cleanse. (EDIT: The event of this will be happening during season 2 of Hazbin)

Don is now able to generate and manipulate smoke, fire, and ash just like Delson Rowe of InFamous: Second Son.

He’ll be limited by how much power he could use by having wisps of smoke seeping up his shoulders when manifesting them, the smoke clearing off if he ever runs out.

Seems our friend, The Banner Man, has been making trouble for the D.U.Ps. I know, what a shock. From the intel I got from our hacktivist friends at FreeSec, Delson Rowe and his boo, Fetch, had been busy taking a hammer to some new offensive tech that, if left unchecked, would’ve been a real pain for us Conduits. Way to stick it to the Concrete Queen, my brothers. Keep fighting the good fight!

In other news, The Mayor of Seattle has yet to comment on recent events and, for that matter, seems to be going out of their way to make themselves scarce. Honestly, though, who could blame them? Let’s be real, Children, it’s a real clusterfuck out there. Then again, we’re talking about marshal law here. When is that ever neat and tidy?
