vocaloid fans are so picky and choosey about who to hate on they will rightfully strike steampianist but if you bring up the abuse allegations (i choose my words carefully) against maretu they will go ITS NOT TRUEEEE!!! (if there's nothing to it why the fuck did he apologize then disappear for 8 months) and if you bring up the kikuo cp thing they will go HE SAID IT WAS A STORY ABOUT BULLYINGGG!! (and you fucking believe him? did you go see it for yourself? also theres no fucking excuse in the world for that in any context)

i mean. you could pirate their music and not comment about their existences online if the music is so crazy impactful to you. whatever. shit is literally on mikudb waiting for you. i am not going to judge (mostly) and you shouldn't give a fuck about my judgement anyway. but i think it's insane people will be all about accountability and shit but refuse to come to terms with the fact that their favorite edgy producers may be really bad people (this isn't to say all edgy/problematic producers are bad, i'm literally a fucking deadballP fan). it sucks vocaloid fans are the most willing to actively hide and prevent the preservation of evidence (which leads to things like this disappearing so in a roundabout way they're destroying it) if it's to defend some mediocre ass music producer when that person is just a drop in the ocean. would not kill you to find something else to listen to

i like mayu a lot but i like. rarely keep up with recent songs that use her oops

seleP's ellie. one of the songs that got me into vocaloid in the first place. love the dance music paired with the. yandere lyrics. i like the other selep songs with mayu too but this is probably the top fave.

deadballP's formalin no umi is also up there for me. maybe its just nostalgia at this point since it was Also one of the songs i looped forever when i got into voca stuff. i still listen to it fairly frequently.

as for a more recent song i like obustat's koi wazurai. its neat i think.
