ミラレルミラー - Namitape: honestly namitape is terribly underrated, they have this retro/shynth style mixed with vocaloid which is something i haven’t seen much, but i love, just listen to them pls

Labios rotos - Zoé: this is the kind of music that makes me glad i know how to speak spanish, the lyrics are so fucking cute <<33 and it has a very dreamy and calm yet emotional melody, is just perfect, and THE LAST PART when the singer says “amor, amor, amor, amor” and there’s the smoll bell sounds there is just heavenly (btw im linking the video where i found the song, which is as beautiful as the music and the reason i watched umibe no etranger lol)

3. arabesque - lily chou-chou: lily chou-chou’s music is awesome and it only gets me more excited to watch the movie, but this one is my personal favorite out of all of them, just note that whenever you decide to listen to it, please take time to actually listen to it and allow yourself to feel the music, you wont regret it

4. backlight - ado: fucking badass, my favorite in the one piece album along with new genesis, its so fulled of rage you tense up and scream along it, it also has a catchy melody and finally, ado’s vocals are god tier (as always ✨)

5. tamed-dashed - enhypen: this feels like the kind of song you blast in your car while driving at full speed or you dance to like if you were in a club (even if you’re just in your room cuz ur lonely lol), immaculate vibes, absolute banger

6. one last kiss - hikaru utada: if i once thought beautiful world was the best nge song, it was because i didn’t know this existed. i dont think i have enough words to describe it, is melancholic but at the same time it gives you a sense of hope (specially one you check the lyrics), if something you always enjoy softly and i love it (if you check this out i’d recomend listening to the rest of the nge songs, they’re all bangers)

7. sweet dream - c!naH: and finally…one song of alien stage because is a must have lol, this is my favorite out of the songs of alnst, the retro vibe, the dreaminess, the mv, the slight melancholy…all i need to say is that i love the song and bonus points bc sua is my favorite chatacter and this is the closest thing to a character song we have from her

Brother confrontation - it's silly!! I like it!! The music sounds silly too its funny. Kaito in this sounds very... familliar, but i cant remember from where 💔. Anyways it's funny. The art also lools pretty sjsjjs

Bokura no love story- sjsjsjs the FEELS in this one. Music like this warms my soul i dont know why eushshhshs. Anyways i know know why kaito sounds familliar, its V1. Anyways len sounds very nice i like him in this one ejejjje

White day- its short and funny. Anyways you know its gonna be enjoyable when they refer to eachother as brothers. Its a connection ive made. This radiates old fandom energy its funnyyyyyyyyy

Marshmallow- this is putting fuel to a fire that has been burning for a while now. Anyways its very nice i like the guitar. The vocals sound sweet. The music feels warm in a way, and it really does feel like roasted marshmallows. Peak music to draw with.

Yes I do like vocaloid, it’s literally all I listen to right now.

Currently my favorite vocaloid (other than Miku) is VFlower, I find it that her voice feels very distinct from other vocaloids, and can adapt to a wide range of music.

For me, I learned about the whole vocaloid concept when I started the game Hastune Miku: COLORFUL STAGE also known as Project Sekai, and I think many people nowadays also goes through the same path. I think the game is a great way to getting into the music. If you ever have free time, I would say go try the game out, even if you are terrible at music games Project Sekai is beginner friendly with a wide range of vocaloid songs and difficulties.

Although I suppose if you don't have time (or are just not into video games in general), you could always start out by listening to the more general popular vocaoid songs, and dig your way deeper into specific artists and their styles that you like more.

Like for me right now, my current favorite vocaloid artists are Kikuo, and MARETU, they have my favorites distinct styles.

vocaloid songs lyrics are also mainly in Japanese with some english. Mind you, most vocaloid songs sing high or very high notes, it might take some time to get used to if your not used to songs like that.

like when started I played vocaloid songs in my car my parents thought it was some high shrilling noise (like Crowley's whistle according to Halt).

bassically its about this like, videogame/anime/cartoons/generalweebness/etc/shop/cafe/library

like you can get pastires or snacks and drinks and hang out there and play videogames or read manga and watch anime, and they also sell merchandise related to those

and the shop owner is this girl right here!

her name is chari (pronouned like cherry)

she's very shy and she opened the shop to be somewhere people can hang out, make friends, and feel like they can be themselves, however Chari didn't trust herself to convey the welcoming positive energy that she wanted, nor handle talking to visitors, so she built a robot to help her: this robot is casette!

cassettes purpose is to keep up the welcoming positive aura of the shop and assist visitors, this includes her gigantic database on information related to varius media as well as fandom culture, they can find anything at the shop in seconds, recomend visitors new games/anime/etc, and her database is updated frequently, she also has a visitor database, where she can store information on everyone's preferences and behaviors, their very much a learning ai, so essentially Cassette's experiences will build onto his personality as well as knowledge, Cassette's base personality was developed by picking traits that would be required for her job (passionate, friendly, optimistic etc) than having like, a pool of other traits that are common for the shops target audiences to have and randomizing some to be selected as part of his base personality

bassically the story is just slice of life focused on fandom culture, i guess like overcoming shyness/social anxiety?? like making friends and surronding yourself in a positive and healthy enviorment, with cassette learning more from their expieriances helping visitors and evvuentually kinda helping for chari to build up her confidence, (which was outside of cassettes initial purpose)

and the shop exists in this weird dimension so visitors come from many different worlds and planets,

i dont know what id call it yet but itd be in comic format with a manga inspired art style~

Recently I discover that liking anime is generational on my mom's side of the family lol

Talking about me and my family (*´▽｀)v

First it was only my cousin Katia (she's is supposed to be my aunt but I have always feel her and my other uncles and aunts of her generation like my cousins bc will i was a kid they were teenagers so yeah) and idk how we start to talk about anime i suppose i told her that i watched Mew Mew Power or Mirmo Zibang on Cartoon Network but she always talked to me about Inuyasa and Naruto, it never really caught my attention to see them at that moment but when i wanted to start watching more anime she introduced me to Ouran Host Club and from there my love for anime begins i remember my second anime was Soul Eater.

But yeah, whenever my family was having a party i always searched for her to talk about "las chinadas" how my grandma used to call them lmao, it was just me and her talking about anime without my family really understanding everything, it was special for me when i was little and she was my favorite cousin of all.

And well from my generation i was the one that liked anime, Katia is not into new animes anymore so we dont talk about it since long time but everyone in my family knows i still like anime also because i always wear t-shirts with anime characters as well lol.

But weeks ago i went with my uncle that is doctor and there was my other cousin Jocelyn who now have kids, and she was talking to me how her daughter always made her go to boba places whenever they go to where they live in eeuu and how expensive they are, from there i recomend her some boba tea that the HEB from here sells, you do it yourself, and while the conversation continue she told me that she also bought a plushie of a girl with two pigtails and i was thinking to myself (huh, i bet is miku...) just from the detail of the two pigtails and it was lmao.

It was a plushie of Miku with the neko outift and is super relatable because one of the thing I met first when i wanted to know more about anime was Vocaloid, so yeah now you know a little more of me and my family. 🤧👍
