Lydia woke up with a groan, her hand going to press against her head. 

"I'm sorry about that. You hit your head against the table pretty hard. You might want to get checked for a concussion," Theo said, coming into view, a plastic water bottle in his hand. He crouched beside her and offered it out to her, a guilty look on his face. 

Lydia slowly accepted it, her eyes scanning his face. As she took the water, her eyes fell on his hands, on the rusty red caked around his finger nails. "Whose blood is that?" she whispered.

Konane or J+C Being step brothers

If you could see my face right now... Gosh this is hard! J + C being step brothers is a very new development and I adore Konane, but I think I have to go with the step brothers. Its what I wanted for them all along and never even knew it. You know I love Konane though.

Lily crossed her arms, giving Danny a suspicious once over. "Do Mom and Dad know you have a friend over?"

Danny sighed and rolled his eyes. "Yeah, Fly trap, I told them last night at dinner, you just weren't paying attention. We're studying for AP BIO."

"School started yesterday! How are you already studying? No one gives out study work that fast," Lily protested with indignation.

Danny huffed a laugh and mused up Lily's dark hair. "You haven't met Mrs Finch."

Danny gave Theo an easy smile, nudging him lightly with his shoulder. "That’s not a problem, we can teach you." Lily nodded her agreement, her eyes bright as she bounced up and down on her feet.
