Lodgetember Day 17: Dr. Helsby!

His Information: This ecstatic and high personalitied man is named Dr. Helsby! He is an Exploratory Bathynaut, which means that his science is about designing and building deep sea submarines, diving material, and anything having to do with objects that deal with going far down in the ocean for deep sea exploration. His fella here has tan skin, darkish brown-almost-auburn mutton chops and hair, always wearing big, rounded glasses with white gloves, and a long brown coat with a white turtle neck. He’s a rather… mischievous lodger out of anyone else, finding ways to screw with Jekyll even slightly, and also one of the most hyper people of this comic, very theatrical and entertaining (in my opinion). Fun fact is that he’s supposed to be the Captain Nemo (from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea) of the TGS universe!

Lodgetember Day 2: Mr Griffin ⚡

I love this meddlesome and rebellious scientist, the way he challenges Jekyll is Chef Kiss ✨✨✨👌

While doing this I realized that the Society is saving him from his original fate (I'm still crying for Jekyll on today's TGS page)

Lodgetember Day 18: Pets!

the different pets;

Perseus: Perseus is Griffin’s house cat who appears in the second chapter of TGS and then becomes invisible during chapter 13, showing Griffin’s success in turning another animal visible!

Christopher: Jasper’s mud Phoenix! Mud Pheonixes are used for mostly burning fires in fireplaces, and seemingly used for people’s cooking as well, one of the few extraordinary creatures in this universe that aren’t feared by the strange people of London.

Zozimos: Jekyll isn’t a lodger but his pet is still seen anyways, a dear beloved pet that we see when we first meet Jekyll. His species is a Church Grimm, which are a genus of animal in this universe, animals who are undead and zombie like and hang around graveyards, usually around their past owner’s graves if they’ve past, wasting away along with their owners.

Repair Kraken: Helsby’s Kraken that we see in the second chapter, and who appears subtly in a few other chapters. We don’t know where he came from but I assume that Helsby tamed him during one of his underwater missions.

Additionally, feel free to draw other background animals and pets we've seen around, or even give a lodger their own pet that you come up with! Get creative with it, just give the animals some love, whether they're listed here or not!

Lodgetember Day 2: Mr. Griffin!

Mr. Griffin is the Disapparative Biochemist of the Society, and studies turning things-- especially animals-- Invisible. However, his results are quite varied, shown in the sporatic invisibility of his cat, Perseus. His character has clear roots in the gothic novel The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells

He's an albino man white-silver hair, light blue eyes, and can always be seen with dark sunglasses, presumably to help with light sensitivity from his albinism.

Lodgetember Day 1: Mr Mosley✨✨

Lodgetember Day 1: Mr. Mosley!

Mr. Mosley is the Hollow Earth Submariner of the Society, and likely deals with exploring and mapping subterrainian landscapes with the use of drills and subnautical vessels. Whether he's an advocate or trying to debunk the hollow Earth theory is unknown.

He's always seen with some sort of face covering and headwrap, as well as goggles, with his hair in a high ponytail.

Lodgetember day 4: Ito!

Her information: Ms. Ito is a trans (MTF) Japanese, junior neo-alchemist, she's one of the main lodgers we see more than often! She can be kind, caring, cold, and bold when she needs to be, and lends quite the helping hand to Jasper when he really needs it the most. Ito seems like one of the lodgers who is closest to Jekyll, especially since she's one of the handful of lodgers to first be accompanied with the Society.

Lodgetember Day 10: Mr. Doddle!

His Information: Doddle is a sweet looking, seemingly lighthearted, experimental confectionist, which is the science of.. well, twisting foods and sweets into a very mad science esc-style! Most likely morphing and changing foods, using unusual and rare recipes to create them. He’s one of the lodgers that appear more times than most of the others! He always seen with a well cut beard and mustache, with a hair tuft that goes slightly over his head. A very appealing wallflower who should be loved more.

Lodgetember Day 11: Ms. Flowers!

Ms. Flowers is the Entomologic Intelligencer of the society. She deals with insectoid automatons, which do things from light spy work, to sending messages, to carrying explosives.

She has dark skin, black curly hair, and green eyes with dark eye bags. She wears a dark collared green dress and a striped green hat, along with white gloves. She seems to have more of a shy, awkward personality.

Lodgetember day 8: Mrs. Cantilupe!

Mrs. Cantilupe is the Senior Extremofaunic Zoologist of the society. She partners with Ms. Lavender to study Leviathans, Cthulhus, and other Lovecraftian creatures that tend to harbor immense strength and power. It's noted that her and Ms. Lavender potentially have the power to awaken extreomofauna skeletons (like the Main Entrance's Leviathan) as their servants if needed. She also seems to be one of the more excitable and energetic lodgers, despite her age.

She has white hair done up in curls and is always seen with either goggles or dark glasses, covering bright blue-green eyes. She wears a green dress with ruffles on the collar and occasionally sports gloves.

Lodgetember Day 7: Mr. Pennebrygg!

Mr. Pennebrygg is the Automatonatomist of the Society, likely studying and building automatons, or mechanical robots.

He has dark skin, black coily hair, brown eyes, and occasionally has mutton chops. He wears a double-breasted labcoat, black gloves, and a strapped monocle over his left eye.

Lodgetember Day 5: Mr. Tweedy!

Mr. Tweedy is the Galvanic Engineer of the Society. He likely designs and builds machines used to control electric currents, notably tesla coils. He also likely designed and upkeeps most of the Society's lighting systems.

He has wild black hair beneath a hat, a goatee, messy eyebrows, and a scar over his right eye.

Lodgetember Day 13: Mr. Archer!

Archer is the Botanical Clockwork Engineer of the society. He deals in any technology for clockwork and botanical engineering, and upkeeps his clockwork plants with Mr. Bird.

He has messy dark brown hair, sideburns, and green eyes. He also wears goggles on top of his head and occasionally has some sort of bandage on his jaw. He's one of the more laid back lodgers, but still considered one of Jekyll's "problem children".

Lodgetember Day 16: Unnamed Lodgers!

Their information: These lodgers are.. well, confusing to be extremely honest, they are the wall flowers of the wall flowers!

Lodger #1: She appears to be an older woman with grey-white, spiky hair with a darker shade of pale skin and wears clothes with a grey color palette, her science is unknown as she only appears in the background a few times.

Lodger #2: A younger woman with dark, fluffy brown hair and a browner shade of skin who wears a palette consisting of mainly cream and earth tones, while adding a pair of goggles on top of her head that she wears consistently! She appears in the background quite a few times compared to the other unnamed lodger, but also rather a lot.. like the other lodgers! I only pray that she gets a name soon either by Sage or the fandom.
