Loneliness will always get me tearing up, and Xavier de Guzman might be the loneliest kid alive. On quality, this doesn't rise to the level of the best of the best of BL in terms of writing, acting and production, but there's some spark about it, something at its heart that is very real and honest and very very sincere. There is something about the way that all the characters are earnestly trying, striving to be kind and do well, that went straight to my weepy place. And Xavier writing Mico that song...ya girl might have had to compose herself.

There was never an episode that I didn't cry. No joke. It was that relatable for me. I'm in total awe on how Gun's acting moved me. He's such an effective actor. I also appreciated that they patterned every episode in romantic movies that I enjoy and love. ♥️✨

Do i really need to say it?

Until we meet again broke my heart into millions of little pieces, only to shatter it again and again and again!

There was not one episode where i didn’t cry, and yet, given the chance i would watch it all over again.

I laughed, i cried and i supported all of these wonderful characters. The acting was superb and it will forever be one of my favourite BL’s ever!

Without a doubt its History3: Make Our Days Count

omg this is days late sksksksk

At first I was thinking of saying Until We Meet Again and that show did make me cry during it but the mess i was after the last ep of MODC.... *SPIOLERS*

 when i tell you i was in no way at all ready or prepared for the kind of ending we were given with ep 10 that would be an understatement. for the whole week leading up to the last ep, genuinely everyone thought the reason xi gu ran back to his apartment was because hao ting’s dad was there to finally accept his son and their relationship but holy fucking shit were we all wrong!!!!! i dont even remember when i exactly started to cry watching i bc most of the ep i was confused as fuck as to if xi gu was actually even dead (dont even get me started on the xi gu look alike with the dubbed voice) but i do remember absolutely breaking down at the scene where sun bo had to pick up hao ting at the spot hao ting took xi gu for their first date all those years ago and then my heart completely shattered when sun bo and hao ting were talking about how much he misses xi gu, this still lives in my head to this day: 

Hao Ting: “I’ve changed.”

Sun Bo: “We’ve all changed.”

Hao Ting: “But he hasn’t changed. His time stopped when he was eighteen. But mine will continue to move on, unable to stop. I keep longing to close the distance between us. So I keep climbing mountains, and continue to climb mountains that are even closer to the stars. It’s like I can touch the stars when I reach out my hand, like being able to touch.... But it’s wrong. No matter how much I want to get closer to him, reality is that our distance will become further and further apart. He’s still eighteen. Only i’ve changed. I’m so scared.”

this one ep made me go through two whole boxes of tissues and literally ruined my day afterwards. it was bad enough i watched the episode in the morning and then had to go out and do things let alone seeing everyone else on my tl crying and trying ot figure out what the hell actually just happened.

Hmm I don't remember crying over bl drama 🤔🤔

But I remember how I texted my friend "I diDNT KNOW THAI BL CAN BE SO SAD & HEARTBREAKING 😔🤡" and I was talking about 2gether. I don't know why exactly I said that but yes I still agree this drama is heartbreaking sometimes

But also Theory of love made me so sad bc I feel Third yup

from the very opening, Until We Meet Again had me in shambles. i got so many headaches from crying so much from that show. it just hits you in the gut and then pats you on the back, so it hurts and comforts you at the same time. Fluke and Earth did so good with their acting. i was so invested in their characters journey.

Even though there are a lot of tough scenes in BL dramas they rarely make me cry. But a few ones really broke me.

A drama that makes the heart aches is Until We Meet Again.

The scene when Korn and In take their own lives is so hard to watch. Earth and Kao are doing a good job playing the characters. (Gif source: @eijisoulmate )

Another thing is Pharm’s anxiety and tears that breaks your heart over and over again throughout the series. (Gif source: @hot-yeahyouwant )

A drama some don’t consider a BL drama is The Shipper. I decided to include it since I do think it is. There are boys and they are in love with each other.

Most of the drama is funny and cute but in the end the sadness takes over and I felt completely destroyed when it was over. I understand that it had to end that way but it still broke my heart. (Gif source: @gooseras )

Another drama that made me burst into tears is He’s Coming to Me. I was prepared for a sad ending but that didn’t stop me from crying. I was thrilled to find out that the ending wasn’t that sad after all. It was a perfect beautiful and happy ending.

Day 26: Bl drama that made you cry buckets

Shows doesn’t really make me cry that often so here’s a list of dramas that either made me tear up or shed some tears

History 3: Make Our Days Count - the ending just got me. It made me so sad because I just wanted Hao Ting and XI Gu to have the happy ending that they deserved. The ending that we got made it feel like they went through all of that with Hao Ting’s Family for nothing :(

Tharntype - looking back on it, Tharntype had a lot of tear jerker scenes. There was episode 4 where Type explained the events that happened when he was a child, then when Type came crying to Tharn about Pufai, the break up scene, Tharn crying to Thorn, the fight between Lhong and Type, and Tharn and Type make up scene. They all had me letting out a few tears but the break up scene had me sobbing. That took so much out of me.

Until We Meet Again - I have talked about it quite a few times but the scene in episodes 15/16 with Dean and Pharm, took me out. It was hard to watch but Fluke and Ohm did an amazing job with their acting. That scene just all in all was so sad.

Theory of Love - The train scene got me. It had me crying like a little bitch boy like oh my god. Khai just tugged on my heart strings. I felt so bad for him at that time and I truly believe that it was a turning point within his and thirds relationship.

Ok, that scene when Type admits everything about his past 😭😭😭 I was DESTROYED!!! And then they were both hugging each other and crying and I just lost it 😭😭😭

Oooor that scene when they break up and Tharn is kneeling there sobbing and begging him to not leave and Type is standing there sobbing 😭😭😭

As beautiful as this show is, I was severely dehydrated after watching it 😥😥😥

Day 26: BL Drama That Made You Cry Buckets

So there are two shows that I have cried to.. The first is unsurprisingly Word of Honor

So for Word Of Honor, there are a few other scenes that made me cry buckets, but these two scenes just...destroyed me. MIND YOU: I didn't know there was an epilogue, and I still haven't seen it yet. So the ending on Netflix is the only ending I know of as of right now. i just...hurt. The scene with my queen and her husband just...destroy my soul. Everything hurts and I love this show to death.

The other show that made me cry although I haven't finished it yet

Peach of Time

Okay so like I said, I haven't finished this show yet but...GOOD LORD am I crying because of it. I cried so hard when Peach ran out of the house after realizing what Yoon Oh is and pretty much any scene with Yoon Oh’s mom breaking down in tears. But I am sure that this show will give me even more emotional pain, because I have already cried quite a bit to it.
