I couldn't possibly practice drawing these days and not think about the latest chapters of @lale-txt 's Soft Launch that are currently sitting in my drafts, waiting for me to make myself a cup of tea, put down my pen and settle into a soothing nest of blankets. I do believe that might be the plan for me, tomorrow. Not only is Soft Launch my current favourite read, its also the story that made me curious about drawing fanart. Went to my friends bday yesterday and spent 5 hours feeling like a prey animal I have to stay indoors and recover now

#Omg I literally felt like I was 15 again #Girl who thinks she has defeated social anxiety has to hang out and talk to other young people outside of her core friend group #No survivors #I literally had a pit in my stomach on the way home and woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous... I forgot #How anxiety physically manifested itself when I was a teenager #I was also lowkey soo pissed off bc I got the day wrong so I thought I was gonna have yesterday to myself #And I cancelled my singing lesson and all my solo plans for this. And it was HORRIBLE!!!!!!#No hate to my friend happiest birthday to him ever but ohhhh my god I hate going to bars #And socialising with people I don't know...... I don't think I'm that socially awkward actually #I've gotten very good at masking and fitting in but that doesn't stop my chest from feeling like it's caving in on itself #Time to accept that I'm an introverted person.
