🍵 TEAS I DRANK 🍵 #fitfoodiefeast #tea #steeped 🍵 I thoroughly enjoy my tea ritual, there is that excitement of discovering a new tea, learning about its origins and also how to prepare it properly. It has become the brief break that I need to make it during my hectic day and drinking it and savouring it brings a satisfying relief from the build up of stress. Teas and specifically David’s Tea had been my support for better well-being. It has grounded me when I needed a habit and routine that would nourish me physically and mentally. It forces you to slow down to prepare it but it has also taught me how to become better at the process of preparing and cleaning up after the enjoyment. My favourite way to make the tea now is to use the Perfect Infuser. It makes preparing and clean up a lot faster. I used to batch pre-bag all my loose leaf teas at once, bagging hundreds of little bags which took me hours to finish. It became just too time consuming.
