Quantum

Quantum mechanics deals with the behavior of particles and systems at the submicroscopic level, such as atoms and subatomic particles. On the other hand, classical mechanics, often referred to as Newtonian mechanics, describes the behavior of objects in the macroscopic physical world.

The Heisenberg uncertainty principle states that there is a fundamental limit to simultaneously knowing certain pairs of physical properties, such as position and momentum, with unlimited accuracy. It does not pertain to the power of intention directly. However, in quantum mechanics, the act of observation or measurement can indeed influence the system being observed, leading to the collapse of the wave function and a definite outcome.

The collapse of the wave function is a fundamental aspect of quantum mechanics, and it occurs due to the interaction between the measured system and the measuring apparatus, rather than solely the power of intention.

The Heisenberg process is a matter of choice and intention, where you alter the consequences. You cannot do the same experiment twice because the second time the experiment has been witnessed, and by the process of witnessing itself, you collapse the wave function to a new state of the universe.

The state of the universe is potential, and through intention, it becomes actual. You transition from Schrödinger calculations to Dirac equations via the Heisenberg principle. You can find more information on the Von Neumann-Wigner interpretation and Henry Stapp, a professor at Berkeley.
