Tenshi no Uta Collection launches September 12 in Japan - Gematsu

Tenshi no Uta Collection will launch for Switch on September 12 in Japan for 5,280 yen, listings at retailers such as Amazon and Biccamera reveal.

A special edition will also be available for 14,080 yen, which includes a soundtrack CD and memorial fan book.

The collection will include ports of the PC Engine RPG Tenshi no Uta and sequel Tenshi no Uta II: Datenshi no Sentaku.

So, bit of a quick question for my fellow grammar enthusiasts:

Would "Rescue Rei" in "Operation Rescue Rei!" get quotation marks as the name of the operation, or is that not a rule? Googling isn't giving me a real answer (and keeps bringing up "procedure" results despite wanting ones with "operation" being used), so thought I'd post here, lol. I'm inclined to say "it should" but I can't think of some examples to point to that sound similar to check...

(For their part, Crunchyroll went with "The Plan to Save Rei" which works, but feels a little bland, lol. [Or I'm just too attached to "Operation Rescue Rei" as a translation since this is also a fave episode so I'm biased])
