Performance of tier level segments in the global data center construction market
The global data center construction market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.57% during the forecast period. Based on tier level the global data center construction market has been segmented into Tier 3, Tier 1 and Tier 2, and Tier 4.

Tier 3 data centers have redundant and dual-powered servers, storage, network links, and other IT components. A tier 3 data center has multiple connection paths between the power and cooling systems and the computing infrastructure. During the forecast period, tier 2 data center facilities are expected to be expanded and upgraded to tier 3 data centers because of the 2N redundant power systems and N+1 redundancy in the cooling systems.
