What a great end to Art Fight 2024 (although I am late on the uptake to post).

I got to make 20 pieces of art, which is a significant improvement from my previous experiences, where I posted like 4-5 instead. I had a lot of motivation and good (?) work ethic / process to do that much, so I'm pleasantly surprised by the results!

Additionally, I was experimenting more to see how to streamline my work process, so there is a lot of experimentation regarding lineart, coloring, screentones, and compositions!

So here, I'll be showcasing all 20 of them, with credit to the characters' owners at the end of the post.

Prayers and Speeches

A collection of phrases I wanted to translate into Drowic and/or have something to reference when it comes to Dalamus' prayers to Lolth. Translations courtesy of this website.

Dalamus does not necessarily say any or all of these, but he does typically say some sort of prayer every day, either in the morning or at night. It is his hope that if he prays often enough, or fervently enough, if he offers enough of his blood and dedicates enough of his kills, that Lolth will hear him and grant him favor or visions which will help him complete his task so he may return home.

All his prayers are answered with silence, and his meditations and trances are frustratingly uneventful and blank. All he gains are new scars and sore hands and fingers from bloodletting, as Lolth manages to harm him without moving a muscle. He insists this is part of the "test" he is being put through and that he should remain faithful regardless--because if it is not, then it is all for naught, and that thought terrifies him.

"Lolth guide me", "For Lolth", "Lolth be praised" and other such phrases are common from him, although usually spoken in Drowic rather than Common.

Lolth guide me = Lolth mrigg uns'aa

For Lolth = Whol Lolth

Lolth be praised = Lolth tlu laoles

In Lolth's name = Wun Lolth's kaas

Of these listed, those marked with an asterisk (*) are more likely to be heard from Dalamus than the others. In lieu of a proper altar, he draws a symbol of Lolth and soaks it with a few drops of blood.

Lolthite Hymn, sung by Priestesses (comes with sung audio!)*:

Lloth be honored / Oh Queen; all victory is her doing.

(In the case of this hymn, Dalamus more often hums it, but can sing it).

A basic prayer to Lolth*:

Siempre se hablan cosas malas de Sunflower (y sus derivados, Kanon y cia) y de Kuro (el furro)... que no se habla de como el foro Shadow from the past también tiene un favoritismo (si Dom dice "a", todos dicen "a" y la trama gira en torno a Dom y su "a") y pues la trama se perdió con tantos eventos sin terminar y un universo alternativo XD. Al menos rolean. Ojalá publiquen este ask y de a poco se vea que todos tenemos paja en el ojo, incluso yo.

Te explico mi querido y perdido anon -El evento trama del foro, esta en pausa y será retomada cuando sea mejor explicada (ya que hasta el dia de hoy la historia ha tenido cambios y actualizaciones de fechas para tener mas noción del tema, lo cual fue sugerido por nosotros mismos me incluyo, para tener al menos una mejor nocion de las historias) -No hay favoritismos, Nana/Zury lo ha dicho, y es verdad, no es por defender pero Ni siquiera Dom es favorito y he atestiguado en ello, a eso se le llama compañerismo y por que tienen una trama lo que es comun hablar de ello ¿no? y sobretodo por que nayare les dio la idea, si estas en el servidor como puedo pensar, entonces verás que entre todos hablamos de tramas que tienen sus personajes o de los otros personajes de los demas usuarios Dom con cherry - Dom con Inari - Enji con Nana - Kage Con Lady - Kage con Candy - Candy Con Daska - Nayare con Kotaro - Lady con Kuro y la lista podria seguir } la trama de los usuarios cuyos personajes son experimentos fallidos (como lo tengo yo) y que en su momento jugaremos un papel importante en la trama principal o como Aokigahara que mezcla y le ayudan a mezclar su trama con la de otros para que tenga concordancia, los vendedores ambulantes, y por su puesto los oblivion pero creo que no estas listo para asimilarlo -La trama en si, no gira en torno a los que tu mencionas especificamente, si no que a los que quieren participar, y ya tenemos ahi a Dom, a Inari, a Nayare, a Keigo, y por su puesto a mi: Enji, esperando la union de Daska y Cherry de (Duat) Y de Farah y Samira de (gehena) Y de Sariel con su aliado mas adelante (pero tambien para el evento canónico del foro en otras palabras su trama principal) se espera un desarrollo de alianza primero para llegar a ello para una mejor "guerra"
